I ordered on a Friday and it took till the following Friday to be dispatched... Completely insulted by the delay and the way you think my time is worthless? Aust post took two working days to deliver what you took seven days to pack?

My experience with JW has always been great. I've been building systems for more than 30 years so I always and in the look for available parts, and JW has been able to help me out very well.
Needed confirmation on the ram kit I bought. Because on the website there was a lot of them from the same brand but different specs. So I bought the one I needed and sent an email to please confirm you have it and don’t mix it up. JW responded quickly and also very detailed so I could rest assured.
