I set appointment for k designer to come and price our bathroom, they sent Brittney out and she made a comment to wife that she bring some eye candy for her to look at, she a married woman, then she try to get another loan on my wife name without even talking to her, then we try to cancel the hold project, then came up with if u do u owe 5700 dollars, and all the other stuff, we cancel and she call wife back with total, taking about we u folks all kind of discounts, who talk to customers like that, we talk to her boss, and he did nothing about the situation, the company is a scam and rip off, they didn't even send out the new contract, be careful with this company,READ ALL YOUR PAPERWORK, DEALING WITH BRITTNEY...

I got a scary encounter with their contractors because they were rude and very unprofessional when they visited my house. I was alone so I was scared for myself and the fact that they kept commenting on how I looked instead of focusing on the purpose of their visit got me very uncomfortable. Thankfully, my dear neighbor saw them arrived and knew I needed a companion at the time. I didn't know what would have happened if my neighbor didn't come over.
Replaced 3 aluminum window with vinyl. Installer efficient and competent. Completed in one day. Great improvement over cloudy aluminum windows. They look great and we a pleased with them.
