I'm not crazy about the system, and would prefer not to use it. I had a situation when the box wouldn't open for the next appointment because the last agent didn't open and close the door properly indication that no key was inside when in fact the key was inside.
Getting help from Keycafe reps (Chienpei helped me) is very easy and helpful. They are quick to respond and are very kind and patient. Very good!

My key Cafe door was jammed stuck, I was able to call customer service and the representative was wonderful. She helped troubleshoot the situation and we were able to manually unlock the locker door. Great help!
Fob not working due to expired fob, a new one had to be configured
Melissa and Hatim were really helpful, providing the information needed in a timely manner. I am disappointed though with the Chat support service. The response was slow, every time I leave the page the chat screen and the support agent disappears and I had to start over multiple times, which was very frustrating.
I am so grateful for the patience and kindness of the Keycafe staff! They absolutely came through for me. I am thrilled with the service I received. I live 2 hours from my Airbnb and am so glad to know they are there for me when an unforeseen emergency happens!
