Nathan single handedly helped me through getting my camera gear after their security denied my payment for basically no reason "email not used with a vendor". My email is linked to my bank and has been used for every vendor purchase I've basically made to the card including Amazon and more. Well my payment got denied so I had to wait 2-5 days for a refund to make the purchase with PayPal and Nathan helped me to hold the purchase cart and change the order while not having to remake it so I can get my stuff. Got my package in 3 days after the PayPal went through. Thanks a ton!
User's manual (that came with the camera) was severely mangled due to size of shipping box being too small. The item (rated Ex) was crammed into the box, resulting in folds/creases. It required my time and effort to make it presentable/usable.
Had some troubles with fedex but i called and figured them out. Camera was in great shape and just what i expected!
My ordering process was super easy. I asked questions in the chat regarding the purchasing I made which aided in the acquisition. Shipping was simple and straight by forward. Now I can enjoy my new lens!
I received my 85mm canon lense and it's great! The lens cap isn't as secure but the lens itself is flawless.

Easy to order, and pretty accurate delivery estimation. I still need to put the back into my camera and test to make sure it's working alright though.
My only hangup is I wish they made it clear that certain things needed certain adapters, bit otherwise the shipping and customer service is amazing.
The Olympus FL-50 is a 'dated' (older) flash but works perfectly with my current Olympus OM-D cameras. I saved over $100+ by shopping with KEH over purchasing on eBay. My FL-50 arrived in perfect condition (and with all accessories) at a bargain price. The FL-50 flash was tested on several of my Olympus OM-D cameras and the flash worked perfectly (E-TTL setting) on every camera. My continued choice for purchasing used photo gear will always be KEH for used products at the best prices available. Dale in Lacey, WA
Lens is great. Only thing I wish was different is that I didn't see anywhere that the lens cap is 3rd party instead of original Fuji.

I was excited to find a full Pentax auto 100 kit backed by a reputable company. This was my first time ordering from KEH. I typically order my used gear from B&H. The picture had the full kit but I only received the body and lens. When I asked about it, they said it was noted in the comments. Personally, I felt mislead. That aside, the camera was listed as excellent condition and was dirty and the mirror was stuck. I'll be returning and probably not purchasing from this company again.
First timer shopping at KEH for used gear. Sony A7iii and Sigma 105mm Macro, arrived in stated condition in adequate packing.

The camera was a little dirty and the charger is not a standard Canon charger but so far the camera itself works good. Also, full factory reset wasn't done and someone's phone was still paired with the it (easy to undo). Probably would opt for a refurbished camera if the price is the same (it was within $10). But, overall a good experience.
I received this lens in 5 days in great condition. I have enjoyed the pictures it has taken on my used Nikon D750 that I also recently purchased from KEH. I will recommend KEH to everyone that is interested in quality used camera equipment.
KEH is top on my go-to list for used camera equipment. My only disappointment this time is that the D750 I ordered was missing the rubber eye cap and my glasses don't like it.
