Wholly disappointed! Purchased a comforter set that had numerous dangling threads & barely covers my queen bed-1000 thread count sheets nearly shredded at the seams at first washing- they didn't even make it to the bed! Extremely disappointed I wasted my hard-earned money

I tried to put an item in my cart several times, which said it was available, yet kept telling me my cart was empty. So I chose another similar item, but more expensive, that took me through the checkout process, then I received an email saying they are on "back order" and no idea when that will be, yet they had already charged my bank. I phoned to get it cancelled and they were trying to convince me to "look around for something else' because they didn't want to refund me. When I questioned the stock, in fact, same item for sale by them on Amazon, they said their inventory isn't accurate. You can also barely hear the customer service rep, and they tell you it is a bad connection and can't even get your order number correct. All in my opinion in the hopes of keeping your money and not sending the product.

I have bought from this company twice, taken in by the nice pics and prices. The first was a comforter set that started coming apart (this without washing) it was for a guest room that i think was used 3 times. They didn't care. Then i was beguiled by "1000 thread count" sheets on sale for $49.99. No way were the sheets I got, anywhere near 1000 thread count. They lacked weight, sheen and were rough to touch. Complete false advertising. Done with them. Unfortunately they have a great website, so I only see their bad practices and sales of poor product continuing.

I ordered a comforter that rated 4-5 stars. It looked like cardboard on my bed. Stiff hard and ugly colors (nothing like the picture.) Returned same day arrived and almost 1 month later, still waiting for a refund. Time to call my cc company to dispute charges.

I ordered a comforter set that seemed elegant but it turned out to be low quality. After the first wash it came apart. The saying is true you get what you pay for!
I usually get my comforters at Macy's and they've been amazing even though their prices are a little high but it's worth it!

After reading reviews, I had to comment even though I don't normally write reviews. I ordered 3 different comforter sets & even exchanged the size on one of them & I could not be happier with my purchases & the return! I love them and they have all held up amazing! I ordered at least 5 years ago..

Not being familiar with this site I ordered two sets of Cal King size sheets, 600 & 800 thread count. The site states the sheet sets fit a mattress up to 15" deep. The items arrived quickly. There is nothing on their site or on the packages that states if item is washed it cannot be returned. One package was opened and washed prior to putting on the bed. The flat sheet was not long enough to tuck under a 13" thick mattress, just reached the bottom edge. I paid to ship both sets of sheets back to KingLinen, the day after they were received, as that is their policy. I received a very terse email response from customer service that the item
Was washed or used and could be returned for a refund. Think twice before ordering from this site and read all the other reviews, which I failed to do before throwing my money away.

I recently ordered curtains from this company. They turned out to be wrong ones. When I sent back, my first time at returning merchandise, I not only didn't put a return address on the box, but I also did not enclose a packing slip. This company still took care of me! They are wonderful to deal with!

I read reviews of kinglinen products AFTER purchasing an 11 piece cali king comforter set from them. I must say, so far I am very pleased. Received item 4 days before expected delivery date. When I opened the package, everything was as I imagined; the comforter was nice and soft and looked exactly as it did in the picture. I am assuming the 500 thread count sheets we ordered were out of stock, because we received 600 thread count sheets.

I ordered a King comforter set, I knew from the price that it wasnt the highest quality, but I received the bedding in a very timely manner,, it is soft, and beautiful, and washes just fine, have had no need to call customer service so cant comment about that, but the best thing is its affordable and I can buy more than 1 set without breaking the bank, was perfect for me. Totally disappointed items shown is definitely not what you receive. Order as advertised queen size received full size. Color is not as ordered gold received wheat color. Quality of material is very cheap. Highly recommend this site be shut down. Total rip off. Stay away don't even think about ordering

I ordered several comforters from their site, and a few days later they cancelled part of my order without notifying me. I only realized it because they refunded that part. When I requested to cancel the entire order and get a full refund, they said it was my responsibility to ship it back to them, or they would charge me an additional fee. I check the tracking number and it hasn't even shipped yet, two weeks later! I had to dispute the payment with my bank. Incorrect inventory on their site. Their 'customer service' is very rude. I highly suggest finding a more reputable site to purchase bedding from.

King Linen has the worst return policy I've ever encountered. The fact that they won't even accept returns after 30 days is unbelievable. I imagine the only way they stay in business is to have such a strict and unworkable policy, especially after reading reviews of substandard merchandise. Customer service from King Linen is non-existent.

I've bought a few things from these folks, including a comforter that fell apart the first time I washed it. When I wrote to their customer service department, with photos of the item, their response was to restate their no refund policy. Buyer beware!

STAY AWAY! Comforter was beautiful until I washed it! It has frayed apart in MULTIPLE spots. Not even something you can fix. When I contacted them, I got a sorry for your luck but there is nothing we can do response. Apparently they will only help you if it is under 3 months. I bought at the end of October and it is March now. It is on the spare room bed and never used! Regular 249.99... and it falls apart after ONE WASH on GENTLE cycle! What a waste of money on poorly made bedding. So disappointed with their customer service.

It's about what I'd expect for $55. But to advertise that the list price is $229 is a joke. My cats will have it torn up before I get a chance to do that in the washer. Better drop it another 50%. $27, going once, going...

Just received the Providence set- looks exactly like the photos- looks nice on my bed- extremely disappointed that it is Made in China! I thought I was buying local- fabric is clearly super cheap linen - Anna's Linen Quality. However, I'm sure once it's settled in it will soften up-- but totally NOT worth 149,159 or 139.00 as they have listed. But they shipped quickly - only a few loose strings on the comforter itself. Had I known in advance Made in China I would NOT have purchased. So needless to say I will not refer this company nor use again.

I had my set for 4 days. It started coming apart at the seams. I didn't have the bag they shipped it in and although it's been less than 30 days they won't accept a return if not in exact packaging. What a joke!

This is a scam site if your ordering linen (more like sand paper) my wife ordered a 14 pc comforter bed set, worst desision ever. The comforter was not the color in the picture and was made of poor quality material, and after one weeks worth of use it started to fall apart at the seems. The company would not give a full refund and we had to throw the comforter away leaving us with an ugly bluish purple bed set we cant use.

I ordered a Comforter set that was to be delivered within 5 days to Canada, 25 days later it arrived. After spending over $100.00 Canadian plus $20 shipping the product is inferior. It was advertised as a high quality set, unfortunately that was not the case.
I would not suggest that you purchase from this company.

I've made numerous purchases from kinglinen, due to their prices and honestly I never had any issues with the products and I bought about 20 sets of bed in a bag and room in a bag collectively. I wanted to make another purchase recently and noticed sadly, the site was down...sigh!

Always buy my sheets and comforters here. Great prices, timely shipping, and always great service. Their customer service is on top of any concern without a positive solution. Looking forward to my next purchase.

I have purchased at least 4 or more bed in a bag sets from Kinglinen and they have all been great. Even through several washes (and I mean several), they are still in good shape. I recently purchased a comforter set for my youngest sons bed and he loves it!
