I ordered on a Friday and it took till the following Friday to be dispatched... Completely insulted by the delay and the way you think my time is worthless? Aust post took two working days to deliver what you took seven days to pack?
Would have been better if web site stated In Stock at Supplier rather than just In Stock. Had. To chase delivery dates. Apart from this minor glitch, a good experience.

Minor hiccup. Had trouble paying it with PayPal for some reason. I got emails saying that the payment got refunded back to me for some reason. Had to cancel the order multiple times because of it, create a new order and pay with card - That seems to work fine. Not too sure if it was the website or PayPal at fault. Either way, I was able to order the item that I wanted.

Didn't know the part was special order so I messaged about it and was told but completely made it up to me by upgrading my postage to express. I installed the part and computer is working again. Perfect customer service very happy and would use JW computers again.
I didn’t know the part I ordered was a special order part so it was going to take longer than expected to receive it so I contacted support and they handled it perfectly upgrading my shipping to express to make sure I recieved the part in time for my pc repair. Very happy with the customer service.

I looked at a bunnings advertisement for my product and found out it was being supplied by JW so I went straight to there website and purchased the product through them. Very happy I did.

Apparently typing keys are small compared to the the other laptops I have used.
