I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.
Ordered for a shirt for a funeral. They promised to have it to me in 2 days (paid the express shipping). Nope. Called "Customer Service". Talked to an idiot with no empowerment to help me whatsoever. The ONLY authority he was given was to to call me "Sir". Do NOT order from this scam company. I wish that I had read this before I ordered from this F.U.'d company.
Advertised buy one get one free and no promo code required. I took screen shots. I kept advancing in the check out process thinking the promo price would come off. It didn't so I clicked the chat right away. The rep on the chat said they weren't allowed to adjust the price. I asked them to cancel the order, they couldn't do that either because it was already "processing". 1 of the 2 shirts then took 3 weeks to arrive. I started the return when it finally arrived and found I will need to pay 10.99 shipping and handling. Terrible experience, don't buy from them.

I have purchased a lot of the longer length t-shirts both v neck and crew and after 2 or 3 months of occasional wear they start getting holes and the pockets start coming off. Paying these prices for quality t-shirts and have this to happen is unsatisfactory as the fabric seems to be like dry rotted after a few washings. I've reported this but no offer to replace them or anything other than a claim was presented to the higher ups. Im very disappointed and dissatisfied. The last supervisor I spoke to discarded me like It was my fault I caused the holes so needless to say I will never be doing anymore business with this company!

Ordered a hat off the Kingsize.com website. Finally received it but the hat (delivered in a flimsy cardboard shoebox type material and inside a flexible plastic bag) was totally flattened and box + hat destroyed. I've reached out over 5 times to Kingsize.com customer service without so much as an acknowledgement of email receipt. They don't care, they don't return a call, they don't return emails. I will strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering on this website to go elsewhere. Zero customer response. If I could rate the customer service - it would be a negative number.

Ordered 2 dress shirts 11/12/2021 … confident they would fit my son, used the measurement guide provided on site & the description about the shirt. I went to return them today 01/ 28/22 and the customer service lady said they had a 60 day return policy…so know I have $96.06 in shirts that do not fit as described! Do NOT Buy from here! Amazon Big and Tall shirts fit him perfectly with great returns! Buy from Anywhere but here!

Just a warning for potential customers:... Once you complete a purchase online, you cannot cancel it, regardless if items have been shipped or not, and regardless if items are available.
I have sent emails, no response. Tried to get telephone order status, and disconnected (not working, try your call again later.).

They wouldn't cancel my order within 24 hours of making it. And then it took about a week and a half to get the order so I could return it (that was with ($30 expedited shipping). Then, when I prepared to immediately return it, I looked at their policy more in depth, and they only offer either a gift card for beauty brands, or a refund to the original charged card WITH an $11 fee, AND a statement that says it will take atleast 3 weeks to get a refund. I will be giving their ugly coat to a shelter where someone can use it, and save further time and frustration. If I did an actual refund, I would have lost a total of $40 from the order they refused to cancel only hours after it was made.

They secretly charge you a monthly club fee (it's in the fine print). I ordered a parka in February. Said I'd get it in June. After mid-June, they moved the back order date to July. What a joke! Horrible, abrupt customer "service". Don't bother with KingSize!

I ordered some T-shirts a couple of months ago. There was no problem with that particular order. Then last night I got a fraud alert from my bank that they had denied an attempted charge of $16.95 on my debit card. After having to cancel my card and wait up to 10 days to have a new one sent I find out that the charge was for a customer rewards program that I had no idea about. Then when I tried to complain to the lady and customer service she just hung up on me! Beware!

Attempted to return items on an order due to lack of fit, was given a mailing label for return shipment. Return shipment was delivered to merchant 4 days later. 10 days later, no confirmation of receipt. Submitted contact via website, no response. Called customer service and they claim it hasn't been received, advised it can take up to 20 days for them to process a return. Contacted king size credit, which was used to process the payment to file a dispute. They refuse to provide details about the dispute process or if the customer is liable for charges or not. Once this situation is resolved, I will be closing my credit account and not doing business with KingSize again.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order for 2 T-shirts'. Received 1 t shirt and a women's bathing suit. I called customer service which took 15 minutes to get an answer. Then was told they cannot send me my shirt until they receive the incorrect item back and process it then they will (might) send me the correct shirt I ordered if still in inventory. Which should be about a month after I ordered it originally. I the. Asked if once they receive the incorrect item back if they would please overnight my correct item to me. At that point the customer service person hung up on me. Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had. This will be the ONLY order from this company. I was happy to find a company focusing on big guys but did not expect this crappy of customer service from their mistake.

I have used this site for years and never really had an issue until now. I placed my order two weeks ago. The status has remained as processing. I called to cancel and they say their warehouse in Indianapolis is having issues, it could be up to 20 days before the items ship, and they will not cancel the order. They said I will have to wait to receive the cloths and then process a return. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report my experience and I will be sure to never shop there again.

This company basically stole 50 dollars from my handicap father in law. They refuse to do a return of a pair of shoes that are in PERFECT condition. They keep sending me back the shoes claiming they are damaged and out of return date. Both of which is false. Don't order anything from this corrupt company. They are a disgrace on customer service. Order 6 polo shirts. All same size. Tried on three. Good fit. Washed all. Then discovered two had been sewn wrong and the button lines was laughably crooked. Nothing but problems trying to return defective shirt. Will never use again.

An order was placed on 12/6 (1 pair pants by hemmed) it was not shipped until 12/11, today 12/18 still no delivery date. They're website need to say "YES we delay" but they are quick to take your money so they don't care when or if you get your item.
Do not buy anything from them. Items are wrong sized. They won't cancel back ordered items so I haVe to wait one month to receive the item to pay 9.99 to return it. When you cannot write a review on the companies website and their Twitter account is over three years old you know there's a problem. Don't waste your money.

2 A.M. 1/15/20 Led to anguish, frustration, and utter disappointment to what is the purpose. Highest education must be high school only from the ignorant rebuttals being spewed out of the mouths of these fools working their call center.
I received one comprehensible rebuttal from a JP Morgan Chase customer service agent who indicated it could be that the credit back had not fully credit back.
It appears then disappears for another 3-5 business days instead of what two idiots working for this company claim at first as falling off. They apparently fell out of bed and cracked their head with that ignorant assumption. Needless to say, I am just about ready to send this crap back and say screw you for causing me this much frustration for no reason.
I ordered 2 pairs of compression socks for my husband on April 6th. They still have not shipped. Emailed them and the excuses were 1. Unexpected response to their Spring Line, 2. Covid. (Haven't we had time in the last year to adjust?) They did not answer my question about when it WOULD ship. I will call customer service this week and see about a refund.

Their customer service agents have language barriers making it difficult to communicate, and many of them are not thoroughly trained on what to do when orders have issues causing long wait time trying to get help on general questions. KingSize claims to have items in stock with 7 - 10 day delivery. My last two orders for "in stock" items have taken in excess of 21 days to ship. There claim is "due to the pandemic" there MAY be delays in shipment. They do not respond to emails, the customer service reps pay lip service to requests for info on shipments and parrot their "pandemic excuse". The pandemic hasn't stopped them from sending two - three email ads per day or a new catalog every couple of weeks! I think I'm done with KingSize!
