Keyboxでの操作方法の説明不足

実際に、Keyboxの前に立って、初めてわかることが多かった。端末でのインストラクションに従うということだが、行ってみないとわからないことが多い。
グローバルSmartBoxコードが、初めて使う場合の「アクセスコード」であることに、気が付くにも時間がかかる。用語を統一したほうが良いと思う。
個人ユーザーが使うには、説明が足りず、難しいと思う。
わからないので、その場でヘルプデスクに電話しても、つながらない。
しかし、それを差し引いても、コンビニで24H使えること、電源や回線が切れる心配がないことは、たいへんよいと思う。

Great Customer service and experience

It only took a few minutes to get on the phone with a customer service rep which was great because the problem needed urgency. The cleaner had locked the key in a wrong box and the representative was able to help us retrieve the key quickly and effectively. Thanks so much.

We needed ASAP help regarding a mixed situation regarding a complicated situation we had at our operation.
This was on Sunday afternoon, within only 5 min after we contacted Keycafe support team, Mr Soufiane which is super professional contacted us and understood our problem right away, after a short talk we were back on schedule and operating 100%. Awesome Support and Hassle-Free Service!

I had a great experience with KeyCafe's support team, especially Camara. I had trouble accessing a key for one of my listings at 12 York Street, and she was super helpful the whole way through.

Camara figured out what was going on, updated the key status manually, and walked me through exactly how to fix it. She was patient, friendly, and made sure everything was sorted. She even took the time to explain my billing and suggested how I could get the most out of my plan.

Overall, KeyCafe's service is top-notch, and their support team is awesome. Big thanks to Camara for making everything so easy!

We were debating using Keycafe for 2 rental properties. Just as we almost convinced ourselves to use this service (which we only needed 4 months of the year for tourism however they only offer an option of a 12 month subscription) we definitely said no way when they instituted a key pick-up fee of $4.00 every time someone picks the keys up. In our case that meant $20-$40 a month on top of their subscription fee.

So we went and asked the local business next door to handle our keys which they offered to do for free as we do business with them anyways.

Good luck KEYCAFE you'll need it. Ridiculous rates!
