The Blinds are great, the instructions were easy to understand, but your hardware sucks! I threw out ALL of the screws provided and bought new. Even using a hand screwdriver the Phillips heads stripped out and were useless.
I (thought) I ordered the (inside) installation of my blinds but I received the outside installation. Because of that I have a wide gap on each side of the blinds. But it could have been an error on my part during the measuring process. Other then that I'm very satisfied with the color & the way they look on my windows except for that one thing.
I just placed my second order with JustBlinds.com and because the service and product are exactly what I need. Free shipping even to Alaska for an oversized product is huge and service has been top notch. They answered my questions up front and then sent a coupon right when the bracket broke on one of my 1/2" measurement windows. I literally have to custom order mini-blinds for every window in my house and I get them here at the right price with free shipping. Measuring can be tricky but if you already have them installed measure the current blind itself for the order. That is what I have done and they have fit every time in the existing brackets.

I was so pleased with them, both in putting them up, and how they look/operate, that I ordered 4 more blinds to finish off my apartment and just put those up. I have already recommended you to other people and will definitely use you again in the future if I move. The apartments in my area (Back Bay, Boston, MA) have high ceilings and the inside window lengths are usually over 80 inches so I could not go with standard blinds.
The free samples you sent out for colors helped a lot too.
Having the white backing on all the colors is a great feature too.

I ordered $1700 worth of wood blinds on a 15% off sale that ended on 5/23. Placed the order that day around noon. At 5 or so, I get an email indicating they were having a Memorial Day sale and wood blinds were 20% off. Called them to request a credit for the difference. Told me no. Company policy! Of course I would have waited to place the order if the next sale was bigger than the current sale. This shows how much they appreciate the suckers like me that they reeled in with the first sale. I wont buy here again. Company policy!
Easy installation
Overall great. Little issues that got fixed quickly. Packing is not all the same so you need to open each box carefully.
Top cover is a little different with the magnetic attachments. If you are not straight it will show. Overall great just ordered more. Lots of windows lol

Chris, Doing business with Just Blinds is a perfect experience. You even had my 2/2004 purchase still on file. (Order# *******). Unfortunately you do not carry Ellie Buckwheat anymore and Contrast Tan does not quite match but I had to settle for it. I understand product availability changes over time, so I am not complaining. But you did change your standard bracket and I was not asked if I wanted extension which I do need and just ordered the other day. The standard brackets do not extend out pass the molding of the window far enough and the verticals hit the molding if I try to open them. Nothing the extensions won't fix. Still an extremely happy customer of Just Blinds.

Ordered Top Down Bottom Up Blinds. Their website changed order to standard blinds because custom blinds were not available in our size. Not what we ordered, not what we can use, company won't accept return or make good. They even mentioned that this was a common problem on the website, they could not help, and they have other unhappy customers with same problem. WOW!
Lost $747 dollars. A more reputable company was able to fill our order perfectly.

Paid 72.00 plus shipping. Could have bought it at home depot for 11.00. Slats are thinner then paper. Put them up in spite of the quality. The next day the mechanism that opens and closes the blinds broke inside the unit. Throwing in trash. Heading to home depot. BOB B.
We have ordered from JustBlinds twice in the past but hesitated to place our new order because of all the negative reviews online. However the other companies didn't sound any better, so we took a chance. As soon as the order went in, we received a projected delivery date about two weeks out and the blinds arrived on time with no damage and were exactly what we had ordered. The installation went smoothly and we are very pleased with the final product.

It has been 3 months of calls, emails, having my husband call etc. without any help. I purchased the additional insurance for miscalculations and damages. I was told 1 month ago that there too busy to handle claims. / as of today 3 months of poor service of items I payed for.

Just the facts: I measured four blinds incorrectly by one inch in width. That's right - Oops - my fault. However, when I contacted them (live chat) they would not allow me to return the blinds to cut off an inch. I worked for Sunshade Mini-blinds in Torrance CA while in college so I know it can be done without much effort. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. The blinds shipped from Norman Window Fashions, LLC. I will buy my blinds from a local dealer that can provide customer service that exceeds my expectations.
I have now ordered from JustBlinds twice. Both experiences have been great. The customer service associates are very pleasant and knowledgeable and the product received is just as described on their site.
I'm not exactly a carpenter (never took a shop class in high school), but I'm able to easily order the right size and install the blinds myself. As a landlord with four properties to maintain, I've gradually upgraded all those places with quality blinds -- the small investment pays off in faster rentals at higher rents.

This was probably our 4th or 5th order with Justblinds.com and once again, just a perfect experience. The prices are outstanding, selections are deep and customer service/communication is second to none. Worth mentioning is that, several years ago, a small part broke on a blind that we had for more than 3 years. I called JustBlinds.com fully willing and expecting to pay a small charge to get the part that I needed. NOPE! Spoke to a representative and THE NEXT DAY I not only had a replacement part, but detailed instructions AND a spare part in case I needed it on another blind that we ordered at the same time. WOW. This, ladies and gentlemen, is why we don't even consider the competition. Would give then 6 stars if I could.
The blinds themselves looks good. I dislike that the valance sticks out so much from the headrail. Know that if you are looking up at the blinds you will see this. It doesn't look great. The instructions that accompanied the blinds were wrong. They missed their shipping date and refused to 2 day it even though it was their error. They said it would come damaged that way?
My disappointment is really with the measurement. I ordered them over the phone to make sure I knew the measurements. I was told to give him the final finished measurements, which I did. He neglected to tell me that he was going to tack on the valance which would add more with to my measurement. This now doesn't fit in my window.
Even more disappointing is the fact that they won't fix their mistake. They will give me a 20 percent discount on my next order. I will go elsewhere.
Chris I am pleased to let you know that there may have been a hiccup on color of a blind but now, officially, Just Blinds has provided blinds for every room in our home. I have received multiple compliments over the years on how nice the blinds look and almost always is followed with the statement "but we could never afford blinds". I have referred a number of people over the years knowing that they too will be treated with professionalism, respect and kindness should they decide to order from your company. The Customer Service that I have received from Just Blinds far exceeds the other companies that I have dealt with in our remodeling project. Much, much appreciated. The order process was simple and the product was as expected. However, the cut of the blinds was just a smidgeon too wide, so we really had to fuss with it to get it hung up. I don't think it will ever come down without damaging the frame. If I order again for an interior hang, I will probably estimate about 1/8'' less than the exact measurement, to avoid that.
It looked like an easy solution to get the blinds I needed. The window was larger than the blind sizes at the big box stores.
I chose the product because it was what I wanted for that window.
It has been very easy to see what I want and ordering has been simple.
I ordered two cellular blinds with top-down, bottom-up option and vertical blinds for a sliding glass door. After about 6 months, the larger cellular blind would not stay up at the top all the way when the blind was closed (all the way down at the bottom). The gap grew, and several complaints resulted in no response except that a new part arrived unannounced in the mail one day. We replaced the part that is supposed to lock the string, but it didn't help. Upon closer inspection, it looks like a design flaw related to the type of lock used (cheap and flimsy) and the type of string used (skinny and slippery). I would not recommend purchase of this type of shade from JustBlinds unless it is for a very small window. Only a 90-day warranty.
Based on other searches for 2" faux window blinds, I felt JustBlinds had the 2 sets I needed at better prices than other sites I visited. I also wanted measurement instructions that were similar to other blinds I've installed. I am happy with the shopping experience and hope the blinds meet my expectations as well.
Unless you pay them extra for their poorly crafted product you won't be able to return the blinds if you don't like them. The fabric we looked at in the kit was much nicer than what was actually on the blinds and when we went to return the blinds we were told that there are no returns accepted.
Don't waste your time or money with such a substandard company.
After reading the reviews, I ordered these blinds with much trepidation and thinking they were made in Houston, TX. They are made in China and shipped from China -- way cheaper than its competition despite the tariffs. They fit perfectly and were easy to install. If the U.S. wants to create jobs for Americans, these low-cost, excellent blinds should not even be an option. Same with automobiles, appliances, and furniture from Ikea.
Last year I ordered two sets of real wood blinds for two apartments. Great! Everything arrived and fit. This year new order, valances too short and outside valance mount was broken. No hardware available to hold down the blinds on the doors. Customer service said there is no hardware available from this new vendor so... too bad for me! I have at least two more apartments that need blinds and I am not getting them from here.
