I went online looking for a belt I was nice, 42 bucks, I got the credit card, no problem I ordered this belt in March okay that's plenty of time before a wedding we had to go to. Never received the item I did not pay the bill how can I pay for something that I never received; I called customer service spoke to people at the "bank" where the credit card is from as well, they did not seem to care...I'm really pissed off they said they sent me a copy of the "delivery conformation" yeah okay doesn't say anything other than left.
Its whole company is a joke save your money, time and aggravation... this company is a total sht show...
I'm still fighting and they want $493.00 for this belt I never got! That was only 42 bucks...

They sent me the wrong product the wrong color and the wrong size. They still haven't sent me the right product I did the return they gave me the money for the product but not for the shipping. So I had to pay $12 out of my own pocket to have a piece of $#*! clothing sent to my house that I had to send back. Never use this company they are horrible customer service.

I reviewed my bank statement it was showing $16.95 per month for this scam club... When you purchase something they have this club that gives you 10% off other companies... They never sent any kind of kit talking about this club...but they start charging $16.95 on your debit card every month... This way if you don't catch the charges on your debit or credit card they are making easy money for doing nothing... The agent gave me a credit right away, he knew they got caught... I ordered 2 pairs of sandals 6 weeks ago. After 6 calls, I called Comenity Bank. I talked about a dispute that I never received my product. It's at the Stockton, Ca. Facilty and has been there for 2 weeks "supposedly". I'm getting the run around so I canceled my order and account. It could take up to 90 days for the dispute to be finalized. As the old saying goes, if it looks to good to be true, well... Bad reviews and ranked very low in clothing companies 900+ These guys suck!

I had an order in my cart. They refused to apply a coupon that said take an extra $30 off a $100 order. I added more eligible items to my cart for this coupon. It still wouldn't apply. Chat Customer service said because the items were on back order even though it showed in stock. I went back to edit my order, removed the coupons and found that the shirts that were for $11.99 were now $5.99. I went back to my cart and deleted all items then went back to the product page where they were listed as $5.99. I added those to my cart. When I went back to my cart they were $11.99 each. I contacted customer service via chat and they said there was nothing they could do. I sent screenshots and the web address. They told me to call customer service who tried to apply a coupon that did not give the same advertised price. They said it was showing $11.99 even though I was on the product page and it said $5.99. I sent them an email with the screenshots as requested. I feel like this website is not legimate and has been way to much hassle to purchase from. 4 hours time wasted to buy shirts for my husband.

I received offers/promos from them and they do not honor them. I called customer service the last time and they said the promo (for my birthday) is only good for items that are available and in stock, and the items I had in my cart must be out of stock. All 3 items said there were available and a certain number in stock. I told the customer service rep to never mind I wish not give business to a company that operates this way.

After a week of waiting for notification of shipment sent, and a phone call to the company, they did nothing to resolve the issue as to why I have not received my order. Told me it could take up to six more weeks to get my order. Talked in circles trying to convince me that it was in process, but no resolution. Would highly recommend no one buy anything from them again. I believe they are there to take your money and to give you nothing in return.

I bought 2 shirts got express shipping 1-2 days...payment didn't process for three days and when I finally got my order 7 days later I got 2 shirts both 3x...both went down to my knees and I'm 6'3"...one shirt was described a tee shirt and I got a nylon workout shirt...looked to return and I find out I have to return it to one of thier return locations ( that's fine, one not far away) but then I find I either can get a full refund on a gift card or a partial refund minus som "fees" after all these fees were calculated THEY determined I would receive 37 dollars out of a 82 dollar purchase back.
This place is shady...they scam you and steal your money. No regard fir customer service or customer satisfaction...DO NOT ORDER!

I tried to use their unusable return site. Emailed customer service, and they said since they sent the wrong size, they would give me a prepaid return. I had to call a number. I very unhelp woman on the phone basically called me a liar, that they sent the coat that I ordered. This is untrue. To get moneyback, there was $10 restock fee, and I would have to pay to send the coat back. I never got the QR code with a return address that she promised. I got so disgusted that I donated the coat to Goodwill. Beware!
I purchased Christmas presents for my grandson when the items were on sale. I should have thrown my money right away! The slippers I bought broke through the bottoms 4 days after wearing them. The company won't do anything about it because it's over their 60 day warranty period. I called to speak to customer service and got hung up on. Great customer service

This company not only ships the wrong items, they charge you to return it for the right item. If it does arrive as ordered, sizing isn't accurate and quality is questionable. In addition, they are fraudulently charging my cc monthly for unknown merchandise. I DO NOT trust KingSize or their parent company, Beauty Brands.
I purchased 4 woven shirts at a combined cost of $138.80 including shipping for my husband for Christmas. He passed away due to a heart attack on 11/15/23. When I contacted Kingsize about returning them I was told that because the order was placed over 60 days ago (and bear in mind that it took almost 3 weeks from order until delivery) the shirts could not be returned. Even thought they've been wrapped and under our tree for almost a month now. I understand policy but this is ridiculous. I have no idea what I'll do with these shirts now.
Ripoff. Not a good experience at all. Placed an order. Never got a confirmation. Chatted with a robot named Denmark ( no help). Said they are up grading their system and could not help me. Bad business folks!

I place an order for fleece pants size large tall I got in the mail today size 8X. The sales rep who dose not speak and apparently understand english spent more time trying to up sell me and get me to take one of their credit cards. Ordered a "Big" sized hat...You have to see this...it is made to fit a doll. Asked for my money back, I have to return it for 10 dollars.
Paid 23.98 for shipping and 10 dollar processing charge!
Also, just found out I have been paying 14.95 a month for 2 years for free shipping! I never signed up for this ridiculous program, which has to be done by sending back receipts to get the money back for shippijng! What person in his/her right mind would agree to that! Horrible.

Verry poor customer service (foreign born with a heavy accent) and does not listen but goes on rambling about all sorts of things I diod not ask for. So My wife bought me a beautiful king size robe and an nice pair of dock style shoes. 3 days into wearing the robe, the sides split (see photo). The shoes seemed real nice. They were designed with an elastic strap across the top of the shoe to keep them tight. By the 4th time I wore them one of the straps had already come undone from its connection. Wrote to KS "We assure our products go through strict quality control..." I'll never buy from these uncaring idiots again. They didn't care about my money? I'll make sure they don't get any more of it...

The only reason I made a purchase was because of their "easy" return option. My package arrived, the size was wrong and now I find out that the "Canadian Customer Flat Fee Returns Option" is no longer available even though it is still advertised on their website. Spoke to someone from king size last week and their assured me I would be able to print my return label within 24 hours. Spoke to someone today who basically said "sorry, there is nothing I can do". Talk about false advertising. Ridiculous. Should have read these reviews before I made a purchase. International customers be warned!
This was defective merchandise. The elastic waist band in briefs is splitting after a few washings. We purchased for Christmas gift and expected the underwear to last longer than 12 weeks. Customer support's only response is that all sales are final after 60 days. Since it was purchased before Thanksgiving as a Christmas gift, it would have had to fail in January for Kingsize to admit it is a manufacturing defect; some failed in February, the rest in March. I spent more money at this company buying gifts for my husband. I can guarantee that we will never spend another dime. This was our first experience and our LAST. What a horrible way to treat a customer.

I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.

I have no complaints regarding the quality of the clothing I have bought, the timeliness of their deliveries, or their handling of my returns. I was however very disappointed to discover that they had been removing $14.95 from my Visa card for the past three months as a membership payment for their "Rewards Program". The problem is, I never asked to be part of a rewards program. After three phone calls, I was finally able to reach the right person to cancel my membership. I asked her "How is it that I ended up with this membership, since I never asked for it?" She replied that many people join by clicking the "Free Shipping" button at checkout. I said "That's sort of shifty and underhanded." She added "many people don't know that they have joined the rewards program." There are not a lot of choices out there for us big guys, so I will continue to buy shirts from KingSize, but I will hold my nose when I do, and I will watch my Visa transactions more closely.
