I would NOT recommend this property to any one as long as ***ALEX*** (female) is working for this company.
Any one with any kind of authority over this site should look into how the paying customers are being hung up on, yelled at, and even being, taken off your own account (Per ALEX). How can you ban a paying customer from their own account and property?
Every time my family and I have to deal with Kiss Self Storage due to ***ALEX*** we know there will be problems. I am not the only person who has had unpleasant experiences here.
On Sept 8, after asking ***ALEX*** her position, last name initial (for ID purposes) and the managers contact into I was given the runaround and told I, "Didn't need that information!" Finally, I was told she was the "Assistant manager", the only ***ALEX*** who worked for the property and all other sites and the Corp. VP, Chad Conner would be in some time next week and to call and they would let me know if he is in at that exact moment or not.
IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LESS THAN HUMAN BY ***ALEX*** THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!
I will be writing a follow up review in regards to this situation.
