The Blinds are great, the instructions were easy to understand, but your hardware sucks! I threw out ALL of the screws provided and bought new. Even using a hand screwdriver the Phillips heads stripped out and were useless.
I (thought) I ordered the (inside) installation of my blinds but I received the outside installation. Because of that I have a wide gap on each side of the blinds. But it could have been an error on my part during the measuring process. Other then that I'm very satisfied with the color & the way they look on my windows except for that one thing.
I ordered blinds, and, got an email confirmation. Waited over a month. Checked on order 4 times: once by ohone, once by on-line chat, twice by email. Nobody could tell me the status of my order. "We will check and get back to you tomorrow" I was told each time. I received NOTHING! No follow up--no informatio--no blinds. NO customer service! Too bad, because I purchased several blinds from them years ago, with no problems. Guess they've gone downhill. They were quick to charge my credit card though--Now I have to try to get a refund. What a hassle! Don't waste your time or money--shop elsewhere!

I'm a repeat customer. The blinds are pricier than what I would pay in the store. However the quality is EXCELLENT. I wait for your great sales and purchase a few at a time as I change out window coverings in each room of my house.

I have ordered aluminum blinds (once) and cellular blinds (twice). All orders had perfect fitment and were built to my exact measurements. I was having trouble with a continuous cellular mechanism leveling correctly in the up position. They offered an immediate replacement, but also advised me how to level the blind. When I did what they suggested (pull the blind down through the cycle until it began elevating again) the shade leveled and has never gone out of wack again. I could have insisted on a replacement and used it in another room, but decided to not take advantage of their generosity. So I ordered a second one of the same style and size. I am sending for samples to buy a vertical and two window shades for the master bedroom. Everyone comments on the quality and colors and wonder if they are custom installed.
Worst place to do business with. I waited 2 months for the wrong measurement. I spoke with Kylie Freeman regards the issue. I waited two weeks for her to tell me the manufacturer won't be compensating or remake the correct size. Please stay away from this business!
I ordered blinds cause I by accidentally broke mine and I was so happy to be able to have sunlight and when I put it up… down it goes. I measured 34in and they gave me 33 in a half. I'm pissed right now cause it was $134 and I'm incredibly tight on money right now. So as you see I have to cut back on some things because of this mishap. Never ordering here again!

My blind arrived ahead of schedule but was short the tilt wand. Called customer service, left message and Jasmine returned my call promptly and had the wand sent in a few days. Very pleased with the product and service.
I bought a honeycomb blind for my sliding glass doors from JustBlinds.com in August 2010. The blind arrived promptly, and I was pleased with its appearance. I installed it exactly according to the instructions. For 2-3 months, the blind functioned well. Then one day I noticed that it was not raising evenly. I pulled back my curtain and saw that the blind had "traveled" 4-5 inches to the right (outside of its metal casing) and had crumpled up at that end. When I reported this (with photo) to the company, I was told that they would replace the blind. Then, today, they told me that their vendor had determined that the fault was mine, and that they would not replace the blind. I feel that I have been cheated out of $200. Do NOT use this company!

I ordered aluminum blinds over 100 inches wide for a large bay window, and I cannot say enough good things about how pleased I am. Our previous blinds were kaput, and we were able to use the same hardware we already had. What a great value for the money. We got exactly what we ordered. As with anything, you have to know what you need and know how to measure.
Quite an undertaking what w/staining a whole house of replacement windows and putting up new blinds! Ordered a total of 23 premium, faux wood oak blinds from your company and WOW--totally impressed w/the quality, price, easiness of installation, etc. From the initial phone call to your lovely, charming, delightful receptionist who helped me place the order to the arrival of the blinds, the total experience was extremely pleasant and rewarding. My experience with Just Blinds was great and I love my faux wood blinds. Delivery was so fast I couldn't believe. The blinds fit perfectly and look great. They cost less than the big box cut to size blinds and look so much better, about a close to custom you can get without paying the high price. I have had the blinds a month and if any problems occur I will be back to this site. As of now I would order from them again and I am spreading the word.
I purchased one shutter for my bathroom from this company and purchased the extra warranty in case the blinds were wrong from the start. The first order arrived and it was too small from the dimensions that I gave to them. Customer service helped me with the second replacement order. This order, even with the assistance of the CS rep came in too big for my window. Then, today CS said that they cannot send out a replacement and that the $267 I spent would not be refunded. I will have the payment stopped onj the VISA card and will never do business with them again.

We are a family who meeded blinds ar a decent price for our newly finished downstairs. The blinds came just when they said they would arrive, you need to keep in mind that they have to cut the blinds before they can ship them, they looked amazing and were easy to install at a very affordable price. Thank you for following up to guarantee great service. We even recieved a follow up email from the company making sure everything was to our satisfaction. Will definitely use your company again in the future.
My blinds are ok. The cornice piece is shorter than the blind header. Talked with two different customer service people and they have not responded. I sent pictures and measurements as they requested. If you don't mind if cornice doesn't cover blind header the blinds are ok.
Ordered blinds that are clearly brown on the website. Received blue blinds. This is not a matter of taste or interpretation; what we received are clearly the wrong color, but they would not help because we did not get a "deluxe warranty".
I ordered three cordless top-down bottom-up blinds for my living room and I was so impressed by the low price, customer service and quick delivery that I ordered two additional blinds for my bedrooms. On my first order, I received an email that the color I chose was out of stock so I chose an alternate color and my order was processed right away. Installation was easy and the blinds look beautiful in my living room. I am waiting to receive my second order for the bedrooms and I am confident that I will be just as pleased.

I ordered a few color samples that I received just a few days later. Picked a color from the selection. Took the window measurements and ordered the black out shades for our bedroom. Installation was easy. The shades were installed and I absolutely love them. So happy.
Many problems. The track for my vertical blinds is horrible and the blinds are nearly impossible to slide. They are sending a replacement track but I haven't received it and don't know if it will work. One of my horizontal blinds arrived significantly damaged and they made it a big issue to replace it and could not do it quickly, so I got a refund and am using a better blind company. There are so many blind company options, do not use JustBlinds. The blinds are crap and so is the service.
It was easy to place my order and your measuring video made it easy to feel comfortable that I would get the correct size. The blinds fit my window perfectly and work well. The production was quick and I received them quickly.
The birch vert. Blinds were a perfect fit per the measurements I gave. I did have an issue with the tilt mechanism, but they had me take a picture of it and sent me a new one. The were very courteous and I love the blinds.
Everything was fine until I received the 1" aluminum mini blind without a standard two slat valance. I did not recall there being an option to have the valance, so I just went back and entered a "mock" order for the same blind to 1) confirm that the blind photo does show a standard two slat valance, and 2) that there is no option to order with or without the valance. The blind is ugly without a valance, and being in a bathroom, I will not be putting up a cloth fabric valance. Not thrilled that it did not come with the valance, or that I have to contact JustBlinds to receive a valance.
