I ordered on a Friday and it took till the following Friday to be dispatched... Completely insulted by the delay and the way you think my time is worthless? Aust post took two working days to deliver what you took seven days to pack?

I called about a confirmation email that I hadn't gotten, which came a few hours after the phone call.
Because everywhere else we looked, they wanted way too much for the product(s) they were offering. JW had the most reasonable prices for what I was looking for at the time.
I purchased this on 23/4/24 it was opened and damaged. It looked like it was a return then sold to me. You people should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. I get stuffed around. Have a look at the pics.

This is the first time I've used JW and they did the job well. Ordering was easy, postage was quick, BUT honestly I was VERY miffed by the suggestion that without paying extra then customer service would purposefully be lower on their priority list if I had problems. That has put JW near the bottom of my preferred list of parts suppliers.
To be that blatant about obviously creating a two tier customer class system is quite disgusting frankly. It almost caused me to refuse to deal with them at all.
No amount of lower costs, ease of ordering or even postage speed will change that disgusting taste in my mouth. If I had another option for this product I would have taken it.
I chose JW because there wasn't another option for the item I was after. No other reason.
