I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.
Ordered for a shirt for a funeral. They promised to have it to me in 2 days (paid the express shipping). Nope. Called "Customer Service". Talked to an idiot with no empowerment to help me whatsoever. The ONLY authority he was given was to to call me "Sir". Do NOT order from this scam company. I wish that I had read this before I ordered from this F.U.'d company.
Ordered Dec 7th. Told I would receive before Xmas. It is now Dec. 30. I have received nothing. Customer service is not helpful. They just say wait and wait some more Can't give money back they say. Say package was in Atlanta on Dec 22 ( we are 20 min from ATL) and its Dec 30 and still not here lol. They must be going bankrupt and sending it thru some mickey mouse cheap mail route.
Every time I order some things from king size, they take so long to get here. The web site says in stock, but is not and most items are backordered. I have bought more than 50 pieces of clothing from king size, some are great others not so great. I placed order on 6/11/2020, i received one shirt so far. They must ship by mule train. In this day of getting merchandise quickly, this place is the absolute worst.
My order for a jacket has not arrived in more than one month, they claim "shipped" (maybe from the factory in the interior mof China to the port in China by mule), no human to speak to, no way to cancel and get money back... just on-line BS about "delays" and "shipped" How many more words till I reach 50? There is nothing "low" about my credibility. Order # *******1280.

Bought 2 Sweatshirts online. When I received the package, 1 of the sweatshirts was the wrong size. (The plastic outer wrap stated the correct size, but inside the bag was incorrect). Called customer service, was told I had 2 options. Either A) send the wrong size back and only once they received it would they send a replacement or B) I would have to PAY for the replacement and once they received the wrong one back they would refund me for the replacement.
I had to ask the rep 3 times for a supervisor for him to lie and transfer me to another regular rep. Once I got on the phone with a supervisor, she was rude and told me I had to do the exchange through PayPal … WHAT?! PayPal doesn't run your company!
Very dissatisfied. I ordered these for vacation and now only have 1 that I can wear with no resolution from the company. Will never purchase from them again.
1st time I ordered things were delayed. I gave the gifts to my boys as Christmas gifts. After washing them the first time the looked like crap. Necks pulled and distorted... color did not hold. The second time I ordered, I ordered name brand jeans. On 11/1, I got an email stating the order was delayed. On 11/7, I received an email stating they shipped on 10/29. As of 11/11, I still have not received the order. When I called customer service, after checking order status online and it stating that it has not shipped, they advised that it has not shipped but it should be here within 4 to 6 days.

I buy my 43 year old son all his clothes as he is disabled. I am often lucky to get great buys and variety on clothes, jackets, and pants. I do think the shipping is too pricey as is the returns. The quality of the clothes I bought him were excellent. I appreciate King Size as they enable me to buy him nice clothes for a big guy
Trying to return items that were shipped more than 60-days ago. I didn't receive them until Jan. 15th. I would have needed to send them back in time for them to return to the warehouse on the 12th. They don't fit. So now I have expensive clothes I cannot return - never worn - not even for store credit. We've shopped here for years because of weight problems but no more.

30 days to get my package. They select carrier, package went to several cities during 30 days. They would not help locate package.
BEWARE-- be sure to read their Terms carefully. If returning an order and you wish for charge to go back to your original credit card, they charge $10 --who else does this?

I will spend my money elsewhere. Never doing business with this company again. Called customer service and was on hold one hour. Wanted to change the shipping address. Was told cannot change the address... need to cancel order. Had not shipped yet, and I literally ordered 30 minutes prior to my hour hold. Was told 5-7 days to be refunded... yet I was told the order hadn't even processed... but the payment sure as hell did. Asked for a cancellation confirmation number... there isn't one. What? Only an order number. I am so done with this company. They do not deserve my business. Done... done... and SO DONE!

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a pair of shoes. They do not allow you to cancel the order. Their customer service does not answer phone. This company is more of scam than a shopping location. I should have read the ratings prior to ordering. Avoid this company, period! Note: their system conviently prevents customers from printing their receipt for the product!

Don't buy from this company. They are heartless and are stealing from a senior citizen who can't drive and had to depend upon someone else to return the items that didn't fit.
This company is trash. I ordered a christmas sweater for my husband, they sent the wrong item and then refused to process an exchange because I used my paypal account to pay for the sweater. Which is some BS! I go to order a new sweater to have it by Christmas and they want double what I paid the first time and the express shipping is now $30. What a convenient way they use to get more money out of people. He received a pair of pants instead of the sweater. How do you confuse a sweater with a pair of pants? Seems like this was done on purpose!

I ordered one thing for a relative to try it out. They started billing me $15.95 monthly for their "rewards program". The thing is, I never even made an account with them cause I was just trying it out, so I can't even cancel the fees. I tried emailing and they were extremely rude and when I asked them to stop billing me and cancel they just stopped responding.

They have the worst shipping ever. I placed an order 12/8, it shipped 12/14 supposedly. But I have no shipping information for my tracking number. They said it due to delays. How long should it take to get a coat. Never again will I order from kingsize.com
I placed an order eight days ago for a shirt and tie in colors my son needed for an event. The order still says it is being processed and since it hasn't shipped, will not get here in time for it's intended use. I called their customer service number and waited on hold for one hour and twenty minutes. When I finally reached someone, I asked if the order could be canceled since it hasn't even shipped and won't reach us in time. I was simply told no, they would not cancel the order. I explained that a shipping label hasn't even been created, it's never left their facility, it's not in transit and that we now have to go spend more money to buy another shirt and tie. I was told no, they will not cancel the order, it's " processing" and it will NOT be canceled. I then tried emailing them and never received a response. I will not be doing business with them again.
I placed an order for two items, when they arrived I received two packages. Being that they were two items, we assumed they were sent separately. I opened them a day before Christmas, to which according to them was just a week past their 60 day return policy, we found out that they had doubled my order. Unfortunately, it was in the middle of the pandemic where our family lost two members and therefor lost track of time. We called to see if they were gracious enough to take back the mistake they made and they told me yes, and told me to return it. 1 month later I got the package back saying they were not going to give me credit and were not going to help me and the person that had approved it, gave me misinformation, even if it was clearly their mistake. So I was stuck with items I did not order and stuck paying for them. Last time I purchase from them. One more thing, their quality is very poor. Don't buy.

I placed my order on the 4th of May and was all happy because I would have a nice new shirt to attend my daughter's first baby shower. It is now the 19th and it has not shipped. Both items are in stock and they have my money. They say it is because of social distancing. I wrote a review on their site and they did not post it. They show lots of good reviews and an overall rating of more than 4 points. They won't return my emils and the chat won't work. I'm going to tell all my FB buddies the TRUTH about KS.

I placed several orders on Sunday, July 2,2023. With different merchants via online ordering. It is July 6,2023 and I have already received my merchandise from the other retailers Dockers, DXL, IKEA and New Balance. It's now 4 days after the transaction and Kingsize hasn't even picked the order. I know that a lot of places are still short staffed but if all the other retailers, both big and small, can deliver merchandise timely than KingSize should be able to pick the order and give an estimated ship date for now. I called customer service and they gave all kinds of excuses such as the holiday talking about Monday and Tuesday being a holiday. I reminded them that the third of July is not a holiday. I told them about the other merchants where I had already received the merchandise. I told them they were slow and that's why I haven't ordered in over a year. Lady did not like what I had to say, but it had to be said!
Item never received...fedex has it in another city for almost a mo th...called since Bbill for the King Size direct credit card due. They would refund as a credit to credit card...however it will take 7 - 10 days...bill due in 2 days...told me to pay the bill and then there will be a credit on may credit card account...so if I never buy again I'm out $200
I'm starting to wonder if this is really a company or just a couple of guys working out of their basement. It is obvious they don't have any merchandise in stock and they order from their supplier after you order from them. Then the shipping time is ridiculous. A month from order to delivery?

Put our order in April 1st, we were unable to track shipping until today (April 20) There were two items on back order until May 18 and the other part of the order will not arrive until April 22, attempted several times to cancel the back order that would not arrive until May 18 but unable to do so, I called three different phone numbers and on hold each time for over 10 mins. Still not able to get through to customer service. Please note, this is all listed on our credit card as PAID... very poor service and delivery very dissatisfied with King size direct.

I ordered a dress shirt and the shipment took forever to come into my surprise when I opened the package it was actually a pair of pants. I contacted customer service and they sent me the appropriate paperwork to return the pants. They asked if I wanted a shirt still I told them no it would not arrive in time for the function I needed it for. I didn't want to take a chance on getting a pair of underwear or something else other than a shirt. When the refund hit my credit card the price of the shirt was there but not the cost of shipping. I did not see anywhere on their website that shipping was not refundable. Why should I be penalized for their incompetence.
