I ordered on a Friday and it took till the following Friday to be dispatched... Completely insulted by the delay and the way you think my time is worthless? Aust post took two working days to deliver what you took seven days to pack?
Product was advertised as IN STOCK. But took more than a week to go from ordered to dispatched as it had to be moved from another supplier. Didn't communicate until I emailed them. There should be clarification between ready to dispatch next day vs coming from our supplier. Scorptec does this.
A neutral experience the online side of the business was a dissapointment, where the instore expereince at castle hill was great
Customer services responses were fairly generic.

I am very happy. There was some mis-advertising though - the monitor is 4k60Hz not 244Hz 0.5ms:)

Good prices, good enough reviews
I was skeptical at first but saw that JW was an Australian company and felt more reassured about going ahead with the purchase.
After a search on line for the product I was after JW offered an extremely competitive price even with freight.

My first. Experience was a very good one. I spoke to Do at he Bankstown store prior to placing my online order and he was very helpful and gave me confidence to place the order for a refurbished computer. In the end I received a very good computer and am extremely happy with the purchase.

I was very happy with my experience with this company! My order went in on a Friday, and arrived from interstate on Monday! My laptop is not yet fully in use, just waiting to transfer some more files from my old set-up. But what I've done so far has been good!
I had some help from my son to find the laptop that I needed at a good price. And JW fitted my needs!
The package arrived as described in their page. This was actually for my son. I have not received any negative feedback from him. So, he's prolly a satisfied customer!

Ordered the LG monitor on Easter Saturday and picked it up the following Saturday at the Blacktown shop. It was a fuss free and professional service and I was very pleased as the item was ready near the counter to be collected so I did not even have to wait. The item came as described and the shopping experience went well. Thank you.
