In June 2014, I bought a deal for a brazilian blowout from Living Social. I text Keith that I am off on 07/4th & 07/7th, can he pls schedule me for an appointment either of those two days due to my birthday is on 07/10th and this is the only week I am off. He confirmed by email & txt that 07/4th is ok, can I also go to his website to schedule so I did and it confirmed 07/04th is ok. Fast forward 07/3rd, the scheduling program sent a reminder appointment, I responded to confirm. THEN Keith Rau txt me back saying NO something came up and just like that cancelled me. I begged him not to do that. NOPE he does NOT care. No apologies, no effort to say he will make time prior to my bday, nothing. This man thinks he is so big and important it is ok not to do basic business etiquette such as honoring appointments and commitments. If you care about an event or your limited time, you might not like to do business with this flake and irresponsible business person.
