Had a little trouble signing in, but otherwise good experience. Mainly buy from KEH because quality is reliably very good in used equipment.

Overall I am quite satisfied, this is just an opinion when it comes to customer loyalty or retention. If the lens in question cost several hundred, spend the few extra bucks to put some caps on it. It came without a box, in bubble wrap, and neither a back or front cap to protect it during shipping. It's the little things that tell us the item we find important enough to buy, you find important too.

I check here often, mostly to window shop. KEH is the first place I look when I going to buy new equipment.

System did not remember me even though i have a long KEH history.
System would not accept a valid Hong Kong tel number.

The overall online shopping experience was good.Check out was fast.Detailed actual photos of the items would be helpful.My camera was shipped with a screen protector on the screen.The actual screen has some scratching/stickiness and peel.The camera was also not set up for touch screen use.

I've been a KEH shopper for years. The prices seem a bit on the higher end of the range, but I like the quality assurance- and the sales!

I wish that lens without hoods/caps were more explicitly labels as lacking those. When I buy EX+ I have to remember that may be the case. I also with the site were just a bit less clunky to sort through, I tend to know exactly what I'm looking for: mount, grade, etc.

I have been buying used lenses and cameras from KEH for some years now and EVERYTHING I have ever received from them was far better than advertised! They are the most trusted camera store I have ever bought from and I am a professional.I would recommend KEH to anyone!
Would caution use of Fed Ex as delivery.They have been late once and not on time
