All good except for the delivery problem by Australia Post. It might be out of your control BUT you can still let them know that some of their delivery people are not at least contacting the customer via the intercom system.but are just leaving it in the foyer.

Contacted staff were very helpful & did their best to satisfy my delivery day requirements due to my need to change my work hours so I could be present on the delivery day (which I was on Tue Oct 08)

Make the 3 business days more noticeable. Most sites show how quick they deliver their digital Windows codes whereas I had to assume yours was within the day or immediate, but later found out it wasn't because I was left waiting.

I was thinking of refunding due to wanting the code sooner, and wouldn't mind paying an extra $3 or so for it. I received the code and no reply to the support request I sent.

Very quick and easy. Pleased with the service received. The only minor thing I would say is that its great being informed on the progress of delivery but when you have AU Post advising you of this. You do not really need communications from JW as well.

The warehouse and supplier has made me feel disappointed as I was expecting like what JW Computer's delivery policy says that it takes about 1 - 3 days to process but took longer because it had to wait another 1 - 3 days to get the item from the supplier to your warehouse, which takes about 6 days in total and then dispatch the item which will take another 1 - 3 days from the courier to my place.
It's a shame that the items were good but how the process was delayed overall was not a good experience. Good thing Post Australia did a good job on delivering as soon as possible.

Email customer was amazing! I was inquiring about stock availability for a camera I wanted to purchase. They replied quickly, only in a matter of hours. They were kind and answered all my questions. Ended up purchasing the camera right after reading their email reply :)

Did a click and collect at the Bankstown store. The workers there was also very kind and lovely. Grabbed my order quickly and I was on my way. 10/10 would recommend.

Emailed customer service about product availability since I was a little confused. They replied super quick and confirmed the stock, and also gave me a timeframe of when the product was going to be dispatched from the warehouse. Super kind people!

JW is much better than the chain stores, they are upfront about stock and delivery times, prepare orders very quickly, and the staff are always polite and courteous. The price difference is usually negligible and they have good loyalty deals too!

I recently purchased a portable touchscreen laptop screen, and it has been a great addition to my work setup. It's lightweight and easy to carry, with a crisp display and responsive touch functionality, making it ideal for both work and entertainment. The screen connects effortlessly via USB-C or HDMI mini, and the plug-and-play setup is hassle-free. It's perfect for multitasking. The stylus is average for note-taking or design work but adds value if you don't have a touchscreen laptop. While it does draw power from my laptop, which can drain the battery a bit quicker, the convenience and versatility more than make up for it.

Happy with the process and support. Would have been better if explained on initial shipping notification the second item ( Asus NUC) was being shipped by partner and different timeline. Their shipping info ( Global Express Team) did not populate your tracking system properly, kept advising "invalid tracking number". Had to go to Global Express website to track.

When i got problem with the bios due to my CPU being too new, the technician was very friendly and nice, he explain and resolve the problem really quick. Definitely recommended store.

Easy to use website but delivery times very slow to be able to receive product from Singapore 3 days before the order from JW was even picked was ridiculous, especially when I ordered the same thing from both companies within minutes of each other on the same day.

Ordering was easy the recipient had the tracking number and postage was not long at all arrived together and in a nice big sturdy box and was a signed drop off only.

Meanwhile, I received good information about the product, over the phone, from the staff at JW Computers, at Castle Hill.

Easy to add to cart and open an account and easy payment. I initially chose delivery, but changed my mind, so called them and changed to pick up. Item was ready to collect that afternoon.

Great laptop. Good price. Great graphics card. With my son I expanded the ram and storage. With my daughter she is good as she doesn't do as many huge games like flight simulator

My order status didn't move until I called up 2 weeks later, but when I did call I was promptly greeted by the service desk team who assured me they would follow up on it

By the next day the service desk team member called me back and was following up to say that they made sure the order was sent out, that's really good customer service and a great experience.

This could have easily been a 1-2 star experience but due to your team member owning the issue that I had and followed through with his word I really appreciate it and honestly didn't mind waiting longer.

Apologies his name has slipped by me but I'm sure if you check my order details against any internal notes that team member should be commended for their ownership of my case.

As stated in my last comment I had a fantastic experience, the team member seemed genuinely concerned with my issues and followed my issue up and even called me the morning the order had a shipping label assigned, great experience as a first time customer.

JW had a sale on the MOBO; the $200 saving was just too good to miss! Due to the competitive price, I was initially concerned about the delivery and service quality, but everything was smooth from ordering to dispatch and delivery. The product arrived well-packed and exactly as advertised. I highly recommend them!

Order was shipped on the same day it ws placed and arrived in only a couple days. Very satisfied with the whole process.
