The Blinds are great, the instructions were easy to understand, but your hardware sucks! I threw out ALL of the screws provided and bought new. Even using a hand screwdriver the Phillips heads stripped out and were useless.
I (thought) I ordered the (inside) installation of my blinds but I received the outside installation. Because of that I have a wide gap on each side of the blinds. But it could have been an error on my part during the measuring process. Other then that I'm very satisfied with the color & the way they look on my windows except for that one thing.
I bought a venetian blind when I moved into my new home and I had nothing but trouble with it. The fittings were inferior and each time we tried to drop the blind the cord twisted at the top. We had to get the steps out and try to untwist it and even had to assist it by hand little by little. They sent someone out once and still it wouldnt work properly. I had complained several times and eventually they stopped replying to emails. Keep away from this company. Their customer service is non existent.

Let the buyer beware! I placed an order online for a small kitchen window Plantation Shutter (35x22) in faux wood ($85). When I tried to checkout I was shocked to see a Freight charge of $55. There was NOTHING on the website explaining why this charge was so excessive or even why it was added. I emailed customer NO service to ask why the charge was almost as high as the price of the shutter, only to be told that it was "standard" on ALL shutters. They LOST my business from that point on. Smart people don't pay $55 shipping/freight on a faux shutter that weighs less than 6 lbs. That's just CRAZY!

I ordered two 56 X 72 blinds about 2 pm. 4 hours later I decided to order one more for a smaller window. I thought they would all come together.
The website was easy to use and clear on how to measure your window, delivery of the blinds was a lot faster than expected, the quality of what I received was great, and there was a sale going on when I ordered so I think the price was great too.
I had excellant results. I oredered 8 large double insulated blinds and received them 3 days prior to promised shipping date in the middle of the Holiday Season. Quaility is excellant and instulation was simple. Highly recommend this company for I checked with others for price and product service..
This is the first of maybe 2 more I will need. Next time I will get more of a room darkening material, but this one blocks out all but some light. It is nice you can pull it from top or bottom.

Charged my card immediately for overnight shipping for samples. 5 days later, no samples. Offered. A credit, no credit. Asked for email confirmation of credit. No email but they said they sent it. Lie! Asked for tracking. No tracking available. I would never order blinds from this compnay. They are clearly diahonest and shady. Look elsewhere.
We placed an order June 15th 2020. They have changed the ship date three different times. Now we check the new shipping date all it says is check back soon. I have emailed them no answer. I call, they say they will check and call back. Never got a call back. Today I call and canceled my order.

I have 2 huge commercial doors I wanted covered so I ordered the black outside shades with chains, I installed myself, my installations usually come out crocked or off. These were big and I thought No way am I going to get these right. BUT i did! And they look GREAT! So I ordered 11 more cellular shades for my windows, there 45 wide by 35 long. Not typical size and they came perfectly measured, all hardware came and pulls. I also installed them by myself! I highly recommend JUSTBLINDS EASY EASY EASY!

I have ordered two cellilar blinds from them and neither one held up. The one with a pull string has broken twice, they replaced the first one at no charge and now are offering me another replacement for the second time but refuse to refund my money because I a now past the limit of time allowed for a refind so I will have to look forward to going through this hassle every year to replace my blind when the strings dont hold up. The second blind was a cordless and it wouldnt stay up, I requested my money back and I was told I would have to donate my blind to a local charity and submit a receipt before I would be given a refund, by the time I went through through all that process and waited for my refund we went without a blind on our window for a month! Save yourself the pain and dont order from this company. I got a replacement blind for the cordless from Lowes at the same cost and much much better quality!
We ordered blinds from this company online and quickly after the order was placed (within 24 hours) we realized we had ordered the incorrect sizes. We called the day after we placed the order (just within 24 hours) but the line was busy and we were not able to speak with a representative. After contacting them again, the automated message said due to large call volumes they were no longer taking calls for the day. By the time we reached them (just outside of their 24 hour window) we were told we could not make changes to the order or receive a refund. We now have complete window coverings for our home that do not fit any of our windows and we are out hundreds of dollars. You would think they would have found a way to work with us since the items had not yet shipped. The agent we spoke with was rude and had zero compassion for our situation. Shame on us for not measuring correctly - shame on JustBlinds.com for not having adequate customer service teams in place to handle their business.

Faux wood blinds
Got my blind a couple weeks early. I did get the extra warrentee in case there were measurement issues but came cut perfectly. There were a couple of parts that are plastic that I wish were metal such as the tensioner pully.
Over the years I have put 2" wood blinds on nearly every window in my house. I like the look, and they never seem to go out of style. In the past, I had always used Hunter Douglas blinds. In my opinion, they are the gold standard for this product.
Recently I finally got around to redoing my last two bedrooms. Only now I find out that Hunter Douglas must have changed their policies. You can only order their blinds from "decorators." In the past, I had been able to order them online and install them myself. I refuse to pay some decorator for something I am quite capable of doing myself. So sorry, HD, you're out! Personally I think this is dumb business decision on their part, but what can I do?
This left me with limited choices. However, I rolled the dice and ordered these wood blinds from Just Blinds. They arrived yesterday and I installed them last night, and I am quite pleased. While not quite the exact quality as HD (ergo my 4 star, rather than 5 star rating), they are pretty good and certainly worth the price. They were packaged well and included all mounting hardware, including screws. And they fit perfectly.
I am more than happy with my purchase, and they are certainly worth the price paid. The key test, of course, will be how they hold up over time. Some of my Hunter Douglas blinds are probably close to 20 years old and they look and function like new. If these hold up the same, I would easily consider upgrading my rating to 5 stars.

Prompt and courteous CS. I had a couple of questions that were answered promptly. Easy to order and items were packaged very well in the shipping carton.
I bought 14 of these all different sizes and I thought I was going to regret it but thankfully it all worked great, pandemic and slow mail.
First: material, I compared it with a known brand and it was exactly the same for a lot less. I picked silver color (looks a little white. But works on my space). The shades are very light in weight so great for big windows.
Measurements: read and watch the video on how to measure according to your preference ( I chose to mount inside the frames) please be aware of the difference in frames and brackets. I posted pictures for reference hopefully this will help someone. Take your time and double check your measurements down to 1/16in
Shipping: I was told 4 weeks I got them within 2 weeks it was amazing and perfectly on time. Easy to track your package. I received one shipment one day and the rest the next day.
Hanging them, need two ppl maybe one person if the frame are straight line and perfectly squared. It took about 10 mins per window. Easy to medium level.
I can recommend this product based on my experience. I will be ordering 4 more and hope I have the same experience.
Don't even try to get fair treatment from this company. I ordered a standard "stock size" blind made in China and tried to return it. They refused saying it was custom made. Get real, just blinds!
I had used this company before (2010) so when the blinds started to fail, I returned to this company to buy some more. I had ordered Pecan before but this time I was redecorating in Dark Cherry. When I saw online they had a nice Cherry wood. I ordered it. I have several emails back and forth from the company about my new order and NOT ONCE did they suggest getting more samples. Anyways I received the order yesterday and it is the EXACT color I order years ago. It is NOT the Dark Cherry that i ordered. They tell me they cant return them. VERY POOR SERVICE.
I was hesitant to order from JustBlinds due to some poor online reviews but JustBlinds had the deluxe fabric roller shades available that I needed. I have 2 roller shades from a different online company but they discontinued the deluxe fabric shades. I ordered samples as the fabric pattern had a different name but it was the correct pattern. I ordered 3 shades and then realized that I hadn't been able to order reverse rolls. Yikes. I immediately called their 800 number. Alaina and Shareka were so helpful. They contacted the blind supplier and then emailed me to let me know the order was updated for reverse rolls. The blinds arrived about 5 days before the date expected. I will order from them again. Wait for their sales and always double check your measurements.

If I could leave a quarter star I would. That quarter would be for free shipping and that's it. Garbage. I honestly think this company is a scam. From the start we ordered our blinds- blackout for kids' rooms- and while they said shipped on Dec 29 they didn't actually get picked up until Jan 12, and another couple of weeks to deliver. Total BS. Then they didn't fit. Not width and not length AND we followed their specifications. Did you know their instructions say the manufacturer shaves a "small amount" from he blinds? We did- no big deal. Factored in except they took off a whole half inch from each blind's width. That's a lot. Not blackout anymore. And the length was too short. So when we called customer service they said they have it on their website that the manufacturer shaves off a small amount, so all they can do for us is offer 20% discount on our next order. Excuse me? The 20% they always offer to anyone who sneezes near their website? BS. So we talked to their escalation department. Same story except this time she tells me the manufacturer takes a half inch off. Well that would have been nice to know. Why isn't that on the website? Long story short- they refused to refund/replace so we are now in dispute with the credit company to get our money back. As for the blinds we received, not only do they not fit but they are complete garbage. For the price we paid I expected quality. No. They are awful. Do not use this company, I beg you. Do not make the same mistakes we did. We got screwed, but you don't have to. It is my mission to make sure this company gets what they deserve after our experience.
