The Blinds are great, the instructions were easy to understand, but your hardware sucks! I threw out ALL of the screws provided and bought new. Even using a hand screwdriver the Phillips heads stripped out and were useless.
I (thought) I ordered the (inside) installation of my blinds but I received the outside installation. Because of that I have a wide gap on each side of the blinds. But it could have been an error on my part during the measuring process. Other then that I'm very satisfied with the color & the way they look on my windows except for that one thing.
I have order from justblinds for years and ALWAYS received quality and perfect fit blinds for inside and outside installations.
We are repeat customers and totally satisfied with ALL of our purchases over these MANY years.
I bought this type of blind for the small windows on each side of my door. They describe it on the website but I don't think it tells all. The slats fall out every time they are touched or moved. It's really frustrating to try and install the as well On the positive, their customer service is great and all the other products I have gotten are great AND a great value. Just don't buy this product. Otherwise, I would give them 5 stars.

Your site had repeated problems with loading, and ordering a simple blind required reentering my preferences 3 times, and it was very slow to add each choice.

The quality of Just Blinds.com products is terrible. Prices seem very competitive and delivery was fair but the actual product has very short longevity. The blinds did not look half bad when new but began having mechanical issues early on. I looked back at my e-mails which showed that I questioned several issues from the get go. One reply from customer service contained the following baloney: "We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments with us and for the constructive manner in which they were given. Feedback like this is very important in our efforts to improve our customers' experience and we appreciate your willingness to pass on your observations. I have taken the liberty of sharing your installation hardware issue findings and thoughts with our vendor liaison and procurement department..." The blather went on with the result being no solution. Eventually they replaced one set under warranty but the rest failed shortly after the warranty expired. I called the company to see if I could send back to factory for repair and was told that there "was no factory to return them to". Evidently they source their product from China. Stay away from this junk. We will never order from them again.
Just Blinds automatically reduces the width measurement that they asked for.

I did not learn about this until after I placed my order and they refused to re-cut them or replace them for a refund them. They literally said I am stuck with them. Do not order anything from them because it makes no sense why on an inside mount they would Reduce the measurement for only one reason. To deliberately make sure that if someone did miss measure that it would fit within the window. Anybody who installs these understands you cut it to the exact measurement. It's like telling me we put 16 inch tires on your car even though you asked for 18 because we want to make sure there is extra room it would fit.
It's like saying we don't care what you really need we're going to cut it shorter to make sure it fits even though it's gonna let in more light on a light blocking blind

Unfortunately I've checked reviews after I made my purchase and there are 65 other complaints with the exact same problem. Just Blinds company will be out of business inside of months.
It makes absolutely no sense. But they will keep trying to convince you that it does. I'm not kidding. It really doesn't make sense it's like looking at a white piece of paper and telling me it's black

I ordered a blackout roller shade for a window in our home. I placed the order directly with a JustBlinds representative over the phone, giving her the window frame dimensions precisely.
When the "blackout" roller shade arrived, there was a HUGE, nearly 1" gap on both sides of the shade, letting in loads of sunlight, and exposing the double-hung window tracks. The shade looked like it was for the wrong window. The impression it leaves is decidedly like someone wearing pants that are embarassingly short, exposing the ankles and socks.
When I contacted JustBlinds, I was told this is their *standard* for custom shades! I was further invited to place ANOTHER ORDER with a 20% discount to get something that fits better!
I sent JustBlinds a photo of our existing roller shades, and these clearly leave scarcely/only 1/8" on each side, blocking out the entire window and looking like a perfect fit. This proof of what custom shades should look like was of no use.
I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company to obtain a refund on product that is clearly misrepresented as "custom".

The person on Monday said they would follow up with the manufacture never did call me

Happy to see that the blinds are at least made in Mexico and not from China. Blinds operate properly and quality seems good so far.
I love this site! I first called the customer service on a weekend to ask a few questions and they were very helpful and friendly. I ordered my blinds, got them much sooner than expected and they were everything represented at a much lower price and even custom sized. I did have one problem with my blinds and without any question they shipped out a new bar. I will be ordering for now on from this company, in the past I ordered from another on line comapny named "select blinds.com that claimed 100 percent customer satisfaction, money back. Which WAS NOT TRUE they were very unhelpful rude and would not honor thier product which was misrepresented when I got my honeycomb cordless blinds they were so thin you could see the strings! They are see through junk. They wanted me to pay out of my pocket to fix thier problem. Just Blinds company did not give me any hassle at all and fixed my issues. And then followed up with me to be sure I was happy. They are truely a customer service company that makes the customer happy. I would highly recommend this company.
We ordered faux wood blinds for almost our entire house over $1300 with the added expenditure for the warranty. We were assured the blinds would be fine under quilted Roman shades and could withstand the heat. The order arrived promptly. We installed two of the blinds. Within just a few hours in the sun under the Roman shades in Wisconsin mid September, the blinds warped into roller coasters.
When we called Just Blinds the next day, Saturday, we were told to send back just the damaged shades. They would not replace the shades that were not damaged.
We waited until Monday to call again. The service person put us through to a design person who helped us chooses cellular shades. We were told to keep the shades we had and a new order was placed.
We never received an order number.
On calls back, we were told there was an IT problem.
When the IT problem lasted for over a week, we were suspicious.
We asked for a manager to call back. No one has called us. Just Blinds has our $1300 and we have unusable shades.
We really were hoping to work this out with Just Blinds. Now we are asking our credit card company to reverse the charges.
I ordered 5 window shades, all the same size. 38x38.
None of the 5 were that measurement. 2 were the same, 38x47, and 3 were 38x57. I ordered this size because I wanted a certain look with my window blinds. And I did not want the option of the shades to be pulled down any lowere than 38".
When contacting Just Blinds their reply back to me was that they blinds were not inaccurate, that they were made correctly. That they always add 10" more to length. I can accept that, but they should list that on the form when ordering. I would have adjusted the length I ordered.
And even if they add 10" above the ordered length, then they are short an inch on 2 shades, and over on 3 shades.
Shoppers, spend the few extra dollars elsewhere to get what you want, and order.

The purchase we made was to replace the out-dated mini-blinds at the townhome that we are putting on the market. My realtor was astounded at the quality and price (under $400) to do the entire 3-bedroom unit consisting of 8 windows. The purchase process was made easy with the free samples that were sent to me before making the final decision. Free Shipping was also a HUGE bonus!
The installation instructions were not found readily since it was not packaged in each individual blind. We initially had a problem in identifying the blinds to each room that I had entered during the order process. I repeatedly informed my husband that they would be labeled since I had read a review that strongly recommended that you provide a room identifier when you order. It was not until the final 2 were being installed that my husband found the label on the underneath side of the head rail.
Although I had a valance that was an inch shorter than the blind, the replacement item was easy to request and is on its way.
If we get a quick sale on this townhome property it was likely due to the upgrade we made with the window blinds!
You will see me as a repeat customer in the future.

So far I have ordered blinds for 4 windows. Couldn't be happier with quality, design, turn-around time, communication and shipping. So easy to install and are beautiful. Will continue to order.
I would give justblinds a zero star if I could. I ordered several blinds from them and they all took forever, one was broken and another two came over half inch under what I ordered.
The site is easy to use and we have always been happy with the blinds we have bought over the past 15 years. My only negative is that the cords on long blinds are too short for an average tall woman.
I ordered wood blinds. They came faster than expected, which was nice. The actual blinds look to be of decent quality. I'm very dissatisfied with the fit and the brackets. For blinds that mount inside the window frame, I now know that they reduce your width by a full half inch. Though the site said to give the measurement at the narrowest part of the window frame, I took off 1/8th of an inch. Between my 1/8th inch deduction and their 1/2 inch deduction, the blinds were 5/8 inch narrower than the narrowest part of the window. What's worse is that they were over 3/4 of an inch narrower where the top frame went into the brackets. Whenever you adjust the blinds, the top bangs from side to side between the brackets. The brackets are so poorly made that the front closing "door" keeps popping open and even falls off. I drilled and added two sheet metal screws to each bracket to hold the door on and keep the shades from shifting side to side. I did not give them one star because it actually could have been worse. They could have arrived late, like many others. Obviously, their customer service was no help.
This company's customer service reps are extremely rude and condascending. I just called them to ask a simple question (it's very difficult to find some of their products on their website - I called about their Soft Impressions cellular shades). I had my measurements and colors and was ready to spend some money as I planned to order several shades, but after my experience with Mike in customer service, I will not order from this company. I told Mike that I didn't see ther Soft Impressions shades listed anywhere on their site in the area from which a customer can place an order and he rudely stated all their shades are on the left side of the screen on their website. Not true. He told me to tell him my name so he could look me up in their system and I advised him I just wanted him to tell me how to navigate their website so I could place my order. He argued with me and raised his voice, at which point I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor. He then CONTINUED arguing with me. After the supervisor finally got on the phone, he gave me the answer in less than 30 seconds! After all that hassle, I don't even want to place my order now. There are other companies out there. JustBlinds.com doesn't deserve the business when they treat prospective customers this way!

Clear, direct, and easy. Cells were a little larger than I anticipated, but that did not adversely affect the look or function.
I've used Just Blinds for many years and love the ease of ordering blinds and reordering. I just wish all my 30 or so orders were still in your system so I could just reorder without measuring.
My blinds arrived today and they are TOO BIG! I called customer service and they said they could only offer 20% off if I ordered replacements. NO RETURNS, NO REFUND. I will never order from them again!
