I ordered on a Friday and it took till the following Friday to be dispatched...
Completely insulted by the delay and the way you think my time is worthless?
Aust post took two working days to deliver what you took seven days to pack?

It seems like your bankstown store is run by children that don't like to answer the phone or talk on the phone. They hung up on me twice. And still didn't get an answer of where my package was I couldn't track it

Delivered to remote W.A in 5 days including JW tech upgrades prior to shipping. Arrived in show room condition. Considering JW had hands all over the laptop to perform the upgrades, the laptop arrived without a single finger print on her (MSI 18 192gbRam 8tb SSD upgrades). Recommend their services.
Only reason i gave 4 star was the phone support gave some miss information but they corrected them self's after a few minutes ( was frustrating believing the worst to find out they were wrong and all was in line).

i ordered a $10,500 laptop. received a random email that the order was suspended 5 days after placing the order ( including the weekend ) called the service center and the person i spoke to gave me the wrong information leaving me to ask for a refund. Turned out the person was wrong, all was in order and on time.

Large choice of components, competent stuff. There was a problem with the website when making an order, but finally it was fixed. Computer was delivered on time, works fine.

I paid for expedited shipping and think i wasted my money because things I ordered from USA arrived quicker than this order. Processing time was very slow

The order didn't get properly processed after purchase. I called up 5 days later to enquire and that was what was needed to get it completed and then sent for delivery. Otherwise worked well.

Overall good although my initial orders where not served as JW mentioned that the available stock was broken! However they provided me with a spec upgrade in the next order for the same price which was great.

Information about the product was incomplete. For example the USB A port is for power input only, it can't be used for touch screen data use. This is odd because the monitor ships with a 240v to USB A power supply but not a USB A-USB A cable. Both USB C ports work for touch data, power and display video, the monitor ships with USB A-USB C and USB C-USB C cables. There is no mention in the printed guide about the power only capability of the USB A port.

Very easy and quick to order, but they didn't told me if there is delay for shipping because the don't have ready stock after I followed up. Good thing is arrived in good order using express post.

Almost gave you 5! 😃. Just one very minor issue. Order took over a week to arrive. As I didn't receive any updates, I checked my order on your website which indicated it was being processed. No other detail was visible, so I rang and spoke to someone about it. It seems the products had to be delivered from partner warehouse. No worries, I understand, but it would have been nice to see this on the website when I checked on my order, or maybe updated via email or text. Once the goods were in transit though, I was informed on every stage of its journey! So yes, very happy

Actual sale and delivery was top notch. Four emails for multiple reviews on multiple sites later, not so much.

Product did not work due to firmware being 9 versions old. NETGEAR technician said that it was because it had been I stock for more than 15 months. Perhaps you can advise consumers that a firmware update is needed.

Extremely fast shipping, order was shipped within 12 hours, and received within a couple of business days. Great comms from JW to update on the status of my order, and received a proper invoice for my item, which was helpful for tax purposes.

Too many emails, I received something like 10 emails and was automatically subscribed to the spam list. No chill.
