Nathan single handedly helped me through getting my camera gear after their security denied my payment for basically no reason "email not used with a vendor". My email is linked to my bank and has been used for every vendor purchase I've basically made to the card including Amazon and more. Well my payment got denied so I had to wait 2-5 days for a refund to make the purchase with PayPal and Nathan helped me to hold the purchase cart and change the order while not having to remake it so I can get my stuff. Got my package in 3 days after the PayPal went through. Thanks a ton!
User's manual (that came with the camera) was severely mangled due to size of shipping box being too small. The item (rated Ex) was crammed into the box, resulting in folds/creases. It required my time and effort to make it presentable/usable.

Received merchandise as ordered, well packaged and quick delivery. Two out of the three flashes were operational, one was not functioning. Two of the three flashes were listed (AI) as is. That's the chance you take buying as is. However, in the past I have purchased (as is) merchandise and everything I received was functional. You can depend on KEH to deliver! Completely satisfied!

Camera body was in good condition just missing the hot shoe cover (a cheap fix). However it came with a charger and no battery. I understand that it is used but the battery is an important part of the camera package.
So I ordered this Leica R3 and a lens on a Saturday and by that Tuesday the camera and lens were in hand. Incredible turn around! On top of that, the lens and camera were in excellent shape, exactly as described, and genuinely exceeded my expectations given my experiences with eBay sellers who kind of inflate the quality of their gear. The checkout process was easy and intuitive and let me just say KEH will be the first shop I turn to when I'm shopping for new gear to fill out my new Leica kit!

Traded in my camera and got the exact price as my quote, plus some since i traded for store credit! My new camera came and was perfect! Very happy.
I got my camera and it is in amazing condition overall. 1 side of the microphone is very dirty with visible buildup of stuff, however, I tested the audio quality of the videos and it sounds fine. 1 thing that I'm actually concerned about is that the play button is hard to press. Unfortunately I'm not sure if that is just a common thing for this camera or if it just happens to be this specific camera. Overall my experience with this purchase was good! Compared to other resellers the price was fantastic as well! I really hate to not be leaving a 5 star review but I'm just a bit worried that I'll have to spend more money on repairs for the play button

The order was delayed for an unknown reason. I had to call KEH and speak to Customer Service to send the order again. Customer Service rep stated that I would receive a credit for shipping delay.
They are always fair on their ratings and offer the best competitive pricing for gear but MOST importantly, i buy with CONFIDENCE! Unlike eBay and similar places, I know the gear I buy at KEH had been inspected and tested by qualified technicians! 10/10.
Happy with the two Minolta lenses I received marked as excellent (md 100 2.5 (55ø)and a mc 50mm macro f3.5). The grading system is a little confusing. Delivered without front and back caps (probably said in the when i Ordered). Both lenses where in working order and packed properly. The 50mm macro had some residue (probably oil) at the edge of one of the rear elements(not possible to reach without taking it apart). Affect image quality a little when bokehballs are in the edge of the picture (some uneven patterns)seen in rare cases. All in all happy since the 100mm where ok (some internal dust). The lenses where a little dirty, maybe normal, but expected a little cleaning when the were marked "excellent". Of course there is better to se the real picture of the product when you order.
