We had a guest check out of our condo and not be able to use the lockbox as it was down and key Cafe did not know that it was down. I called as I had another guest checking in same day. They were unable to fix it right away so I had to get my cleaner to meet the guest, which cost me another $100. For her to go back downtown to meet the guest to give them the keys, thank you Key Cafe for crediting my account for $30 however it's still a minor amount considering the inconvenience to myself my guest and my Cleaner but thank you for getting it resolved. The customer service reps were excellent as it was not their fault at all but worked very hard at getting things back up and running and their communication with me was excellent
We were debating using Keycafe for 2 rental properties. Just as we almost convinced ourselves to use this service (which we only needed 4 months of the year for tourism however they only offer an option of a 12 month subscription) we definitely said no way when they instituted a key pick-up fee of $4.00 every time someone picks the keys up. In our case that meant $20-$40 a month on top of their subscription fee. So we went and asked the local business next door to handle our keys which they offered to do for free as we do business with them anyways. Good luck KEYCAFE you'll need it. Ridiculous rates!

My guest couldn't open the key box and almost panicked. Achraf from your customer care kindly called her several times (and found out that she was in the wrong Keycafe...)
She worked me through the required process to get the Smart boxes work again. She has excellent customer service and Technical skills.
The customer service agent helped me to find my keys that guests put it in a random empty lock box, it was challenging but agent got it resolved.
Today soon get answer my call and settled down my issues.

During the Easter weekend, Latoya C-B. From the Support Team quickly picked up my call and saved the day! While trying out the pickup/drop off process, I locked myself out of the locker. When I called the 24/7 phone number listed on the locker, I did not expect someone to pick up so quickly. Upon explaining my situation, Latoya knew how to resolve it right away. Within seconds, I was able to retrieve my keys. She patiently stayed on the phone with me to ensure I understood the system. Thank you for your hard work.
I used a neighborhood Key Cafe to store an extra set of keys for guests who would stay at my apt. Setting it up was seamless and I didn't have any issues. Any time I needed to message customer service (ie to ask for invoices or how to update things on my account), customer service was quick, friendly and efficient. Would use this service again.

Good, app did not work but support was good. Mobile app did not have all functions, only desk top version allowed us to do what we needed.

We're using to manage access to our apartment in NYC. The service is easy to use and the support has been great and super responsive. I received a call because they thought my testing of the key access might be suspicious- appreciated that level of support.
We placed our key in the mailbox while there were two empty boxes with the door open so we close our door and the two other doors. Somehow the system did not register the correct box we opened for ours and when we opened it next the wrong box opened. Kamoi and the technician assigned were patient and helped me troubleshoot live. The next day technician went to the store and found my key. I'm appreciative of the team effort and the entire process was seamless and stress free.
I've always received great customer service from key cafe. Unfortunately their locations no longer work for me and I hope they expand. I do not like the auto recharge for billing they implemented last year, and prefer to pay as I use the service (and not in advance). The prices have increased for key drop off and pick up over time and it's not as affordable anymore.
CSR named Chienpei was excellent when it came time to close my account; she was polite, hassel free cancellation, quick, efficient, called me directly to go through the process and awarded me a full refund of unused balance.
Very helpful and does not let you wait to look for answers.
Natoya was incredibly patient and helpful in helping me troubleshoot the Keycafe that was unresponsive. We got the issue handled quickly and we are back in business.
I've been using this service for years now. I find it very convenient, and should I need any help, they are always on hand to help with their friendly customer service

I had a problem with the keys drop twice in an hour (partly my fault but I didn't find the process super straightforward). However, it was very easy to reach the customer service and their kindness and efficiency was really top! Thank you!
I'm very satisfied with their quick responses to my questions as a first time user. They are really helpful.
But the Keycafe itself need improvement. The onsite screen is too small and too low for elderly and people with back pain.
May suit Airbnb user but not for all realtors.
It takes a bit of effort to set everything up (and sadly they don't provide a functionality for testing as after a few test openings the counter starts), but once you understand how the system works, it's quite easy and works well
I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews here as I myself have had an amazing experience with this service. It's been super convenient and easy to use. Sharing access on the go from the mobile app is awesome. My cleaner and guests have also remarked on how easy it was to use. Very convenient to have it right at my 24/7 7-Eleven around the block too!
We have been using key cafe for a while now, we have a lot of problems at times but we are so happy to have Aladin on the phone who is an amazing person.
I have rarely seen such a sharp person, he keeps his calm in all situations, it's incredible.
You have a golden employee who always listens and speaks perfectly.
For me key cafe doesn't mean anything without Aladin I think I'm not the only one who thought that.
