The Blinds are great, the instructions were easy to understand, but your hardware sucks! I threw out ALL of the screws provided and bought new. Even using a hand screwdriver the Phillips heads stripped out and were useless.
I (thought) I ordered the (inside) installation of my blinds but I received the outside installation. Because of that I have a wide gap on each side of the blinds. But it could have been an error on my part during the measuring process. Other then that I'm very satisfied with the color & the way they look on my windows except for that one thing.
Cheaper is not always better! Made in China! Customer service agent had the audacity to claim that the website indicates whether or not product is made in the USA or imported AT CHECKOUT! No, it does not. First of all, The tracking number provided was wrong - found this out only after I called twice to check on the shipping status. Even after I had called and customer service was informed of the change in shipping info by the manufacturer in China, their website continued to show misleading data. Caveat emptor!

Product is good quality - one exception was the top thin plastic that covers the workings, that bows but is not a functional issue, esthetics only.
I received two emails informing me that my order has been delayed. When I called to cancel the order I was given the runaround. It's still not resolved but I do hope to get a refund ha ha I'll keep you posted

I just had an interaction with Just Blinds customer service that left me blown away - i wasn't even asking for a replacement, was just asking if they could make another version of a 2 year old blind that had started to come apart (that i was going to pay for) and they turned around and replaced and shipped it for free! I actually think that's phenomenal customer service. The quality of the thinner material blinds is a little flimsy (i've ordered more substantive/thicker blinds from them that are way better quality) so i'd suggest, one get what one pays for.
Blinds were made the wrong width. Customer service gave me nothing but trouble. Window opening is 18" wide, roll shade is 18" wide, plus the spring-loaded pin that is supposed to fit on the bracket.
Per Just Blinds website, inside-mount shades are supposed to be 1/4" narrower per side than the opening they fit in, which would lead one to believe that the shade would be 17-1/2" wide, plus the little spring-loaded pin. They refused to take responsibility, and stated that they needed all sorts of documentation and photos to deal with their "vendor". In other words, Just Blinds farms-out production so they can avoid standing-behind their own work. I would never attempt to do business with them again.

Received my blind for my new home,
The service was excellent they took there time did every window in my home including my finished basement The Father and the Son were a joy to have in my home to do the work. Installment didn't take long. And when i needed anything repaired they were right on to of it received additional blind that cracked at no cost to me.So they stand by what they say concerning the warranty! I will for sure use them again and refer to others
I received my blinds earlier than expected and they were shipped with care. The only problem I had was a couple of missing handles and one call to customer service and it was taken care of. I talked with "Steve" in customer service twice and he was very helpful and friendly.
My blinds are beautiful and rich looking and exceeding my expectations. This is the second time I've ordered from Just Blinds and will do so again. Nobody can compare to your prices and quality. Thank you. I have already raved about Just Blinds to many women at work. Keep up the good work.

The web site was excellent. We received the blinds in a timely manner and they are what we ordered to the exact size. The problem we had was that not enough hardware came with the order to be able to hang the blinds right away. Also, the instructions were awful. They were hard to follow and incomplete. I will say that contrary to some of the reviews, we had excellent customer service. We spoke with 2 different people on the phone. Both were very courteous and helpful.
I ordered cellular shades in 5/2020 and was very happy with the product. I just reorder the same cellular shade 3/2021 and what I received this time is very cheap in comparison. The quality and design of the hardware is poor. The brackets bend and flex easily and no longer match. I called customer support and they said they are getting from a different manufacturer and the only thing they could do was to send me more of this poor quality hardware.

I have purchased blinds from this company for my rental units and my B&B and have never had a problem. They look great andbfunction well even after 10 years. I am planning on purchasing again for my new future home. I definitely recommend them. Measure yourself and order online... it's easy and the prices are great.

We are so happy with our blinds! Excellent quality, east to install. We ordered the 2 & 1/2 wood blinds, but we've ordered the faux white blinds in the past. The customer service was excellent! File suit Horrible customer service. You will get zero satisfaction. The blinds are extremely cheap, poor quality and cut wrong. For 2 months I got the run around and now I have to file suit against the company.

30 day guarantee is not for the customer. I ordered 2 inch slats and needed 1 inch. I was told I could have 20% off a new order and give my current blinds to someone in need andI could not have my money back on them. A customer service rep told me she had a fix for my problem and would get me a quote in 1 to 2 days and she promised me she would see this issue through. I never heard back from her, even after 2 follow up emails. I would not recommend Justblinds to anyone and will never order from them. Shame on me for not reading the fine print!
I measured my window frames obsessively, perfectly, to the quarter inch, several times each. I followed the directions on justblinds.com for order sizing. And I have to say, the frames show a little still. I am okay with it, but if I were to do it again, I would add 1 inch width.

I have purchased blinds from this company twice. Once in July of 2010, and once in March of 2011. Both times, the experience I had with JustBlinds.com was stellar! I ordered several samples prior to ordering and was able to make an informed decision based on the exact shades of the blinds I was ordering through the samples. I was kind of wary of the measurements and their exactness. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that the honeycombed cellular blinds I ordered fit exactly into my window space! I LOVE their black out blinds! Ordering was so easy, and website was simple to navigate. I received my blinds within the time frame stated, and installation was a snap. In fact, my 13 yr old son installed the blinds because he has infinitely more patience than I have! I would and will order from this company again, and won't hesitate to give them a thumbs up, I expect my blinds to last a good long time! I cancelled the order as delivery would be too late for my needs. It was refunded, then I received an email telling me the order had been shipped and I would be getting it weeks ahead of the original schedule. I cancelled it again, as I had made other arrangements, Sure enough, it showed up anyway in accord with the new delivery estimate..

I paid a lot for my shades but it looks awful. They recommend I mount it outward for complete blackout and the sun shines through every morning. And the roller shades roll is on display which makes it look ugly.
I ordered two sets of blinds for a bedroom on July 14. I was surprised when I received an email saying they would not be delivered until July 22, because I have ordered from this company before and never had to wait more than 7-10 days for delivery. NOT this time, however! When my blinds didn't arrive by July 22, they send me another notice that they would be delivered by July 27. When they didn't arrive on time, they send me another notice extending the delivery date to Aug. 5. Well, it is Aug 6, and no blinds. When you try to call them, you get a number run around like you can't believe. When you "push #1" it tells you to "push #3" and when you "push #3," it tells you to "push #1." After several bouts of this, a voice says "Thank you for contacting JustBlinds" and hangs up. I will be very surprised if my blinds EVER arrive, and - regardless- I will NEVER order from JustBlinds again!
These folks did a great job. We bought blinds from them on 3 separate occasions. Each time they were the cheapest we could find and each time they delivered in a timely manner. When we did have a problem with one of the blinds they paid postage back and forth to have it repaired in about a week.
I've used Just Blinds for over 15 years and 3 houses since they were a small ugh quality company in Texas. Perhaps they've been sold? This is not the same quality product anymore. -- Having made a recent order in October for cellular shades, I am now on my 3rd set of shades as all the others kept breaking. They're great about replacing broken products but I'd rather is just work. Shipping replacements takes 1 month so that's 1 month with a blanket on the window. I have shades from them that are 10 years old that have never once malfunctioned. Its so sad to see the quality gone.
