The Blinds are great, the instructions were easy to understand, but your hardware sucks! I threw out ALL of the screws provided and bought new. Even using a hand screwdriver the Phillips heads stripped out and were useless.
I (thought) I ordered the (inside) installation of my blinds but I received the outside installation. Because of that I have a wide gap on each side of the blinds. But it could have been an error on my part during the measuring process. Other then that I'm very satisfied with the color & the way they look on my windows except for that one thing.
Your web site was confusing so I looked at all the blinds and went back to order page and either I entered the wrong window size or in my looking around your site went to a standard size. I needed 22 x 36" inside mount. I received 24 x 36" inside mount (which is what my order sheet said). Nice blinds...but they don't fit. I'll give them to someone who needs this size. I did reorder the correct size from you and they are now being made.

The rep I dealt with her name was Natalie, oh my goodness what a wonderful experience. She took her time with and explained everything to me how your system works and she helped to fill my cart with what I was looking for and she is still working with me to get our on line account set up so that we can continue to order our blinds from you for our apartment complex.
Super easy. We had to reorder the blinds because our dog tore our brand new-1 week old blinds. We received them quickly and they were easier for my husband because everything was already in place. He just had to pop them in.
Super easy to order plus I can customize them and still cheaper than other sites.
We took advantage of the free samples and thankful as it helped confirm our selection. The detailed measuring instructions were very clear and helpful- the fit is perfect and the blinds are well made and were very easy to install.
Kristena is an amazingly helpful, knowledgeable & above all one of the best customer service reps I've ever dealt with. Kudos to her & your company for hiring her. She said to follow-up for anything at all. That leaves me with a good feeling, the way it shud be.
Just blinds sent me all the parts needed to install the blinds. The size, the putting together of the track and valance, the exact measurement of the blinds were spot on. Great job! Great company! And great workers!

The blinds I ordered are nice, however, installing them was a little tricky. The header of the blind is not standard window friendly. We had to get creative to make it work.
Ordered 3 blinds and a 3 were short, with one excessively short. Called customer service and got a replacement for that one. It arrived the same as the previous one where it would not reach the window seal. At that point the asked me to take a video of what it was doing when you push it down. I did and they built another one and sent it to me. That one fit. But with that… review of the blind quality…very poor quality. Regret even paying more that $50 for each of them. Won't do it again.

Ordering was easy--indeed, the whole process was easy! We measured and picked what we wanted, the order was delivered two to three weeks later and the blinds looked just like pictured. Two thumbs way up!
Site is easy to use. I am a return customer who likes the site and service; however, on this particular order the height and width of the blind order were switched. I believe that I checked and double-checked before submitting my order. The one thing I didn't check thoroughly was the details on the order confirmation emails. In that document it shows the height and width transposed but I didn't catch that.

It was easy to get free samples so I could compare the colors to my window trim. Once I chose what worked best, the ordering process was simple and straightforward.
JustBlinds was very easy to use, from putting in window measurements to choosing color. The picture window blind fits perfectly and we love the color, plan on ordering two smaller ones of the same color for the great room, and also will look to see if they make skylight blinds, as we have several that don't have blinds yet.
I got very similar blinds to the ones Lowe's quoted me- except it was only a tenth of the price for all my windows. Make sure you measure properly and then you'll get amazing blinds
Shopping and ordering were very intuitive. Shades have been up for only a few weeks but at this point we are quite pleased with the shades.

The website was easy to use and the product delivered was just as ordered. My concern is it took over 2 months to get delivery, and no communication on why.

We purchased a large order of woven wood shades from JustBlinds, expecting quality and durability. Unfortunately, shortly after installation, we discovered two of the shades installed in our bathroom were riddled with mold after just a short time away from home. When we reached out to JustBlinds, their response was extremely disappointing. Rather than taking responsibility, they blamed us for installing the shades in a "high humidity area" and said that to avoid mold, we'd need to run the AC at all times—even while away. This response is unreasonable and irresponsible, especially considering we live in Southern California and had been away in February with all windows closed.
Now, even after running our AC consistently all summer, we're finding mold on the blinds in our bedroom as well. Cleaning them has been a constant struggle, and it's clear these shades are not suited for normal home conditions. JustBlinds' refusal to address this issue or stand behind their product speaks volumes. We're extremely disappointed and would not recommend JustBlinds to anyone looking for a quality or trustworthy purchase.

Hello Patricia. Thank you for choosing us for your window covering needs. I am sorry to hear the blinds are not fitting as expected. Please note that the blinds have only 1 bracket that is used for both inside and outside mounting so they should be able to install both ways. When ordered as an outside mount, no deduction is taken on the width whereas there is a factory deduction of 1/4" - 1/2" when ordered as inside mount.
