I have had the worst experience with Kaged Muscle, and they have lost a loyal customer of 8 years without any care or regard. I used to avoid buying directly from them due to their U.K. Warehouse constantly being out of stock and overpriced compared to other stockists. Unfortunately, I never had any issues until recently, when the taste of the Pink Lemonade preworkout—my go-to product for the last 8 years—changed drastically. It tasted sour, almost like it had been mixed with cherry flavour or had a horrible marzipan taste. Thankfully, the stockist I was newly using, iHerb, refunded me immediately but claimed Kaged took no responsibility or accountability.

Assuming iHerb had sold me dodgy stock, I repurchased directly from Kaged's U.K. Site, but this is where everything went downhill. I ordered 3 tubs costing me over £100, and the taste was just as bad as the iHerb order—disgusting and clearly off. When I contacted Kaged's customer service, it was an absolute nightmare. They were rude, abrupt, unapologetic, and dismissive. They made numerous errors, from initially telling me I could refund, then saying I couldn't, to conflicting statements about the flavour profile not changing versus adding more flavour to mask vitamins. I finally filed an official complaint only to be totally ignored with no follow up, and the whole process was a mess.

I went online and found numerous complaints from January 2024 onwards about the awful change in flavour of the Pink Lemonade, and even more about their terrible customer service. For such a small company, you'd think customer care would be a top priority, but Kaged has missed the mark completely. Perhaps this decline started after their falling out with co-founder Kris Gethin, but whatever the reason, the product quality is now shocking, and their customer service is even worse.

I won't ever be back, and I urge others to take caution. If you ever have any issues with Kaged products, don't expect any help from their customer service team, even if it's a clear quality issue.
