The Blinds are great, the instructions were easy to understand, but your hardware sucks! I threw out ALL of the screws provided and bought new. Even using a hand screwdriver the Phillips heads stripped out and were useless.
I (thought) I ordered the (inside) installation of my blinds but I received the outside installation. Because of that I have a wide gap on each side of the blinds. But it could have been an error on my part during the measuring process. Other then that I'm very satisfied with the color & the way they look on my windows except for that one thing.

I ordered a custom made dual sheer shade for the picture window in my living room. It's a big window--over 82 inches wide. I bought the extra insurance that covers any measurement mistakes, since I'm not handy and don't trust myself with a tape measure, but I didn't need to worry. The shade fits perfectly. It works like a dream. Very high quality. I had a handyman help with the install and he said it's one of the nicest ones he's ever seen. The movements are smooth and it is well made. I'm delighted with it, plus I took advantage of the president's day sale and wound up getting $75 off. A great bargain for sure!
Tip for consumers:
The installation instructions that came with the product were not great English-wise, but there were better instructions available on the website. Also, the installation is quite straightforward.

Dual sheer blinds
I ordered 2 sets of blinds... with two separate measurements, so 4 blinds total. Hey hacked off 1/2" off the end of all 4. They do not fit appropriately inside the window. It looks like $#*!. Too much space on both sides of the blinds... too much light coming through sides. They should not deduct any measurements... if YOU measure wrong, it should be on YOU. It's your window, right in front of you. You can see what you want. Had I wanted 1/2" of space, I would've ordered down. They offered me a 20% discount to re-order. The blinds don't even close tightly. Big box stores have better quality blinds! If no stars was available, they'd get that but the lowest I can give is 1 star. $300 worth of wood blinds too short. I'll find another company!
I ordered three blinds, one very large (95") one medium (65") and one small (32"). They came packaged carefully, no damage. The color (eggshell) was PERFECT. Not a shiny glaring white, but a more subdued' white. The two smaller ones were perfect. Installation was easy with the directions. I did it by myself. The biggest blind hung poorly, with waves and gaps. They were beautiful, just something made incorrectly. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send pictures, which I fully understand. Once they received those, they gladly remade the blinds for me. Second ones were spot on perfect. I've never ordered custom blinds, always bought off the shelf at the big box stores. This was a fantastic experience and I'd recommend just blinds in a heartbeat! Thanks for the good experience. I LOVE my new blinds. And, people notice them. I've gotten lots of compliments on them.
Seemed quite easy...just concerned if I need to use the guarantee how easy will it be to exchange my blinds?
The measurements for my "custom" inside mount blinds were adjusted downward by the company. Now, instead of having a custom look, there is a gap around all the windows negating the insulating and privacy objectives. When I wrote to the company, the response was: "**Inside Mount Shades will have a small deduction taken by the factory to fit inside the opening**."
In this case, "small deduction" is > 1 inch on both sides of the window.
The good thing is, I only ordered blinds for one bedroom ($639.) and not the entire house.
I have ordered custom blinds for four other houses from other companies without problems. I will not be using JustBlinds again.
I first ordered blinds from this company in 2010. Believe it or not, some of those original blinds are still in use and look great. I've ordered replacements when needed and gotten excellent service. Their custom-made cellular shades are attractive and do a fine job of insulation in cold weather.
Called today to ask about replacement parts for a large blind and Euphemia in Customer Service told me how to find parts and gave me solid advice on replacing the blind if the replacement part doesn't work.
It's rare now to talk to such an intelligent, helpful, pleasant customer service rep.
I will continue to do business with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

Pricing is great. Customer service lousy. And, be prepared to wait for a couple months to receive your order. I ordered simple blinds for garage interior windows. A huge mistake. Just surpassed the two month time frame after purchase and still not delivered, and tracking has no updates, and the telephone hold times are so long when calling that you just give up. Seems like this is by design. Much easier and faster to source locally and have them cut. Won't order from these guys again.
Made blinds to small and colours are way off! Take forever to deliver and won't let you return anything! DO NoT waste your money of this site! Worth paying a few extra dollars at a more respectable company

I purchased the cellular blackout shades. I'm happy with them in every way. They are very similar to Hunter Douglass blinds minus the dealer markup and pushy salesman. I read some reviews about blinds being cut short on width, the company does take a half inch out of the width you provide so blinds don't scratch the sides it is what it is, once that is gotten over the product is great. Came when they said it would, installed easy, operates smooth as silk.
I spent $500 on cellular shades for my living room windows less than one year ago. The cord on the third of five shades has just broken. They are obviously of inferior quality. If you are buying shades to install and never open, they'll be fine. However, if you like to let daylight into your home, stay away. Do NOT buy top-down, bottom-up shades from this company. They won't hold up.
I am never that interested in 5* reviews, Most of them are from folks who are still excited about the latest widget they received two weeks ago. I like to know what problems people had and how they were handled. We have been ordering from JustBlinds.com for about 8 years. All of our orders from them would have met

If you have a year or so to kill, go ahead and order from here. Otherwise, I would suggest staying far away. I could have knitted a set of blinds in the time it takes them to make them. Going on two months now. Great at sending more ads to your inbox, but not at making blinds. Worst experience ever They truly suck. Stay away. I have ordered custom Porsche upgrades from other countries and received them faster. WASTE!

"Gary the fitter is letting this business down. He tells lies and doesn't turn up to appointments. He rushes through the job so the blinds end up not being fitted securely and he's never heard of a dustpan and brush. Worst of all he stinks of a mixture of stale cigarette, coffee and body odour which takes days with windows open to fully clear. Just blinds are cheap but they're cheap for a reason. I'll never use them again which is a shame as my experience could've been quite different if they'd sent a decent fitter."
We ordered 5 products at once, one of which hasn't arrived after 3 weeks now. One of the products ordered could not be filled as they no longer carried desired fabric. Roman shade was nice and easy to install. Roller shades on the other hand... the instructions are sparse and are definitely not thorough enough to even make a good guess on what goes where. Fast forward 1 hour, one fight with husband and 3 Internet videos (none of which were adequate due to difference in mounting mechanism), shade is sitting on the couch.
I just finished installing wood blinds that I ordered online from JustBlinds.com (Height 38 1/4, Width 74 3/4). I am posting this as a recommendation for the company and their product. My customer experience couldn't have gone smoother, from ordering, to delivery to installation. They look great, quality, fit and finish is excellent. I was especially pleased with the ease of installation, particularly the ingenuous design of the head-rail mounts - talk about easy! Over the years I have installed several blinds from other suppliers and NEVER has it been this easy and painless.

I have odd shaped windows so special orders makes me a little nervous. Both the Wooden Blinds and the shades fit perfectly... I was very impressed. The quality also. Everyone that walks into my house is told where to buy their window treatments.

When I read the reviews there were so many 5s I gave this company a shot and ordered my blinds. Previously I had purchased from Smith & Noble and although the price is def better, the installation process with JustBlinds is a nightmare. Nice blinds, arrived a few days early and measurements were right on. The difficulty comes when trying to snap into place. Easy to get the front dip the of bracket into place, but to push up and back and catch the second clip is nearly impossible. One bracket just fell apart in my hand! I guess you get what you pay for. :(

I ordered shades from this Just Blinds about a year ago and was satisfied with the product so I recently ordered what was supposed to be the same product for 10 windows in my house, about $1,000 dollars worth. I've received half the order and the quality is totally different. Fabric is lower quality, fit is bad and magnets don't work. I contacted them to inquire as to why the difference and was told that they are using a different vendor located in Mexico.
They also send out shipping notification 10 day before FedEx actually receives the product from Mexico. Very deceptive! Stay away from these crooks!
The site doesn't do an intuitive image/mock up of the blind like most sites do, so you can easily swap height and width. Order took forever. Mine was screwed up and they didn't take any ownership for it. Customer service was awful... Never again...
I ordered a blind on Dec 8 from Just Blinds. As of January 5, have not come from Turkey, where they are produced. I called and talked with Pagan, who tells me I should have them by Jan 7. But FedEx tracking says no order in transit. I asked for a refund. She said "no" that they are in transit. My order number is *******.
This company screwed me over. They would not honor their so called "guarantee." It's a sham. I now have a blind that does not fit, so what can I do with it other than to donate to habitat for humanity. What a waste of money.
I have since ordered over $1000 of blinds (and am ordering about $2000 more in the next coming months) from blinds.com, and I have not had a single issue. Justblinds is bad mojo.
