A couple of suggestions.
I assume you check the cameras functionality. Before sending the camera, set the ND filters to zero.
I never had a camera like this one before. When I tried to record, the results were black. Needless to say I was disturbed.
Reading the nomenclature, the parts of the cameras, I found that it had an ND filter and solved that issue.
A second suggestion, give the buyer an optional purchase, the Manual. I would buy that if it was on the menu.
I am one that prefers a paper manual, rather than an online manual. A paper manual can go into a camera bag.

The teleconverter came quickly and is in perfect condition. I put it right on my lens and the results are perfect.

The camera relatively quickly. I was surprised that buying a product that was rated "Ex" had so many scratches on the body and on the view finder. I was slightly disappointed.

Been a hobbyist photographer for 30+ years. I have caviar taste on a tuna fish budget, but with KEH, I have been able to get the "must have" items on my list by letting somebody else take the hit for new equipment. The selection is good, customer service is awesome and have not had any problems in their grading system.

I bought a "Like New" $2000 lens and it showed up broken. It wasn't broken in shipping. It was broken before it was packaged up and shipped out to me. The lens wasn't able to be attached to a camera given the damage to the rear of the lens. Response to tell me how it was going to be fixed was slow and expedited shipping on a replacement was denied and I missed out on having the lens for an important trip. I expected better service given KEH's reputation and my past experiences.

I just received a 105 mm micro lens. It was in good condition as described. It was wrapped with protection.
As a new customer, I am happy with the service.

Camera appears to be in working condition. Very clean and delivered on time. HOWEVER, the camera was delivered by FedX and they did not deliver it to my front door. They stuck it in my mailbox. The heat that day was 90+ degrees. So when I found it in my METAL mailbox I was very worried because it was so hot (camera was hot). But, everything seems ok so far. I do not fault KEH, but FedX needs to do better and not leave items in my mailbox.

The salesperson was very friendly and helpful. The product was delivered timely and in great condition.

Website pretty easy to use. Order delivery predicted 10-14 days- arrived in 3! Pleasant surprise. Camera working fine, also exceeds expectations.

Wish you had a better description. Lens came without caps or hood, which is standard equipment. There is no place I see to order the hood which I would very much like to have.

When I look at the grading system and compare it to what I've purchased, I'm never disappointed. I always get exactly what I expect.

Lens came well packaged and looks like new. Shipping was delayed by fedex, but no fault of KEH. At least I don't think so.
