I ordered on a Friday and it took till the following Friday to be dispatched... Completely insulted by the delay and the way you think my time is worthless? Aust post took two working days to deliver what you took seven days to pack?
You offer paypal so why require me to input all my details when 99% of all other online retailers have a paypal express checkout option?
First option should the choice of paypal express, that why i dont have to type: email, address, phone etc.
Price was good.
The overall experience from JW was great but the couriers used was woeful, they just left it at the apartment gates witgout contact when it was supposed to be signed for. I didn't find out until the next day when I received an email from JW that the laptop had been delivered. It was only luck that my parcel was still there.

While researching Intel NUC devices, I followed the JW Computers link from Google search results.
The product information on the product page helped me make the decision to purchase.
The sales price for the device was very competitive.
The shipping time was exactly as stated when I purchased and the customer communication systems throughout the purchase, shipping and after-sales period were excellent.
I chose JW Computers ultimately for the competitive price of the Intel NUC.
My secondary consideration was the store location in Sydney, NSW from which the device was shipped.
Despite being express post ordered on Monday, package didn't dispatch until Thursday/Friday but it was still quick with shipping

JW Computers were great, the website is easy to use, lots of emails / communication, order was processed and sent out quickly, card arrived in perfect condition. The only problem I had was with Australia Post; I paid extra for express shipping and the order ended up coming in a bit late.
