After reading reviews, I had to comment even though I don't normally write reviews. I ordered 3 different comforter sets & even exchanged the size on one of them & I could not be happier with my purchases & the return! I love them and they have all held up amazing! I ordered at least 5 years ago..
I had a very poor experience with king linen. Their customer service reps have attitudes and are very rude... if they even answer the phone. I opened my sheets and they had brown stains on them. I called it in immediately and they sent a resolution. I agreed to the resolution and no more than 3 days later my pillow case started wearing. I called back to complain because at such high prices these comforter sets should not be wearing so quickly. Now they are telling me there is nothing they can do about my wearing pillowcases because I agreed to the resolution on the day I received the sheets. I am not psychic. How was I supposed to know that in a few days my pillowcases would start wearing. This is totally unfair so I asked to speak to the manager. They said she is unavailable so I will call back every day if I have to get this resolved. This is utter and complete bull$#*!. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life.
I ordered a king comforter and shams from kinglinen before reading the reviews. Once I started reading them I was a little worried. Well I received my package today, and its just as the pic and description said. It arrived really quick, the color is correct, it did not smell, and it did not fall apart after washing. I will definitely order from here again. I've determined the issue with the reviews are most people who are satisfied don't post it, but those who aren't are very egar to tell everyone. I was never so disappointed in this order! The comforter did not look like the advertised picture. It was a horrible shiny satin from the 1960's. I didn't take it out of the bag because the looks of it was unacceptable. Also, the shipping cost plus the cost to return the item & the trouble to return it was unbelievable! I will never ever order from kinglinen again & will make sure that none of my friends or relatives will either. Canadians stay away from this site!
I have ordered several comforter sets from this company, no problem at all. They arrived on time and they were in excellent condition and the savings were awesome! This is the only company that I will order any bedding from. The customer service is very professional.
Terrible quality! Do not buy from here. I ordered from Canada and spent a total of $244 CAD and it is the worst rip off I have ever experienced. I ordered the "500 thread count" comforter and sheet set and the stunk, the sheets came stained. As soon as I washed the comfortable to get the smell out, all the batting clumped together. The materialis cheap and extremely wrinkly. Customer service is rude and they only offered me a new comforter or a 50% discount on the comforter, so $40.
Expensive lesson learned.
I ordered 3 comforter sets and some blankets from King Linen on October 16,2017. I was told that the order would be shipped out on the 20th of October and was to receive it on October 27,2017. To this date Nov 3,2017 the product has not been shipped. The representatives from the company keeps telling me rubbish that I will be able to track my package once it has cleared the border. I have spoken with several fedex agents and was told that King Linen still has the items I ordered and that they (fedex) did not pick up the package King Linen claims to have shipped to me. Please... do not purchase anything from this company. You might lose the money you spend to buy their products. I am trying to get a refund from the company. This experience is the worst I have had since shopping online.
I spent almost a $100.00 on queen set I bought.IT FELL APART! I contacted them & they said because it was over 30 days no refund or replacement. I told them I would just post how terrible they are on the net... they didnt care. LOL! Hell they done got my money why should they? Except for the fact I was fixing to order 2 more sets. NO FRIGGIN WAY! I will go thru sears, bed bath or someone who cares about customer satisfaction from now on.
Products are cheap and fall apart. Bought a comforter and after a few months, tore at the seams and started to pill into little balls. There policy is a 30 day guarantee and they will do nothing after that if the products fall apart.
I have had nothing but good customer service over the phone. I had to cancel an order and the credit came through within 24 hrs. Comforter set I did order wasn't quite the colour shown on the website and I don't LOVE it but I like it and hopefully it will grow on me. Quality isn't bad, not as thick as I'd like. I think I would have paid a lot more in Canada for this set however (it was on sale) even with the shipping and exchange. It was delivered in a timely matter. I gave 4 stars because customer service and delivery were very good, otherwise 3 or 4 for quality but for what I paid I think it is worth it considering it was a 7 piece set. A person can pay 15.00-25.00 just for one pillow and 3 were included in the set for 59.99 USD.
They shipped the wrong item, told me they would send the correct item and then never sent it, saying they ran out of the item I purchased. On top of it, customer service reps. Were rude and not accommodating. The manager never returned my calls even though ti called three times. I have shopped here before and recommended them, BUT NEVER AGAIN.
I purchased 2 sets of sheets. One flannel and one supposedly 450 thread count. The flannel sheets were rough. They shrunk when they were washed. Then the bottom sheet corners split apart. The "450 tc" were not like any 450 tc I had ever seen. They were thin and some of the seams came apart. They were supposed to be 100% cotton but they pilled and attracted lint. I could not sleep on the pillow cases because of this. Also when they were washed the top sheet shrank to a twin size.
The company said since it was longer than 30 days they could not do anything but then in the same e mail said I should take pictures of the sheets.
My first complaint Is I did not receive my package forever. When I finally did receive it a month and a half late. It's smelled awful and when I washed it it fell apart. Don't waste your money. On top of all that it did not even fit my king size bed.

Horrible. I ordered a queen bed set called Blue Salzer. On the website it shows a purple and blue and green bed set, pretty unique, or so I thought. However, I got one that had light blue, and blue with light green. A horrible combination. I contacted their customer service and they said that "the name says blue" however they totally ignored the fact that their website photo shows something COMPLETELY different. So beware the pictures they show on the website is NOT true to the product. I didn't want to return it because it would have been waste of 20 dollar for their "discounted return shipping". The quality is just ok... not worth the price at all. You have been warned!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. BEWARE of the return policy. I bought a comforter, took it out of the box and washed it. It started falling apart. You cannot get a full refund if you wash the item. They offer a replacement, which you don't want because of the poor poor quality, or a 70% refund. I filed a dispute with Pay-Pal, thinking I had protection- WRONG. This company's policy protects them no matter what. I have a $55 comforter laying on the floor in the corner that my son cannot use. I don't see how the people who work here go to sleep at night.
I ordered a queen comforter set and 3 sets of curtains. I was not impressed with the workmanship or the quality of either. The batting in the comforter was bunched up in one place. There wasn't enough places tacked to make the comforter lay right and it was 4 inches shy of the headboard. The hems on the curtains were stretched as they were sewn, therefore the hem was twisted. They were far from luxurious. I waited too long to open them because I needed to paint first, so now I prob. Can't return them. Besides that I chose the paint color to match the comforter set. Don't want to paint again. Will not place another order.
My daughter purchased an 11 piece set. 9 of the items were roped or had holes. The comforter had a urine smell. We sent it back. She spent a month trying to get a refund to no avail. In the end was told it is not in resalable condition. Are you kidding it had chew holes upon delivery. It was not in salable condition to begin with. Good luck talking to a supervisor. To say it was frustrating is an understatement customer service agents are rude. I called amazon and they are going to get our money back. Hats off to them. Do not buy from king linens
I have yet to receive my package a week later even though I pay $60 for 2 day shipping! I called to complain because they took my payment right away. The customer service rep was beyond rude and did not care that I was upset! She was very quick to try and cancel my order. Then when I was first on the site it was supposed to be free ground shipping. Well since its already a week past Christmas (and they still haven't even shipped my package) I told them to refund my 2 day and just send it ground. Well surprise, surprise, there is now a $12 ground shipping fee. Customer Service is HORRIBLE and Im kicking myself after reading the reviews and hope I shouldn't have just canceled.

I purchased a 10 Piece Queen Reversible Bed in a Bag Set on April 20,2016of course didn't
T receive until the 1st part of May and didn't take out of the box due to illness until a week a ago at which time I put it on a guest bed and hoping the wrinkles would come out which to my dismay was a joke. The wrinkles are permanent wrinkles only to be a total wasted comforter. I called them and they said if it had been put on the bed they are not allowed to take a return. What a joke this company is. I would never recommend ordering from this company.
I order online from Kinlinen.com and after I did, I started reading the reviews, and I don't going to lie about it but I got disappointed and scared at the same time, and I said to my self what a way to spend 60.00 dollars! So, I just wait to arrive and send it back right?! Well not only it didn't take long to arrive, because I ordered on the 21 of April and was delivered by 25! So when I open the box I was prepared for the worst! To my surprise I felt in love with my bed set! Ordered a comforter i saw on amazon from them. OMG talk about CHEAP FABRIC. Luckily, i knew it was cheap the second i opened it. It hardly moves. Its the roughest comforter i have ever felt. Not to mention the colors DID NOT match the picture what so ever. I put it in the washer of course thinking that it would become softer... I then took it out... IN THREE PIECES. Seriously, are you kidding me? This company should not be allowed to make bedding what so ever. Who would want to sleep with a piece of cardboard everynight? This company can seriously suck a fat one.
Bought 8 pc luxury comforter set. When I received it I did not look at it very close. I have to paint the bedroom before I was ready to use it. When I took it out of the bag it was not exactly like the one pictured-nor like the one on the website that I ordered. The color was totally different and I could not use it. Since I lost the receipt and It had been a few months since the purchase I knew I was stuck with it. I listed it and sold it. The person that purchased it took it out of the bag and it was falling apart. So I lost two times. I had to refund the money and could not get my money back. So... buyer beware... Pay more for better quality. I tried to call the company and no one returned my call.
Worst website I could of ordered just because I thought the price was really good and the comforters were really pretty. I ordered a 13 piece comforter set with matching curtains. Received a 9 piece comforter set and none matching sheet set. They never ask me if I wanted to substitute. They send me a return label but at the end they didnt refund all my money. The customer representative acted like a person off the street arguing with me insisting Fedex came to my house to pick up the bulky box when I went through all the trouble of dropping it off at the business. If you want to risk your money and the time to return something they send you but it wasnt what you ordered go ahead, this is the perfect company to cause you frustrations and not caring.

After returning comforter, via FEDEX, still do not have refund now almost 60 days later. Same story as many other reviews. After them having return in their possession for 10 days, we were told entire package was damaged and claim was filed with FEDEX. There are too many RED FLAGS with any returns made to this company. I believe this is how they make much profit by claiming returns are damaged. Will NEVER purchase from them again.
I couldn't be happier with the company... the quilt i bought was too dark for my bedroom... not only was shipping free to deliver to me... free shipping on return. Nice nice people. I'll buy again. Enjoy class act
I wouldn't give it one star... I was sent a cancelled order that I requested KingLinen and FedEx to stop shipment. KingLinen had it sent anyway and then did not give me my full refund. I contacted them and was continually hung up on. I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back.!
Reading all the reviews now few cusntomers received damage material and aowm are still waiting to get their money back. Read all reviews before ordering and if your returning something return everyhing take a picture of it. Or they'll keep your money and you got nothing
