I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.
Ordered for a shirt for a funeral. They promised to have it to me in 2 days (paid the express shipping). Nope. Called "Customer Service". Talked to an idiot with no empowerment to help me whatsoever. The ONLY authority he was given was to to call me "Sir". Do NOT order from this scam company. I wish that I had read this before I ordered from this F.U.'d company.
Received a black friday 505 off catalog. Tried to place order over phone, spoke with Summer. Wouldn't honor prices in catalog. Said he sale didn't start till Sunday the 9th.? Asked to speak with supervisor, refused. Said his name was John.
I received a package from King Size Direct that supposed to contain a black parka. Instead it contained a blanket. When i called and spoke with someone i could hardly understand them because of their foreign accent. She said i would be charged again for jacket and when they received the blanket then she would credit my card for it. Then she was trying to sell me different items and wanted to charge me again for shipping to get it faster. To make a long story short i told her to keep the parka and i would return the blanket even though it was not my mistake and would cost me time and money to correct their mistake! I have ordered alot from them in the past but will not be placing anymore orders with them!

After placing my order for 3 items totaling $80 they charged $20 for shipping. After receiving the items they were way to large so to return 2 of the items and reorder they charged me $10.99 for shipping. And the wanted to charge me regular price which was triple the sale price I paid. So I $#*!ed and complained as I already was in it for $30 shipping. So after 30 minutes on the phone they matched the original price and didn't charge me for shipping. Especially after $30 in shipping. The quality of the product wasn't there and customer service was definitely not there dealing with a foreign customer agent can be difficult to understand. I'll never purchase from the again.

Returned 2 pair of pants for a smaller size with their return ticket on 11/12. The PO received it and it was transferred to a regular carrier that I could not trace. It is 12/1 and I finally got a service rep, couldn't help and went to check with another, gave me credit for the order less freight charges. It was not the persons fault but they are stuck in a disastrous system for a schlock outfit. Am sorry I did not look at ratings before doing business with them. Buyer Beware.
I ordered a pair of ski pants. They did not fit so I filled out the exchange form that was in the package and mailed them back. I called repeatedly. After 2 months of waiting for my refund/exchange I was told I would not be getting a refund or exchange. I requested that my pants be mailed back to me and was told that they were donated.
Ordered 2 packages of men's boxers on 4/5 and tried to find out where order was on website tracking and on their automated service. Nothing on website and call said not processed. Waited over 30 minutes to be talked over by some customer service guy who told me it cannot be canceled because it has been processed and it will take 8- he doesn't know how many days longer to be shipped. Ridiculous and rude. Will not order from here ever again and will tell everyone I know on social media as well as friends and family not to give any business. They used to be a good place to order from but now ugh. Tried to paste copy of order and it would not paste.

I bought a pair of New Balance shoes and wanted "free" shipping since the shipping cost $26 (seems overprices). To get "free" shipping, I had to sign up for something that would charge me about $15 a month according to the the fine print that most people wouldn't notice. This is UNETHICAL! I tried to cancel my order and like others could not cancel it. One more thing. The package arrived sealed but the box was damaged and had been taped together which means it was done by King Size [Rip Off]. At least the shoes fit and weren't worn or damaged. King Size [Rip Off] keep the $26. Lesson learned. I learned not to trust you and will never do business with you again.

After seeing such a low star rating I was a little leery about ordering! But they definitely proved the reviews wrong! I am in Canada. I placed ordered July 16 and was at my door step ONE week later July 23! My son is thrilled with his order and I would recommend this website to EVERYONE!

I made a order with King Size for $191.00 on their credit card for Christmas presents. I received order, and paid in full. I notice one of the jackets (hottie) had the zipper on the wrong side on the left that is a female hottie. I called them they send me the correct one with a return label. Now I get the statement, and they charge me a return fee of $9.99 for a item they made the mistake. Not only that they double charge me $26.27 for a pair of underwear that I never purchased. I decided to keep them for my son. But my question is it's only one pair why? Double charge me. I will not pay for un- approved charges. I have the E- mail from them only sending one pair. This is not the first time calling this Company King Size for over charges. They need too train their staff members specially accounting.

This company will take your money and never give it back. They sent me a $50.00 off coupon and said it comes off at the end and they charged my card and didn't honor it. They won't cancel the order or honor my coupon or let me cancel 5 minutes after I put the order in. Stay away from them.

God awful customer service! They give dates that mean absolutely nothing. They tell you one date before you order and then change the date to weeks later and when you complain they don't want to hear it. Refuse to cancel order, refused to do anything to correct their problems and have customer service that do nothing but blame everyone else.
KingSize you the worse. Went online to pay my bill on my account. As I was trying to pay my bill my account has clinched. And notification came up and says I'm sorry your account has clenched try again. I try to several times didn't work. It figures.
Try to call the 1-800 number tried to pay my bill on that is asking me for my checking account number. I don't have checks... So I called or press a number to talk to a representative. The representative told me that they will charge me $9 to pay my bill. I told her it was hidden what was going on. How I was having trouble pay my bill online and through the 1-800 number. He says ma'am you going to get charged $9 for painted through them on the phone. I told them I tell you what I'll pay it all off and rip this card up and never buy anything from them again. They couldn't get my order right now 2 times over charge me for return shipping and a restocking fee for there mistake not to mention the $#*!ty quality of the clothes I bought but then again their made in Pakistan or one of those countries. Prices to high, Quility of product is Terrible, Customer service terrible, Over charge for shipping and return shipping And I live in the city where there Warehouse is located so it doesn't cost $25.00 to ship something from one side of town to same side of town. I'm closing my charge account and not going to order anything more from this company. 20+ year customer GONE!

I ordered items 3/9/21 and I only received 2 of the 4 and that was maybe 2 weeks ago. Well the wrong size was sent of one item and now I have to send that item back just to wait longer. And I'm not sure of when I will be able to send the item back due to my work schedule. I called and let them know of this also, but the person I spoke with did not seem to concerned about it. They also keep changing the dates of when the items will be here and then they will send me a email with a 40% discount off my next purchase and I have to use within 5 days. I do not use any of their discounts because I do not want to be in the same predicament I am in now. I am also waiting on 2 more items(3) which was said to have been delivered, but has not. This experience has been very disappointing and I will never shop with this company again.

Ordered 2 Hawaiian shirts for a Carnival themed wedding internationally. Shrunk by over 2 1/2" and wasn't worn more than 2-3x each. Dried on gentle. Cust SVC agent was useless and Supervisor was reading a script. I had to order early to ensure we had the correct size etc for the Wedding. No help at all. I'm out almost $70 all I wanted was to replace the damaged items. Big FAT ZERO.

In receiving an email stating "break the rules" coupon, 40% off your order, I ordered 8 items, applied my code which stated successfully applied. At the time of checking out, I noticed the coupon was not applied. In calling customer service, I was told that even though it said successfully applied, my items were excluded in the coupon. After speaking to a supervisor and getting nowhere, I canceled my $250.00 order. Beware!

After numerous phone calls to the company regarding order placed in May the Customer service rep says the money was refunded in June. The bank has no record of the refund. In June my first call to the company the rep told me they would issue refund check to me. Never received the socks ordered, or the refund. Today, after hours spent talking with Customer service each month customer service says the problem is with the bank. For me to ask the bank where the refund is. The customer service rep said they would gladly remove my name from the mailing list. If you order from this company be aware that you may or may not receive your order. And hours of trying to resolve the problem will get you nowhere.
I ordered shirts online and when the shirts arrived the sleeves were too short. Online it states these are Big and Tall clothing however the shirts were not even long enough for a tall person.
Returned items to saler which is a long process however they charge a fee for me to send items back. It took them two weeks to refund my purchase but the refund did not reflect the entire purchase. When speaking to representative named Ginger she stated that the customer we'll just have to suck it up and pay for the extra shipping cost $15.99 plus $7.50. I will never order from this company again they're clothes are not what is advertised and the customer service is not up to par.

I ordered clothes for an event and paid $36 extra for "speedy shipping." The items arrived 7 days later instead of 2-3. I tried to speak with someone in customer service before the order was shipped and they would not allow me to cancel. Upset with the lack of customer service. I shipped the items back via FedEx unopened, the day after I received them. I took pictures of the shipping label. I called back multiple times per week for a month. I was told repeatedly they haven't received the items back yet. One rep said they received them and I should be refunded in a week. One week later another rep said they still haven't received. I still have t received my refund and they just place me on hold for 30-45 minutes every time. Their plan is to lie and say that they received the items later than the allowed time so that they don't have to refund you. I plan to seek legal action.

I never made some of the items from King Size they shipped the items, and after charging for delivery, they also charge me for return on items I never purchase.
Customer is the worse I call them, they stated that is the way they work nothing is for free. After the previous call they hanged up the phone on me.
Not only that but after paying my full balance they still send me a charge for $2.80 for interest. If the statement was paid on full why charge interest.
Never again I will make any purchase from this un- professional company

I have ordered several articles of clothing over the years from King Size Direct. I have not been please with the quality of their clothing. I ordered a light weight jacket for casual use, and the zipper tab is on the left side of the zipper instead of the usual right. I recently sent back 2 shirts that did not fit. I wanted to exchange for a different size. If you exchange for a different item, they do not charge you return shipping costs. They did not have my new size so, they charged me return shipping and did not tell me a thing about the problem.
I will not be ordering anything else from King Size Direct.

All of the clothes I get from kingsize, from underwear to jackets fit well and are easily returned if not. I did have to return a few items because they were too big but that was my fault. They constantly have sales. Only complaint is they don't really have a lot of urban wear but its my one stop shop for underwear, jeans, t-shirts, polo shirts. Hoodies and jackets. But I wouldn't go to the club or church in any of it.
I ordered two sets of men's NFL PJ's. I got one set and a lady's dress. I can understand a mistake such as a wrong size or wrong team but how in the world did they mess up this bad. I tried to contact them but their website wasn't working. I called and clerk wouldn't even look up my order. Just said to return it. I ordered from this company before w/o incident, but this screw-up ends my relationship with this company.
