User's manual (that came with the camera) was severely mangled due to size of shipping box being too small. The item (rated Ex) was crammed into the box, resulting in folds/creases. It required my time and effort to make it presentable/usable.

I remember picking from a few options trying to get the exact ones I wanted. But when they arrived I got the ones I was trying to avoid. They are close enough to the ones I wanted so I decided not to go through the whole return process but they are not the lenses I ordered.

I purchased a used Nikon Speedlight SB-26 that was rated in EX condition. When it arrived, I noticed that there was moisture in the bag. When I removed the speedlight for inspection, I had a very hard time opening the battery door. When I finally opened it, there was corrosion on the battery door and in the battery chamber. This is not acceptable. I've already sent a request for an RMA and have had only a token response by automation. Really? Do better than that and maybe I'll remain a customer.

The camera did not recognize any lenses when attached. This is highly concerning considering the camera was rated as EX+. Really want to trust KEH for my camera purchases, but I have a bad feeling.

KEH fine and helpful, Fedex not so much. Paid extra for 'express delivery' but goods delayed because Fedex wanted a special shipping invoice but demanded it several times from me rather than from KEH despite phone assurances.

The item was cheaper than usual so I expected some usage marks but it looks good as new and works perfectly. It arrived earlier than expected and packaged securely. I'll certainly use KEH again.

Found this lens on KEH web site. When I saw the Rating of LN- I was a little surprised. The price was significantly less than I expected. I ordered it and received it earlier.
The lens is awesome and it replaces an older version that got dropped. In addition this lens is discontinued by Nikon. Great find and equally great service from KEH.

My item arrived on time and well packaged. Condition of the item was as advertised. I amore than pleased with KEH's service and high quality merchandise.

KEH has been fantastic with recommendations based on my needs and where I am in my photography business.

Fed ex lost my package but I did eventually get it.

I can always count on excellent customer service from KEH. I received my order expertly packed and quickly shipped. Unfortunately, the UG rated item was just too UG, so I immediately requested a return and a RMA was quickly provided so I could send the item back. In the mean time I re-ordered a similar item in EX condition. Thank you KEH for fast, courteous, and consistently excellent customer service!

I've been checking out KEH for years and also had recieved there catalogs by mail. I was always hesitant ordering used with out seeing the item first. I ordered the Sigma 120-300 f2.8 lens. I recieved it as quoted. When I recieved my new lens it was really amazed by how much better the grading was. I am very pleased with my new lens and will be shopping KEH again

Filter in mint condition and exactly as described. I could also have it shipped to a fedex location and pick it up so it wasn't sitting outside my house all day.

I have been buying and selling for just over a year now and have never had any issues. They are quick to respond, if asked by email, and in store they are amazing in helping you decide which camera or lens would be best depending on your style of photography

I had no problem picking up my package at Fedex. When I opened my package it did indeed look like new. The battery that came with the camera was fully charged. At this point and time I have no complaints.

Very pleased with my new Sony system. After 40 years of Nikon it was a big change but with the quality of the used equipment from KEH I was able to make the transition with confidence that the items I purchased were in good working order. Thanks KEH

Love working with these guys. My purchase arrived on time, and just as described. They really take care in reviewing the equipment they sell and have always been spot on in their evaluation and description.

I am very happy with the order. The camera and lens are in great condition and as advertised. The only minor issue was the delay with custom. I paid the extra fee to get the item expedited, but due to missing paperwork, the items were delayed by 4 days.

The package arrived in two days. The camera and lens both seem like new to my examination. No defects discernable. The zoom and focus rings on the lens are both smooth. I've taken the camera out on a couple of nature hikes already, and taken about 400 test photos. I am very, very pleased with the camera and lens combo I purchased from KEH. I've shot some photos against a plain blue sky and there is no evidence of even a speck of dust on the sensor. I really love the reach of the lens!

I received my order however it was broken. I tried to contact KEH both by email and phone but I have not received a reply.
I want my item replaced or money refunded.

Just want everyone at KEH to know that you have all been wonderful every time I've purchased something from you. Just be aware that FedEx proved to be a complete nightmare when delivering my lens. Being a 600 mm zoom lens I knew it was a larger piece of equipment, and I wanted to be sure that it was delivered properly to my address. I received an email from them once it was shipped saying it would be at my address between 11 AM and 2 PM on the day of delivery. Since a signature was required I took the entire day off from work, and had a very important photography job lined up for the next day. I later received another email stating it would be delivered between 3 PM and 5 PM. I went out to do some errands and then surprisingly received yet another email stating they had tried to deliver the lens at 12:19 PM, two hours and 41 minutes prior to their estimated time of 3 to 5 PM. I called FedEx immediately and advised them to have the driver turn back so he could deliver the lens and I would sign for it. After seven phone calls spanning 2 PM through 9 PM, and after being promised it will be delivered to my house by 8 PM that same night, the lens never made an appearance. The next day I had to cancel a very important photography job which cost me not only money, but my reputation as a photographer. The lens was finally delivered to a FedEx drop off location where I had to pick it up myself. Again, KEH has been wonderful. FedEx is an absolutely awful delivery service.

The Nikon EM Grade EX+ KEH just sent me doesn't work. I've put fresh batteries in it and have even swapped battery carriers with the Nikon EM body I already have. That one works with either battery carrier but the one I just bought is dead.

Everything shipped super fast and was well packaged. Items were as described if not in better condition, and I'm really pleased with my order. I will definitely be back again!

"Like-new" camera came exactly as described. Great condition. Love the ability to pay it off over time. So happy with my purchase, can't wait to come back for the next upgrade!
