We had a guest check out of our condo and not be able to use the lockbox as it was down and key Cafe did not know that it was down. I called as I had another guest checking in same day. They were unable to fix it right away so I had to get my cleaner to meet the guest, which cost me another $100. For her to go back downtown to meet the guest to give them the keys, thank you Key Cafe for crediting my account for $30 however it's still a minor amount considering the inconvenience to myself my guest and my Cleaner but thank you for getting it resolved. The customer service reps were excellent as it was not their fault at all but worked very hard at getting things back up and running and their communication with me was excellent

しかし、それを差し引いても、コンビニで24H使えること、電源や回線が切れる心配がないことは、たいへんよいと思う。

We were debating using Keycafe for 2 rental properties. Just as we almost convinced ourselves to use this service (which we only needed 4 months of the year for tourism however they only offer an option of a 12 month subscription) we definitely said no way when they instituted a key pick-up fee of $4.00 every time someone picks the keys up. In our case that meant $20-$40 a month on top of their subscription fee.
So we went and asked the local business next door to handle our keys which they offered to do for free as we do business with them anyways.
Good luck KEYCAFE you'll need it. Ridiculous rates!
Natalie was very professional she spared nothing and exhausted several options until the mater was resolved. We appreciate her stay fast resolve in this matter and one she had ironically similarly handled for us prior to this action. Five Stars. Give her a raise.
I am very dissatisfied with all prior "customer service" or lack thereof before my interaction with Chienpei yesterday. Chienpei was the first agent to actually listen to our problem and support us. I am very happy with their support Soley.
We have been struggling with our key Cafe for over 6 weeks and it's made the unit unusable for us, which in turn has created a lot of unnecessary stress for myself and my team. I had to continually follow up to find out why no one had reached out to us to help. Repeatedly asking for the same type of detailed information, with no follow up after or any sort of resolution. The most frustrating part is that this was very simply a user error that had somehow worked for us for months prior, and then suddenly not. Only when we had to use the box more frequently during our business period did we encounter these issues, to which the customer service team did an incredibly poor job assisting us.
They promise a simple service but it's a nightmare. They demand a year's payment in advance but when you discover the service stinks -- even a week or two later -- they only offer HALF back. My cleaning lady spent an hour trying to get my keys. Nobody told me regular guests have to "register" to pick up the keys MORE THAN ONCE. That's right -- if you add someone as a regular guest, with permanent access to your keys, and they don't register with KeyCafe, they will not be given your keys.
Ridiculous nightmare. Avoid like the plague.
A representative is a refreshing view on customer service. She's kind, polite and professional. She was very easy to talk to and patient enough to work me through my issues. Five stars, and I hope to have her assist me again, if need be.

For the most part good when your boxes are working they work well. There is a problem with onsite support. I attribute this to a lack of local technicians. When one of your installations goes down it takes way too long to repair it. We have been in situations where our keys have been locked in your box for days and sometimes more than 2 weeks and had to recreate keys and fobs to continue our business.
As for your telephone techs goes it's been a pleasure but not in their control.

I've been using keycafe for 2 years and just cancelled. Too many problems. Your keys getting lost, keys that aren't yours showing up in your box, they never EVER answer requests for help by email... you have to pay everything upfront and then always worry what they are going to do to screw it up. Sometimes guests want to return a key but then the box is full. People on way to airport then have to hunt for another keycafe location. TERRIBLE. And these are the keys to your house.
You know when you have to contact customer service, it's due to an issue typically not just an inquiry and everytime I have contacted key cafe, I receive immediate assistance ( not a plethora of prompts that leave you even more frustrated) but timely, consistent and competent help. Recently, Chienpei, was beyond patient while I had to go twice to a closet for a token and understood it was late and that I needed sound support. That she gave and effortlessly. Thank you again for always being truly helpful and understanding.
I had a dispute with a property manager where we parted ways. He needed to remove integration and was not understanding. I consulted with Keycafe (Chienpei) who walked me through the process and even offered to call my former property manager. Chienpei was hung up on during the course of the conversation with him. She called me back and remained professional. I too was very frustrated. My former manager realized his mistake and took the appropriate steps as laid out clearly by Chienpei. The process was seamless after that and all worked out. Thank you Chienpei for remaining professional, courteous and accurate.

We have approximately 250 sets of keys and were looking for a better way to manage them, once we tried out Keycafe, we knew this was it!
Their system works so well, we know who signed the keys out, when they returned them, and the whole system is so easy to manage!
We highly recommend them if you have multiple sets of keys that you need to keep track of.
I had recently upgraded my Home automation situation, leaving me few instances of needing KeyCafe, which has been great. Upon going to the site to cancel my account, it states "Your account will be closed, and your billing account will terminate without refund." Since I had just been charged $50 to keep my account above its minimum, I was prepared to have a long, drawn-out conversation with customer service, likely ending in me not getting a refund and being frustrated. Enter Chienpei. My customer service agent, Chienpei, was a dream. They walked me through exactly what I needed to do to terminate my key, processed my refund, and convinced me to keep an account (without getting charged). I am thrilled with the ease and care that Chienpei took helping me, and left 100% satisfied.
I purchased the keycafe box not knowing i had to have a price plan to operate it, and have a credit card linked to the account. The original idea was to give my workforce an individual login to track the keys but being the NHS there was no way they would allow me to add a credit card and price plan. After speaking to an exceptionally helpful keycafe agent she managed to get keycafe to unlock the free account, which is not what i originally intended but it does allow me to use the box to some degree which i am grateful for. The box itself is amazing and full functionality would have been so useful.
I had an issue with my keys getting lost. Keycafe staff were very professional and were able to locate the keys and return them back to me within hours after report. Great experience and really appreciate the resolution!
We were looking for a solution to simplify and manage our key exchanges with guests. Keycafe presented us with the most economical and reliable way to manage our key exchanges. They offer around the clock customer support who are friendly and knowledgeable. We especially like the feature were we are notified about each key pick up and drop off on the mobile app.

Melissa and Hatim were really helpful, providing the information needed in a timely manner. I am disappointed though with the Chat support service. The response was slow, every time I leave the page the chat screen and the support agent disappears and I had to start over multiple times, which was very frustrating.
All of my questions were answered. The representative I spoke to was very knowledgeable and kind. I rarely get service of this great quality and feel very comfortable and confident in contacting support moving forward. I truly felt supported.
