After reading reviews, I had to comment even though I don't normally write reviews. I ordered 3 different comforter sets & even exchanged the size on one of them & I could not be happier with my purchases & the return! I love them and they have all held up amazing! I ordered at least 5 years ago..

I had a very poor experience with king linen. Their customer service reps have attitudes and are very rude... if they even answer the phone. I opened my sheets and they had brown stains on them. I called it in immediately and they sent a resolution. I agreed to the resolution and no more than 3 days later my pillow case started wearing. I called back to complain because at such high prices these comforter sets should not be wearing so quickly. Now they are telling me there is nothing they can do about my wearing pillowcases because I agreed to the resolution on the day I received the sheets. I am not psychic. How was I supposed to know that in a few days my pillowcases would start wearing. This is totally unfair so I asked to speak to the manager. They said she is unavailable so I will call back every day if I have to get this resolved. This is utter and complete bull$#*!. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life.

Do not buy from king linen! Their stuff is total cheap crap. I bought the black damask king 7 peice comforter set and and the comforter wasnt even the same shade of black as the pillow shams it looks horrible and the quality is horrible it looks like i made it myself one of the decorative pillows was busted along the seam. Dont waste your money!

I've never written a review for anything before, but I was met with such good customer service that I was pushed to for the first time. Completely by accident, I had written the wrong address on a bed set that I had just ordered (I've just moved to a new house), and panicked, thinking that I wouldn't get the product. I immediately emailed, and within hours they had found my order and fixed the address for me, and got back to me.

Awesome people and amazing service. I can't wait to get the bed set!

I was terrified when I saw all the bad reviews AFTER I purchased my set but when I received my Cal King bedding it is exactly as described! Great quality, not cheaply made, no tattered strings or stuffing coming out. I really think they sell so many that only the bad ones get reviews, I wish more good experiences were on here, because I love mine!

I bought my daughter a comforter set for her birthday and within a month it started to fray so I contacted them and they won't give me a new comforter as it is not in there policy. They will give me 30% witch is nothing as I am in canada and it costs me the exchange on it. I will never buy from them again. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought it.

I ordered a quilt set which they cancelled claiming the visa address I provided was incorrect billing information. They were very rude and passive aggressive on the phone when I called, and assured me my money was pending and would not come out of my bank account. My bank however, has assured me that the money has came out, and now I can't get through to King Linen. I will have the bank reverse the charges and will never order from this company again. BUYER BEWARE

Unfortunately, I didn't receive the product I ordered since KingLinen insisting on verifying information by requiring a copy of my I. D and Credit card to process and order that was approved by my credit card company. Meanwhile they refused to provide my Credit Card Company with their merchant number which prompted the cancelation of the order.
Very disappointed!

Terrible terrible terrible! They sent the wrong merchandise and now I have to return and wait until they receive it in order to get the items I requested and paid for. They wouldn't even overnight the package for the error they made. I will not recommended this site to friends and family because of the horrible customer experience. I would rate this company zero stars if I had the option

I ordered the king size Adeline set and I am so happy with it. It looks exactly like the picture and it is SOOOO soft. The pillows are firm and the comforter is beautiful on both sides. I highly recommend this product and will definitely order again. Thank you!

My mother bought me a comforter set from King Linen for Christmas. They state they have a 45 return policy for Christmas. But, when I attempted to return the item in January they refused to accept the return. Why? Because I received it before Christmas. So, they don't have a 45 day return policy. At best 44 days because there are no mail companies that deliver on Christmas Day. When attempting to point this out, they simply state "NO, 45 days from my RECEIVED DATE." When I asked to speak to the Manager, it took me 5 calls over 4 days to get her on the phone. Then she refused to let me speak. She just talked over me. I lost my temper and she hung up. And, then I'm told there is no one above her that I can speak to. The product was cheap (I can live with that because it wasn't expensive)but not a king size like it says on the package. So, there is no way for me to use it. From other reviews I now see that they really don't accept returns at all. DO NO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have order before from this company and thought nothing to buy another comforter set. Unfortunately the King Bed set did not fit with our temperpedic mattress/topper. It was the first time to return and it went from the bag to our bed to the bag in a matter of minutes once we realized it was too short on the sides. With no refund to my visa I called after a month and they put me on hold several times finally saying their was a pink stain on the comforter. This is such a lie. I was not happy but stayed calm and they said I could get 70% off another set or get the comforter back. I asked for the comforter back because I know what I put in the bag for return. I am dissapointed in this tactic. If there is a stain when I see this it will be because someone put it on there. I will never shop here again. This is a really bad way to do business to lie about a product.

I live in Alaska and they want to charge an outrageous amount to ship here. I chose to just have it shipped to my mother as I am going in a couple of weeks to visit her and can pick it up then. I received an email that they could not match the credit card with the shipping address. I called and made them aware that it was being shipped to my mother. They then said that I needed to send a copy of my credit card and drivers license to them to verify. Umm do I look stupid. I refused to do so, and they abruptly canceled my order. Reported them to BBB.

I ordered a California King Comforter set from King Linen. They sent me the wrong size sheets. They refused to send me the correct size sheets until I returned the incorrect sheets to them. I told them it would be awhile before I could get off work to go to a FedEx or UPS to ship them back. Now I was told I waited too long before returning them and they could not help me. So I have decided to just give the sheets away and never do business with them again. The whole reason I ordered the set online was because I work 13 hours a day most days and cannot store shop. Heck I whould have just taken off work to purchase them from a local store if I had know I would have this trouble.

I ordered a comforter. The color was not as described. I unzipped the package and laid a corner of the comforter against my area rug. It didn't match, so I put back in the package and returned. When they received it, I received an email stating that the comforter had been washed and was covered in hair and dirty. The comforter was never even taken out of the package, and they are refusing to refund my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The exact words were "tags removed from cushions" (there were no cushions) and "washed to rip", whatever that is supposed to mean. I'm not sure what country they are in, but I'm pretty sure we shouldn't be supporting them.

I ordered cal king 7 pc set. When igot it it just did fit a queen. I don't mind paying for something but i want what i paid for! Thankful i order just the one cause ialmost order 3. When will people learn that if youwant repeat customers you cannot do business this way. Because of your deceitfulness, you are losing business. You should be ashame of yourself!

I received a bedspread in January. I washed it in April... you do not wash bedspreads everyweek. I put it in the wash and the entire bedspread fell apart. They would not refund because it is over 30 days old... are you kidding went to BBB did nothing

I purchased a comforter set for my son. I washed the set before putting it on his bed and the comforter fell apart. Their policy is that if you wash it, you cannot return it. I spent $80 on a piece of $#*!. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered Suzette Curtains with Grommets, for 19.99, I could afford 3 pairs at that price, they were going in the den where the men watch sports, 3 days later, I get these FABULOUS Jacquard curtains, I was stunned, I took down my living room curtains and put these up, far too good for the den, they are gorgeous, 19.99 a pair, could easily be a 79.00 pair of curtains, Thank you, King Linen, I'm on a fixed income and you have changed my life, ordering again, next week

Ordered a Bed in a Bag set on Oct 10th. Received a notification that it was shipped on the 20th, and that I should receive it by the 30th. Here it is Nov 17th and after multiple calls, and excuses that FedEx still hasn't picked up the shipment at the Canadian Border... they finally admitted to me on what had to be my 10th call that the shipment is considered lost. I spoke to FedEx myself multiple times, and they were so blunt as to tell me that they don't have a good history with kinglinen orders, and that absolutely nothing was ever picked up by them. I had to call Kinglinen twice to get a refund... and luckily because I used paypall it was fairly easy to do. Mind you the first time they refunded me... they "neglected" to refund my shipping costs. Took another call to fix that. PLEASE... do not order from this company. They are a nightmare to deal with, and will gladly give you the runaround.

I purchased three comforter sets. They were listed to retail for $369. I paid $69.99 and they were not worth that amount. One item came in a plastic trash bag and shrink wrap and than placed in the original packaging. To me it looked used. I have called and texted four times today and have not received a response. KEEP YOUR MONEY YOU CAN GET WHAT THEY SEE AT ANY DISCOUNT STORE FOR LESS.

I loved my 9 piece bed in a bag. I had read bad reviews after I ordered it. It is soft sell made. The curtains are great! Nothing by good things to say.

Purchased a Queen set, looked beautiful in picture, blue coloring, but when recived it light green, smelt like plastic, washed it, large tags on pillows, took off, bedskirt had holes in material, after all this Queen comforter too small for my Queen bed, called for return code, they won't take back, cause I washed and cut tags, and it too small LOL, refunding half of money! Do not purchase products!

I ordered the White Collins 1000 Thread Count Solid Sheet Set Queen. When I received it, I washed it according to the manufacturer's guidelines. Our bed is a regular queen size bed - 60 x 80, which is what the product claims to fit. We could not get the fitted sheet on the bed at all. We measured it and it was actually 56 x 76,4 1/2 inches short each direction! No way it could ever fit our bed. The flat sheet claimed to be 90 by 102. It was actually 90 x 96. The pillow cases fit. We immediately packaged it back up and I called to return it. I was asked if I'd washed the sheets, I told her I had (I assume most people wash new sheets before using them), and she told me since the product had been washed, it was not returnable. So now I am stuck with $70 worth of sheets that will be used for paint drop cloths. Very, very disappointed in the product and the service, will never order anything else from this company. I also posted a review on their sight as to my disappointment, but it was not posted. Somehow, I am not surprised. Terrible way to do business... The only reason I gave a one star review was because "no stars" isn't an option.
