Not only was there children crying and screaming in the background. I paid full price for an item. The same day it got mArked down to a lower price. When I called she wasn't helpful after they took my money, then they removed the dress completely!. I paid extra for next day shipping it came in 3. I unpacked the item spots in the fabric. The photo showed knee length it was a Tshirt when I put it on... These women are a bunch of unprofessional B-words. Do not give them a dime... And this reminded me why I didn't deal with them from my first experience. The site looks good but that's how they get you NEVER AGAIN
I placed an order for the sheer black lace cover up on 7-16-15 and didn't receive it until a whole 2 months later after I threatened and filed a complaint with the BBB and when i got the item it was not what i order and was cheap looking and poorly sown together so I returned the item with tracking for a full refund and here it is today 11-3-15 and I have yet to get my refund with no response from Karen and nor did she respond to the BBB about this complaint. BUYERS BEWARE
