I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.
Ordered for a shirt for a funeral. They promised to have it to me in 2 days (paid the express shipping). Nope. Called "Customer Service". Talked to an idiot with no empowerment to help me whatsoever. The ONLY authority he was given was to to call me "Sir". Do NOT order from this scam company. I wish that I had read this before I ordered from this F.U.'d company.
I was on the fence about completing an order but was assured by not one, but two customer service reps (one at the time I placed my order and the other during a follow-up call) that my package would be shipped via FedEx and arrive in time for Christmas. It's now the day AFTER Christmas and the online order status checker indicates that my package is STILL being processed for shipment. Yet another follow up call to a manager yielded the following response: "When your package arrives, you can return the items if you don't want them." If you choose to place an order with King Size, don't expect honesty or integrity. You won't get either.
Buyer beware this company shipped me a pair of shoes and told me if they didn't fit they would take care of it. They didn't credit the shipping and charged me to ship them back. After the missed the return. Our $61.00 for nothing and the couldn't even get the shoes I wanted afterwards

I purchased a pair of winter bibs and paid for "super fast delivery" that was supposed to arrive within two business days. It did not even ship for three business days and wouldn't be delivered for another 9 days.
When I asked why it shipped so late and if I could be refunded for the "super fast delivery" fee. They said that it's in their policy to not refund for expedited delivery.
I could go on and on about this situation, but I won't.
The moral of the story is;
Horrible customer service, horrible business ethics.
Just a bad company slapping customers in the face one day at a time.

Returned their merchandise within their window but they said it had to be in their warehouse within that time. I ordered 6X for a handicapped friend for Christmas and they sent 3X. Now they tell me that they will not refund the money or return the items. In my mind this is theft - period.

I will NEVER do business with this company again! I ordered an XL jacket, they sent a 7xl. Shipped it back, it was never received, and I was told to wait 30 days. Now its been over 30 days, have made 5 calls to them, and STILL no refund! To top it off, the other items in our original order, which shipped seperately to me, were never received. Ugh, they should not be in business!

Sent email 5/29/17 to inquire about backorder. Response was the backorder was until 6/5/17. Notified today 6/13/17 that my back order was cancelled because it could not meet PayPal 29 Day mail rule. This level of incompetence is damaging and totally unprofessional. Inventory control is one of the most important aspects of retail and KingSizeDirect.com has failed horribly. Don't order from this company.

I've never really been a fan of this company and only have had to order when faced with no other option. The major downside of this place is the lack of a physical store where you can actually try on the clothing. I've had pants split in the middle within two weeks or less due to improper tailoring.
Another issue I have with this company is the lack of free shipping, a lot of companies will offer free shipping after spending x amount of money. This place does not offer any kind of free shipping, which is why I stick with DXL because they have a free rewards program that'll offer free shipping. And the great thing about DXL is no matter what your size is the price is the same whereas with King Size, the bigger you are the more you pay.
I ordered a $#*!ies leather belt where the leather split at the buckle after wearing the belt only a half-dozen times. Their return policy is 60 days. I called on Monday, the 59th day, because the belt broke on Saturday. It turns out I had to have returned the belt to them by the 60th day. Defective merchandise and deceptive return policy.
I have been a customer of theirs for well over a decade. No more.
Their quality has suffered over the years and so has their attitude. Previous purchases have been a pair of pants with one leg longer than the other, pants without belt loops [they call them runabouts], jackets that look heavy but are very light material, among others.
Stay away from this company. $7.99 to do any returns. Don't be fooled by the low prices. You get what you pay for.
Now all my online purchasing is going to LL Bean, where the quality control and clothing are much better.
I ordered this jacket in the fall of 2018. When received this was a great jacket! It looked good, the fit was perfect. Well we had a warm fall and December, so I did not have a chance to wear it. When it finally got cool enough to wear, I noticed a bad odor coming from the jacket. I called customer service to ask how to get rid of the odor. Of course, it had been 3 months past the return date. I tried to explain that I was very happy with the jacket, except the odor. They basically said it was my not their problem. Well I spent $48 to have the jacket dry cleaned hoping would eliminate the odor. IT DIDN'T. Thinking about sending the jacket back and biting the bullet of the $'s lost.
Terrible! Absolutely "TERRIBLE". High shipping charges, even higher return shipping charges, and then, when they receive your return, they'll take a MONTH or more to refund you, and that's if you're lucky! Chances are, they won't refund you at all. We had to go to our bank to dispute their charges. They're a ridiculous group of shysters. BEWARE!
First the orders are delayed shipping atleast 14 to 16 days. No way to speak to corp[orate at Kingsize or Fullbeauty as I left messages and number for atleast 3 week every week no call back. There is no good customer service but you can place orders and pay but you are not treated as a valued customer. I suggest you buy your clothing from other companies that will answer your calls and ship your goods in a reasonable time. As it is i placed order 5/17 and wont get them till after 6/17 if I am lucky. Again forewarned is forearmed so watchout.

I placed my order on July 4th, they didn't actually ship it our until July 10th. The last tracking information was logged in on July 16th. After that nothing. I've been calling to see if they can push an update or something. They either won't or can't. Now it's August 9th and the reason (event) I bought the items for was yesterday. I had to go elsewhere for my clothing needs. So now I don't need them but they "kingsize direct" won't do anything until tomorrow. They say it needs to be 30 days past ship date for them to consider the order lost and issue a refund. Ugh... means I'm going to be on hold forever AGAIN.

This is the absolute worst place to shop. I originally sent on the website to order some clothes. I made 5 selections Wich were posted IN STOCK. Then days passed and I received an email that only 3 shirts were available the others were backordered (remember the website said in stock). Then after emails and almost two weeks I received my package finally. I will never shop with this company again.

Ordered 5 items. Items never arrived. Took my money immediately but no further communication. When I called, no apology; no offer to resend; no refund until they received mailed affidavit. If I didn't get the packages they mailed, why would I get their affidavit? Spoke to manager and no resolution. I see terrible reviews. I guess I should have checked reviews before ordering.

Asked and paid for men's jeans to be gemmed to a 30 in inseam and they sent me a 38 inseam! No return label or packing slip, they said I had to print my own off of their site. Very poor customer service. Men's undershirts irregular and paper thin. I already washed them so I'm stuck with 9 undershirts that are junk. I have been buying from them for 20 years but the last 5 or so years the quality of clothes goes down and prices go up. I will not be buying from them EVER again.

Ordered a Flannel shirt and assumed from the price ($35+) it was going to be a high quality, thick shirt like I would get from Duluth trading or Cabelas /Pro Bass. What I received was a 'paper thin' shirt that I could have picked up at Wal Mart or Big Lots for about $11! They should be embarrassed that they are trying to pass this off as top shelf attire. AND I did not even get a receipt in my package so I cannot return it if I wished to do so. I usually have policy that I do not purchase certain things without being able to asses the quality / fit. When I get burned like this I am reminded why I have that policy! Guess I am stuck wearing an over priced; tissue thin shirt...
Ordered a robe for a gift got an email it was back that it wouldnt ship till 12-27 so I found another called back two days later to cancel and was told it already shipped that I could send it back for a refund minus 7.50 told them this was unacceptable as they told me this wouldnt ship till after Christmas they agreed to refund full amount. Took forever to get original item then returned as soon as I got the item return shipping took a week then I got a refund for the shipping only and keep being told 2-3 days for refund. Nothing but poor customer service and the run around. Filing a claim with the better business bureau. Will never do business with this company they seem very seedy and shady... I order a black sweater 6xl and got a 4xl the sweater came in 2 days late after paying extra shipping. It was also poorly made bad stitching just HORRIBLE. Called and had to pay full price for the next one to come, it showed up the wrong color and it said 7xl but fit like a 3xl. They said there was nothing they could do to help me get the right product except paying full price again. I'm so done with them never again.

This company is VERY unprofessional and has no interest in building relationships. I placed my order SEVERAL months ago and I understood and did not bother them that the item was out of stock. After several months I finally get a email stating my order had been canceled and to "TRY" and make it right they gave me a 40% discount code. So I took the code shopping for the same item different color. When I checked out with my discount and the item was more expensive than the original!
My mom ordered my brother a coat from this company and spent well over 100.00 she ordered the coat b4 Thanksgiving and called about the coat on Dec13 and was told the coat would be here by Christmas but it was on back order. Then she called this morning and was told that it would not be here till Feb 7 th. This is ridiculous my mom was super upset my brother wanted this jacket and she wanted to give it to him for Christmas. And now a week b4 Christmas and she is told Feb. Now she has got to scramble to find something else for him. Not a good first impression for a first and a last time buyer. I have told her to report it to the better business bureau not sure that she will but this company should not be able to get away with this. This kind of customer service is not acceptable. They agreed it was their systems fault, but would bit budge on shipping the fourth for free. HORRIBLE Customer Service, Stay Away. I would leave a Zero, but that's not an option.

Been a customer for about 10 yr. S. Recently prices have increased considerably while availability of sizes and colors has diminished. I purchased two shirts last mo. It took 15 days for delivery and then I not only received the two I ordered but three more that I didn't. I was charged for all five. The confirmation they sent me was for only the two shirts I ordered. I contacted " customr service " and spoke with a woman for whom English was a second language and was barely intelligible. After a frustating exchange I gleaned that I would be charged $9.99 for the privilege ofreturning the three shirts I didn't order in the first place. I've decide it was easier to just keep them even though they all match. I will no longer do business with King Size Direct.

My wife placed an order for some shirts for our boys. We were charged three different amounts, which the first two fell off our bank statement. When we received the order, we were missing one item. Everything ended up too big, so we needed to set up an exchange. My wife called to make sure we could do that. Rather than waiting for us to send the merchandise back, they charged our card AGAIN and placed the order WITHOUT my wife's consent. When she saw it on the account a couple of hours later, she called them to cancel it because she didn't want to order it, she had just wanted to make sure she could do an even exchange. They told her it had already been processed and there was nothing they could do. Then, our account was charge YET AGAIN for the same amount, minus a few pennies! I did happen to see that a credit has been issued for said amount, as well. But it NEVER should have happened to begin with. When she sent the wrong sized stuff, we are not being credited what we should have. They have "stolen" $25. Will be reporting fraudulent charges to our bank on Monday.
