I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.
Ordered for a shirt for a funeral. They promised to have it to me in 2 days (paid the express shipping). Nope. Called "Customer Service". Talked to an idiot with no empowerment to help me whatsoever. The ONLY authority he was given was to to call me "Sir". Do NOT order from this scam company. I wish that I had read this before I ordered from this F.U.'d company.
I ordered a jacket husband didn't like it returned it received a letter that was called a gift card I waited too long to use it. So I just lose almost $200. Wouldn't put money back on my account. I couldn't find the letter I called to get the gift card # that's when I find out I waited too long.

Made order on May 26.$600 worth of clothing... and order still has not even been shipped. Ive been a customer for 7 yrs. And this will be my last order. Have always been happy with clothing. So gave them 2 atars... but for communication and shipping they get a negative 10. Their excuse after you make the purchase about covid causing them delays is ridiculous. Covid has been here for over a year. They know how many workers they have. They know how long shipping takes... and yet before you push the pay button it looks like you will get the order by a certain time. Then after you click pay, you get a neat little notice almost immediately that your order will be delayed due to covid and sales. If you try to cancel. Your order is in process. No can do... and yet 3 weeks later it hasnt even shipped. My money will be going elsewhere next time.

So, I ordered 5 t-shirts, all the same size on sale for $9.99. One of the shirts was smaller size. I try to return the wrong size shirt or get an exchange for the wrong one sent. They say get a gift card or pay $10.99 for refund to my credit card. To me, I feel they may have sent this wrong shirt so I would be tempted to get the gift card so I would have to buy more to get free shipping. I think they sent the wrong shirt on purpose. I called customer service and they offered me the same deal that their website says. I hope this isnt happening, but I am writing this review in case others may have had the same experience.

That they charge $10.99 for returns that are not the customers fault. They sent the wrong size. For me, my $9.99 tshirt would cost me an extra $1 to return. They try to get you to get a e-gift card so you will have to buy more products from them. Very sneaky.

I ordered a pair of men's casual shoes from KingSize. The total bill was $120.00. I ordered a size 9W and when the shoes arrived they were size 13W. I tried using their so-called "Happy Returns" site. It just circles you around to the point where you finally give up. I emailed their main office and was directed to call the same number I'd had no success with before. I wish I'd had read the customer reviews before ordering. Also, the shoebox the wrong shoes came in was very damaged, but the FedEx bag it was shipped in was in perfect shape. That means the box was damaged when they put it in the bag. They just send you whatever they have. On my confirmation email next to size it had N/A. They really meant that!

First off, their product is complete crap! The shirts may be big enough and long enough, but the arm length for a long sleeve is 3/4 at best. Their return policy is crap IF YOU GET ONE! It took forever for the site to show that items had been returned. Second, they automatically sign you up for their membership which costs $14.95 plus tax a month. They DO NOT tell you about this. Nor do they send you emails about the money coming out of your account. So, watch your records. Basically, DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS WEBSITE. FRAUDS!

Absolutely the worst shipping practices of any place I've ordered from. An order placed on November 27th has still not arrived. It got part way here and has been sitting in Carol Stream, Illinois for 10 days with no movement! Customer service uses the excuse of Covid and the busy holiday season. I asked them why the dozens of other places I've ordered from and had things shipped hasn't had that problem and they just to. D me to give it 12-18 days! Another order placed on12-7 was supposed to be here today (17) and it hasn't arrived. When asked who they use for shipping I was told Pitney Bowes—-really!? I asked why not USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx and was told they use all of them. Again——really!? Had some difficulty with an order in June as well but thought it was just a fluke, apparently not. Save yourself some headaches and DON'T order from them. I only gave them one star because I had to put something to get this to go through!
I bought a pair of sport sandals made for Kingsize, at 2 months and 5 days old they began to come apart, but they don't stand behind their own labeled merchandise, do not shop with these people, go to DXL where they appreciate and take care of their customers.
I ordered 3 items on April 6 as of today I haven't gotten any feedback on where my order is or any shipping info. I called and was told I couldn't cancel since my order as it was being processed and no I couldn't get a refund.

Been a customer of King Size for 20 years. I recently purchased a pair of pants from them. I never received the pants. I called and they said I would have to fill out an affidavit to get a refund and that they would mail me the affidavit. I waited and no affidavit. I called again and they said that they could see the request but that the affidavit had never been sent. They again told me they would send it out. Again I waited and nothing. This went on for a couple months. Finally, the last time I called, I was told that I was past my 90 days to file a claim and there was nothing I could do to recover the funds. As I said, I've been a customer for 20 years now and have always had great service but the last couple years, that has went downhill very quickly. I am done! I will shop DXL from now on. Bye bye King Size. You've lost me forever.

I have made multiple purchase from King Size. Almost every product is of inferior quality, which I can live with if it is discounted enough. BUT... when they cancel orders because the put a item on sale and a customer jumps on the item. Then a month later, after being told item was on backorder, the purchase is canceled. No notification. This is a corporate scam.
I have been trying since April 23rd to get a credit back. I ordered 3 men's shirts at $68.04, however they took $84.23 from my account and sent me women's shirts. I returned the women's shirts on April 24th, however I cannot get my credit back for the $84.23. I tried numerous times to call. Today I was on hold for an hour and a half, transferred 3 times without the representative giving me a chance to explain the issue. I had placed many orders in the past, however after experiencing the customer service I received I will have to take the necessary steps to get my money back.

We ordered wrangler jeans as a Christmas gift on November 2nd. KingSize sent postcards on 3 different occasions stating the jean were on back order. Finally on March 27th we received a postcard stating the wrangler jeans were discontinued. No apology was ever given and continuously kept appearing in their catalog for the 4 months we were waiting for the shipment.

I returned a coat. I paid $135 for it and had a free shipping promo code. I was passed around to 9 different people. Had to call back 6 times and was given 3 different numbers that all go to the same place. When I finally got correctly transferred to customer service (1 hour later) I was told I can only get $110.45 back and they are taking $9.99 for a shipping label. The agent wouldn't even acknowledge that I was being shorted $25 in my refund. He even said his calculater said the wrong amount. So he lied. I had to settle for a $100 refund for a coat I paid $135 for after being hung up on, transferred many times back to the main menu, being forced to explain my situation over and over and eventually sent to CS who was kind of rude and unwilling to see the math right in their face! I will never do business with Kingsize again!

I have been a king size customer for over 15 years recently I placed an order they said the credit card was rejected tried it twice more it was said it was rejected the next day I had three charges on my account that their emails per their request never received a response yesterday one of the charges went through the other two are still on my bill called customer service they thought there was an order issue I explained the situation then they sent me over to the credit department where was on hold for over 40 minutes and no one picked up after 15 years to be treated like this tend to make me believe I really don't need them anymore there other companies out there

They are thieves. They took money off of my card without my authorization. When u exchange for the right size if they send the wrong size. They keep your card in they system and they charge u double even if u paid already. An exchange is free especially if u paid already. Dont trust them with yall personal info

King Size Direct is hit or miss. I have been buying my husband's clothing from King Size Direct for years, depending on what you buy, some items are great and others are not so great as it depends on the source of the marketing. The undershirts are true to fit cotton and wear well. I wash and dry all white cotton in chlorine bleach just like my mother did as I want white underwear and socks. White socks with black heels are purchased as well and they hold up extremely well. Over time (more than a year) the tops stretch out. The dress shirts are cut true to size. The sports shirts on "sale" are made out of country and are tight in the biceps for a 3X - 4X so we don't buy these shirts unless we buy a size bigger. Jeans preferred by husband are Wranglers Rugged Wear and these are purchased at Academy for a reason price.

I had been needed clothes for awhile and found KingSize and decided to order, as I like some of their clothing styles. WELP, bad idea. I ordered on May 5th. Here it is May 20th and my order is STILL processing. In the meantime I had ordered some clothes from ebay and my clothes from ebay have been shipped and received already, while I am still waiting on my kingsize order! I finally was able to contact someone from Kingsize and all they could tell me was, sorry! I tried to get them to cancel my order, but they told me they cannot cancel it because it is processing. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. This is a BAD situation.
