I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.
Ordered for a shirt for a funeral. They promised to have it to me in 2 days (paid the express shipping). Nope. Called "Customer Service". Talked to an idiot with no empowerment to help me whatsoever. The ONLY authority he was given was to to call me "Sir". Do NOT order from this scam company. I wish that I had read this before I ordered from this F.U.'d company.
My order was duplicated by mistake of the webpage and I have tried to communicate to cancel it, the communication has been zero until now, but they did charge me, which until now they still do not want to refund.
Ordered a jacket, a week later they say it's been backordered. I called and was rudely told multiple times they would not exchange it for another color I had to re-order. They would not give me to a supervisor said they were all in meetings. Also, they would not have a supervisor call me. I am going to cancel my order and go to JC Penny as I will not deal with this type of terrible customer service.

I ordered 7 items for fathers day on May 25. With promised delivery date of June 17th. Today is June 26th. Fathers day has come and gone and Inhave only received one item. I call and the automated system says they are to busy to take call and hangs up on me several times over days. I finally get to someone more than a week after my order was due and I'm told I can't cancel the order because it is shipped (June 12th) will no ETA or tracking information. Part of my order hasn't even shipped so I ask to cancel that part of the order and they say, it is about to ship. I was told I have to wait 30 days after the ship date to get a refund. Their failure to deliver when promised should not be my problem. I will NEVER order from this company again.

... really not sure where to start. I ordered two hoodies around January 2022. They were both supposed to be $14.99, but it rang up as one at that price one at $19.99. After a couple months was told one of the two will be canceled, not the higher amount one...?!?... then told to contact them otherwise my order would be canceled. I contacted them they told me it'll be a couple more months. The exact same situation happened again with now shift date in September (?!?). Got an email today saying the higher priced one that I've been waiting for for over 7 months has been canceled... but I can put in an order rt. Now and get 25% off! ZERO STARS!
Recently purchased a shirt from King Size Direct. I bought a plum coloured shirt from them. It was delivered in time. The shirt fit alright, but was a bit baggy around the sleeves and droops slightly at the shoulders.
I prefer shopping for custom shirts. I am a tall guy 6 feet and 4 inches and find it difficult to get my size. Typically I order custom shirts online from Indochino and vitruvien.com. I have had a pleasant experience with both. Since King Size Direct was cheaper, I decided to give it a try.
Fabric is of cheaper quality than the online custom shirt makers that I mentioned. Also the fit is acceptable, not great.
At the end, an average experience here. Once in a while I may give King size direct a try, but more often than not i would stick to online custom shirt makers.
Ordering from this business is a poor gamble. I have placed three orders and only one order was correct. The last instance I ordered one shirt - Black XL. I received a White 5 XL. On an earlier occasion I ordered one shirt Blue XL and received a Black 3XL. Customer service said the reason was that the shirts were selected robotically. No human looks at the process. To be sure, humans will carefully check your items when you return them to see if you deserve credit, but not before they send them to you. I do not recommend this business to anyone unless you are looking for a good frustration induced headache
And then proceed to to the top of your head with great force. Because you will deserve it if you do business with this company. Once they get ahold of your money expect a cold day in Hell before you get it back. Sorry king size sorry I ever met you.

There stuff is decent, but they dont seem to have your oders history long. I dont buy from them much anymore because they dont keep your order history long.
What kind of ONLINE store does that? Weird. Their customer service is famous for being mediocre at BEST lol good luck with that if you need to deal with them on anything. I used to buy a lot of things like shorts and hawaiin shirts but the shorts are crap. The shirts i bought were mostly good quality, the robe i bought was TRULY crap. It began to unravel in just about 6 months. Hopefully, this was as truthful as i could make it and will help with other people and their choices.:)

I have shopped KS for my son because of the extended sizes. The prices are outrageous because the quality does not match the price. Now I received a catalog today and tried to order pants that are $30.98 in the catalog only to get a message saying the catalog is outdated! On the catalog it states the prices are good until August 2023. No sale price and the item would not ship until August! Ridiculous and frustrating! Get it together, KS!

I purchased a pair of popete cliff Walker boots almost 4 months ago. These are supposed to be workboots the eyelids ripped out on one side I called and they said we only guarantee items for 60 daysThat's unacceptable Keen guarantees their boots for one year. This is unacceptable. They also will not pay for shipping. Their are a lot of other companies that do pay for return shipping. I will not be purchasing from tall and big anymore

I purchased a quilted jacket and it cost me 68.00, and I was charged a $15.99 shipping and processing fee. The jacket did not fit. I started my return process and I am being charged another processing fee. I am only getting $56.00 back. How unfair is that? Never again!
Bought two shirts have not received. But I have received two additional charges on my credit card for magazines and services. Apparently I did not read the small print. So far I have received two extra charges. Looks like another hour on the phone trying to get charges removed.
Ordered some swimwear wear on vacation, then the next day was emailed about delays in shipping and I would not be getting my item before I left. I made multiple attempts to contact and cancel my order. Was told that even with shipping delays I could not cancel and I would have to pay to return the item. Item didn't ship for 2 weeks after order date. Do not use. Not only will your item take forever to get to you, they make you pay extra to return an item that you asked multiple times to cancel.

The that returns, Why does Customer Service need to ask for SS# as part of an exchange, or return, of merchandise? This seems to convey the message that implies that exchanges/returns are not allowed, and that all purchase transactions are final.
How is it that they are not able to access invoice/customer# from the shipping documents included within the packages of the items sent from the affiliated facility, of the merchandise sold on their website, or from their catalog?
The coat I ordered for my son looked nothing like the picture - material was thin - cheap- awful - I was charged $20 shipping - and now - when I want to return- they charge $11 fee / Never buy here - they are taking advantage of large men
I was on their website looking to place an order. I changed my mind and never submitted the order although I had filled in my information. On my next credit card statement I see a charge from Kingsize.com. I called apparently the partially filled order was put through by their computer and I never received anything. I called and they said they needed to send me a form to fill out saying I did not received anything. I never received a form, after several calls, it turns out the form is on their website to print out. So I did. Interesting thing about the form is it says kingsize can ban you from ever ordering from them again. So it is my fault I did not get an order I did not place. Stay away from this place. There are plenty of companies on the web who appreciate their customer not hate them.

I ordered from KSD for several years. Their merchandise was of middling quality but was fairly inexpensive so I really had no complaints. But a few months ago they snuck a "membership" onto one of my orders and have been billing me $15 a month ever since. I don't doubt that there was a checkbox that was defaulted to yes and I missed it, but reputable companies don't work that way. I won't be ordering from KSD again

Don't bother attempting to return an item for an exchange. I sent an item back for an exchange following their return/exchange policy and not only did they not follow their own policy they charged me a shipping fee on the item I sent back. Then when contacting customer service about the exchange. They will give you some poor excuse and tell you that if you want the item you will have to reorder it.
The moment you order something it becomes "in process" which means you are stuck with it. No cancelling, no changing, nothing. Good luck trying to reach anyone. I had to call the "new order" number to finally speak to a person, since you cant do anything online to your order or speak to anyone about changing it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM unless you like throwing money out the window. Worse company ever!

I had ordered 2 packs of 3 pair of socks. I received the shipment with only 1 pack of 3 pair of socks. When I called they just dismissed the error and said I had to order an additional 3 pair pack of socks and pay for them. No free replacement.

In June I ordered my husband four polo shirts. When I received my credit card statement I saw that I was billed twice for this order. Kingsize is saying that I ordered these items twice which I did not do. I only received the four shirts that I ordered. I do not have an issue for paying for what I received but not for items that I did not order or receive. I have made several calls to Kingsize to resolve this issue but it still is not resolved. If I could give less than one star I would. Customer service is terrible.

The clothes we purchased were too large. We called customer service. We were on the phone for over 30 minutes. They said they would email us a return label. It never came. We called customer service again. Again, we were on the phone for over 30 minutes. First, they said we had to go to the post office to return the items, because they were unable to send another return label. When we refused, they were miraculously able to email another return label. We were also informed we would be charged a $19.99 return fee. Needless to say, we never received the return label. If this company worked as hard at customer satisfaction as it does preventing returns, they'd be doing great.

Beware purchased clothing from them, the wife notices a $1.99 charge on the credit card from them and then another for the cost of the cloth I purchased. Went on line looked at my order history show this as order with order number but does not state what it is. Called customer service went through there automated system gave the order number for the $1.99 it could not find that order number. Finally, was able to get a hold of a person they told me that I have signed up for Kingsize Club service, so after 60 days it would go up to $14.95 a month, but of course I could not cancel with this person I had to call another number to cancel this, Funny I received an email stating that the Club that I didn't join has been canceled. The Question is why didn't they tell me I joined a club with an email.
