Customer service was beyond amazing and DeeDee really worked to create a fairytale dress for me. There were a couple of snags when the dress arrived (it was white instead of ivory and the waist looked a bit wide) however, these are simply the consequences of having an entire dress made through an online conversation. She did her best considering we're hundreds of miles a part and with white and ivory being so similar to one another, it didn't really bother me when I saw the dress. Once again, highly impressed and recommended friends and family to check them out as well.
