After reading reviews, I had to comment even though I don't normally write reviews. I ordered 3 different comforter sets & even exchanged the size on one of them & I could not be happier with my purchases & the return! I love them and they have all held up amazing! I ordered at least 5 years ago..
I had a very poor experience with king linen. Their customer service reps have attitudes and are very rude... if they even answer the phone. I opened my sheets and they had brown stains on them. I called it in immediately and they sent a resolution. I agreed to the resolution and no more than 3 days later my pillow case started wearing. I called back to complain because at such high prices these comforter sets should not be wearing so quickly. Now they are telling me there is nothing they can do about my wearing pillowcases because I agreed to the resolution on the day I received the sheets. I am not psychic. How was I supposed to know that in a few days my pillowcases would start wearing. This is totally unfair so I asked to speak to the manager. They said she is unavailable so I will call back every day if I have to get this resolved. This is utter and complete bull$#*!. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life.
Last december i was looking for a comforter set for myself and my daughter. We both loved the same set i ordered in black and white - they were selling them at 69,99$ valued at 200$ or more and of course plus and exchange to canadian it costed me almost 300$ for the 2 sets. Firstly i must say it took more than 2 days and when it arrived to my surprise, it was not the quality i expected. Cheap is the word... made in China, really if i was to order directly from China it would of cost only 120$ no shipping and no taxes...
I calLed to return 2 sets and again to my surprise, customer service very bad
It would cost another 135$ for returning plus i would loose the original shipping fee

I bought a 7 pieces comforter set. The color did not match the advertised set in the web site. I called them back for instruction to return, they have not answered the phone. I email them three times, still no response.
This company has very poor customer service, and poor quality of the product.

I ordered two comfort sets size queen for less than 60.00. They were beautiful and great quality. I will order more for gifts. I am a very satisfied customer.
I purchased what was supposed to be a dark brown leopard micro suede patchwork bed set worth $250 on sale for $70. What I got was a piece of crap micro FIBER bed set that was so poorly sewn it wasn't even funny (see pics attached). There is no way it is worth $250. It wasn't the same color either. I contacted King Linen first and they said they would refund me but only if I shipped it back which would have cost me hundreds of dollars from Canada. Luckily I bought it off of Amazon so I filed a claim with them. At first they were only willing to give me $15 towards shipping but I did not accept that offer or give up. When I pointed out the fact that King Linen was committing a crime, fraudulently misrepresenting what they were selling, as well as selling defective product Amazon reviewed it and I was reimbursed the full amount of my order and don't have to ship it back. This company is a joke and should not be allowed to conduct the business at they do. Stay far, far away from King Linen.

I just received my comforter and and sheet set that I ordered from Kinglinen for Christmas. This was the worst decision EVER! The sheet and comforter are the Cheapest quality I have ever seen. The picture that they have on their site is very misleading.The items that they sent, looks nothing like the one their site! GARBAGE! It was my first time buying from this sight, and my last! NEVER AGAIN! THESE ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED ON MONDAY! SO DISAPPOINTED! BEWARE CONSUMER!

I RECENTLY BOUGHT TO COMFORTER SETS AND HAD THEM SHIPPED FROM CALIFORNIA TO ONTARIO CANADA. WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER THE SHIPPING FEE WAS $34.00 TO SEND, THEY ADVERTISE THAT YOU CAN RETURN THE ITEMS BUT YOU PAY THE SHIPPING. I PAID $239.00 FOR BOTH THE SETS AND IT WAS SENT BY FEDEX. THEY WERE PAPER THIN, COLOUR DIDNOT MATCH JUST PLAIN NASTY. I WENT BACK TO FEDEX TO RETURN THEM TO SENDER AND THE CHARGE WAS $196.83 SO THAT MEANT ALL I WOULD GET BACK IS $43.00. I TALKED TO THE COMPANY AND ALL THEY SAID WAS SORRY BUT THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING RETURNS. WHAT A RIP OFF
The comforter set is as sturdy as tissue paper-but I had to keep it as I did not have time to return it and go back out shopping. Total waste of money.
I have never experienced such poor customer service before! The woman I spoke with was rude and would do NOTHING to help me with the problem I was having with the quilt I purchased from King Linen. I will NEVER shop there again! BUYER BEWARE!
I bought a complete bed set off them. It had a comforter, skirt, flat sheet, fitted sheet, a total of 6 shams, and a couple decorative pillows. When it arrived it smelt... BAD. So I sprayed febreeze on it. Upon looking at it, it had holes all through out it. Pretty sure mice had been chewing, urinating, and dedicating on it. When I had it returned they emailed me saying they wouldn't refund the money because it wasn't "resalable". It shouldn't of been sold to me in the first place. Why would you try to sell it again? Weeks of fighting with them and sending them more proof (even though they had the items and good thing I took lots of pictures) they offer to refund me the money for just the sheets. Finally after it took MY MOTHER (yes I'm a grown adult with children of my own) to call them and Amazon I'm getting my full refund. If there's a problem with getting your refund, just call Amazon they'll fix it. Or call my mom she will get the refund.
Thought I was ordering 1200 count one fitted sheet. What I got was a paper thin white sheet set. Not kidding when I say this is the cheapest paper thin will probably disintegrate in the first wash.

I wanted to wait to write this review just to see how long it would take for everything to fall apart, since I noticed snags on the comforter as soon as I opened the package. The set was beautiful, but the comforter was soooooo thin, totally not what I expected. Everything snags on it so easily, and everything has pretty much torn open at the seams except for the bed skirt.
It was the "taupe Royale" king sized bed set and it is very close to the picture, looks wise. The colors matched my bedroom perfectly but it is EXTREMELY cheaply made.
I can't speak on customer service because I didn't even want the hassle of them giving me the run around trying to send it back or getting a refund. I just got another bed set by Martha Stewart's line and it's gorgeous.
All in all, it was beautiful, but flimsy, cheap material, and not wore the money at all. I gave a 2 out of 5 based off looks alone and the fact that the bed skirt is still functional. Do not waste your money.
And for whatever reason, I couldn't leave a review on their actual website. Hmmm...

I spent 130 on a bed set that arrives with a huge hole and is horrble pilled (has those tiny balls built up) such a rip off comany says I am out of 30 day policy so too bad. Never buy from them
I placed an order and accidentally hit 2 day shipping. When I saw confirmation of the order it was almost $72! I immediately emailed customer serive who responded the next morning. My shipping was changed to standard and I was credited the fee back to my CC! I LOVE THIS COMPANY I AM A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
I ordered a comforter set from Kinglinen.com. I was attracted to their site because it focused on what I was looking for... Linens. They also have pictures of everything and the site is organized well. They also have reviews of their products.
GOOD: Their prices are good (if you believe their Sales, the prices are even better). They include extras, like my bedding ensemble included 3 pillows, which I didn't expect. They shipped right away and they haven't spammed me to death. If they don't have something in stock, they tell you before you give them your CC. Some of their products have matching pieces for sale (i. E. When I selected my comforter set, it showed me matching curtains).
NOT SO GOOD: It is very hard to tell the quality of the merchandise. Their pictures do not reflect the colors you choose. For example, at kohls.com when looking at fabrics, you click on a color swatch and the entire picture reflects the change. Unfortunately, at kinglinen, you must rely upon the individual swatch's color depiction. They have few customer reviews on their products. They do not have a wide variety of linens and their quality is assumed to be the same (based on the price, everything costs about the same).
CONCLUSION: My 7 piece Queen bedding ensemble was $69.95 (total). The quality was what you would expect from Kmart/Walmart between $59 - $89 ( + Tax). I WOULD RECOMMEND KINGLINEN.COM FOR A GUEST ROOM or something that is used for show rather than purpose. They seem to be honest. If you want higher quality cheap linens, I would checkout overstock.com.
My dealings with a King Linen is a one time occurance. I knew what to expect reading reviews. I bought a beautiful new bed; mattress and stead... Seriously, it's awesome. I needed new bed linens and decided "Hey, what the heck, it's probably going to be the same thing I'd get at Walmart but they dont have the selecion and I don't want to spend $400 right now"... I live in Canada and thought they would have a CAD option and they didn't, but proceeded anyway. I paid for the order and did not get free shipping. I paid almost double for the order when "exchange" was factored in. I received my package in order. It had the usual "I'm manufactured in a place where I don't care about dreams and living"... Plastic fabric smell. I unpacked the box, and enjoyed that part, be cause it feels like a birthday or a special holiday. The colours are vibrant, most pillows are decent, stitching and stuffing needs desperate work. I've washed the comforter and side items a few times but it will probably bite the dust before the comforter from Walmart will hit it. Not to mention the red dye used in the pillow shams have left a red stain on my beautiful new headboard... Dyefast people! I gave 2 start because of the ease of ordering and promptness of receipt front the US for a big package.
I believe customer service should work hard to satisfy the customer. I ordered a comforter set. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture. I called customer service. They inducted me to send it back. I asked if they recommended I replace the set I had or purchase a new set. No suggestion. I wanted to know if she thought this one was just a bad set or if they all looked like this one. No help from customer service. So I ordered a different set. It was delivered defective. I again called customer service. I was told I could replace the comforter but if anything was wrong with it, I'd be stuck with it. They would not refund my money and I could not return the damaged comforter. I asked, what if the next one you send is defective as well, I was told, they would inspect it"this time". I then asked, didn't you inspect the previous order sent to me. The gentleman said "no", it was shipped without inspection. I told him that was unacceptable and unfair that I should be stuck with a possibly defective comforter and lose my money. He dais that wad my only recourse. I have outfitted my bedrooms for three years using KingLinen. This is the first time I've ever had a problem but it's also the last. I will not use them again. Customer satisfaction is very important to me. I told them I was going to retort them to the BBB because that is one of the criteria they use for their ratings. He didn't care.
They have pretty products... but looks are deceiving! I bought a chevron comforter and in 4 months, after 2 washings the colors are faded bad...
Terrible bedding and even worse customer service. Buyers beware of this company. You will be stuck paying for bedding that falls apart in one month.
I ordered June 18th. Bought 2 extra pillows to qualify for free shipping. Got a message that it would ship June 19th. On July 3rd I hadn't received my bedspread so I researched. It was pending shipment. I emailed customer service. They sent this back to me: "We need a copy of the credit card and ID to match the billing information we have on file or we can only ship to the billing address. Our system is very sensitive and when the order has two different addresses we need the copies to verify you are the cardholder due to a lot of fraud. If you do not feel comfortable sending this information we will have to cancel the order. Please advise."
I canceled the order. Let's see if I get charged. I'll be contacting my credit card company to verify.
I order through Costco, Sephora, LTD Commodities, Amazon, etc. No one has ever had a problem or accused me of attempting to thieve or fraud. There are 2 areas to fill in (shipping & billing addresses) for a reason. I'm glad it worked out like this. I found a cute option on Amazon today.

I'VE BEEN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR 10 YEARS AND I'VE NEVER SPOKE TO A CUSTOMER IN THE TONE SHE DID TO ME, AND ALSO HUNG UP THE PHONE WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION. King Linen has no integrity. They sent me the wrong comforter and I had to pay for return shipping for their mistake. Then a week after they had received my return they said it was washed or used and that they would not give me a refund because the product was in inacceptable condition. I didn't even open the comforter it wasn't what I ordered and they refused to give me a full refund because the comforter was used. Either they sent me a used comforter or they are just trying to steal my money. I only lost about $12 from that but its the principal of the situation and they did NOTHING to make it right. They said there was nothing they could do because the product had been disposed of. I then asked why they didn't contact me before they disposed the item. The lady just kept making excuses and couldn't give me a straight answer. I know for a fact she knew I was right and wouldn't do anything about it. I am soooo unhappy with the way I was treated by this company and that they stole my money. I lost almost $60 between shipping both ways and the money they took from them sending me a used item that I NEVER touched. All of which was THEIR mistake. I will do everything I can to keep spreading the word about this horrible dishonest company that steals from their customers.
