I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.
Ordered for a shirt for a funeral. They promised to have it to me in 2 days (paid the express shipping). Nope. Called "Customer Service". Talked to an idiot with no empowerment to help me whatsoever. The ONLY authority he was given was to to call me "Sir". Do NOT order from this scam company. I wish that I had read this before I ordered from this F.U.'d company.
First time ordering and I spent a lot because it's so hard to find good quality clothes for plus size, so far I like everything so no problem there, but I have had a problem with every other part of the process. I had issues submitting the order originally and now I still have not gotten the rest of my order, with no communication from the company about what's going on. I had to call and ask to find out its on back order which is fine if I had been told sooner, not after the entire order was delayed. I have to navigate through the website, which isn't the easiest, to even see what's been shipped and then the tracking is inaccurate or doesn't even work, and it'll reach the predicted date then change to another week later so I don't know when to ever expect my items. The charges have wiped out our account because they come through with no notice and the original charge disappeared also without notice. I mean its been a month and still going and still don't have the rest of our order with absolutely no notice or communication other than blaming COVID19 on the website. I was so excited to find clothes that fit comfortably and at reasonable price, but after all the circus and headaches this has been I will not be ordering again.

Bought 4 pair in May to take on a cruise in October. While on the cruise the 3 pair I took all ripped open in the crotch. I could see maybe 1 pair doing that but not all 3. When I called Customer service they very rudely told me it was past 60 days and there was nothing they would or could do. DO NOT BUY THESE SHORTS.
Please DO NOT believe the advertising that you see for this company. They make promises but will not fulfill.
I made a large purchase because they had a sale that said, buy one and get the second for $1.00. After receiving my order I realized that I only received the discount on five items out of sixteen. Since I purchased two of each item, I should have half of my order for $1.00. When I finally spoke to someone after many, many calls and several hang ups, I was told that's not how it work and you only get a certain amount for $1.00. When I continued to persist with this not being advertised like that the "customer service rep" said, "Too bad, we already got your money." I couldn't believe the service, disrespect, and arrogance of this man. When I told him that I was overcharged $296.00 and that I was gonna dispute it, he said, "Not with me." and hung up.
I have done business with this company for years but new people are now in charge and the service is horrific. It pains me to say but I will NEVER shop with them again.
Please BEWARE if you decide to shop because customer service is non existent.

My wife and mother-in-law ordered 2 shirts each from your catalog 3 days ago for half price and they were charged FULL PRICE on the credit cards. I called to resolve the matter and could only talk to people in the Phillipines who could not understand what I was talking about nor could they resolve the probllem. I sent an email yesterday to your company requesting to speak with someone from the United States to resolve this problem, but, have not heard from anyone. If I do not hear from anyone today, I will contact the Better Business Bureau and file and complaint and find an Attorney who sues companys who does business like you. You have until close of business today, 12-7-21, to contact me.

I ordered a Navy Hoodie for a birthday present and they got a a pair of White Shorts. That was really close to the same item. Called to find out about returning and geting the correct item and I have to ship the shorts back and when they get them they will process them and them send me the correct Hoodie. Then they tell me they are now out of what I orderd 4 weeks ago and it's no longer avalable. I have to spend my time running around corecting your mistake and then I still have to pay new shipping on the new Hoodie if we get it.

I ordered an item 5 days ago and when I checked to see when it will be arriving, I was told no order could be found but they found a way to take the money for the merchandise. This experience has been horrible and waiting to talk to someone is a joke. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
I will never order from this shop again. I ordered from them, the items were on backorder for 3 weeks, I called the next morning to cancel and was told that even though the order is not even fillable, I cannot cancel it. They said all I can do is lose the shipping cost and then pay AGAIN to send it back after it is backordered 3 weeks later. AFTER getting my phonecall, they made sure they charged my credit card on the backordered items..

When an order is placed, an authorization for the complete order total is processed. However, we do only charge for items shipped. Backordered items are not charged if canceled.
My order was split and when I tried to return the company give me a return label. As I had returned some items already that were shipped earlier. They cannot give you a second shipping label. They told me to pay to return it and they would try to pay me back. I ASKED FOR SUPERVISOR AND SHE REFUSED TO LET ME TALK WITH SUPERVISOR. I will not order from this company and their 9 other associates.

I am being billed every month 14.95 for something that KingSize or their bank cannot explain. I called their bank who handles their credit card and they say that there are no charges since March and the balance is zero. You call KingSize and they cannot explain yet it shows on the bank statement as Kingsize FBBKINGSIZE REWARD XXXXX5592 IN. Is this some sort of scam? Maybe someone from kingsize can answer this before I report it as fraud and have to go through the process of canceling my debit card and having to contact all of my automatic payments. It will also be turned over to the state attorney general for investigation.

I purchased Christmas gifts in September (trying to start early) and when the packages arrived, I checked the order number on the package and the invoice as each package arrived (yes, several items shipped separately). I did NOT open packages and check the tags inside the garments... Consequently, when the gifts were open at Christmas, the 60 day return / exchange policy has expired and we found out that the item in the package was the incorrect size.
I did not want a refund, I just wanted the item that I ordered. Through email and then phone I spoke with customer service who seemingly read from the same script, "we are sorry, but it is a 60 day return / exchange policy and there is nothing we can do". I sent a picture of the tag inside the garment as well. It has never been used. They would not even consider the exchange. Yes, they do have a policy, and because of that, I could have looked at each tag of each item I purchased.
However, how sad that they do not look at the circumstances of the order! I will never purchase from this company again. Very, very poor customer support
I joined the membership because it claimed I could get "free" shipping and 10-20% off. The membership is $14.99 a month, which is a lot, but their shipping rates are outrageous. Also, this also covers free returns. I actually spoke to someone asking about this and was told I would be issued my reward check once a month, if is approved. It can take a month to approve it and 3-6 weeks to process it. Also, It is not a check. It is a gift code to buy more at their stores. Lastly about the membership. To receive a rebate you must fill out a form for each order and submit it with proof of purchase. Shouldn't they know that you purchased it? I canceled. The 10-20% off is irrelevant because the clothes are overpriced. No savings there. Their exchange policy is cumbersome and when I didn't receive my exchange a month later, they told me I had to reorder the merchandise after I had already filled out and sent extensive form what I was exchanging. I guess no one was going to tell me the exchange instructions on line were not being followed. If I could give this company a -5, I would. It is a terrible company to deal with. Also, as a side note, you cannot buy pre-hemmed pants without paying an additional $7.99 per pair. Even if you are a normal length you either pay the fee or learn to sew!

Ordered items 11/1 for christmas... items too large so sent back for EXCHANGE, not a refund... EXCHANGE... and was told I was past the 60 day mark, and they returned the original items to me... i don't get it, i asked for the same things, but a smaller size, no harm no foul right... GOT A BIG FU FROM THEM... no bending the policy or anything, it was a matter of a week or 2 past the date that I didnt even know about (i guess that's my fault for not paying attention) but really... I've been shopping Kingsize for years. But as of the last few years, I'm seeing higher costs, less quality and items that are not true to size in the products they sell. Also the customer service falls short of par, especially on my most recent order.
The order I made was received and 2 of the 3 items were accurate. The third item was advertised as a 2 shirt pack. My order came with only 1 shirt. I called and was informed that I could return the item and get a replacement or have my cost refunded at 50%. I bought the item for a trip I'm going on in 4 days so returning it would leave me without at least one of the shirts. I accepted the discounted price. Although the outcome was acceptable, I still didn't get my complete order and it makes an inconvenience on my part.
In addition, I received an order addressed to me but contain items I didn't order. I'm 6'2" and weigh 330 lbs. The package contained some female sleep wear size 2x and a pair of female shoes. I had a phone discussion with a Kingsize rep. They wanted me to return the item, but I explained there was no return label or receipt with the package. Then the rep asked me to return them at my expense and they would reimburse me. My response to that is, it's a Kingsize error and I shouldn't have to shoulder any expense for it being corrected. Nor do I feel that I should spend the time to take it to a place to have it shipped back. It was left that the rep will look into having a return label sent to me. We'll see what comes of that.

The site has its advantages where you don't need to leave home to shop. There are some decent items but others are not made well. Also there is size differential between makers of the garments. Some of the prices appear to be inflated over what I can get in a store.

Beware buying from this company. They have received the last of my money, never again.
I placed an order with them and when I received the email my order had shipped, I started tracking it. After 10 days the shipment was still showing that it was in Indianapolis at FedEx. I contacted FedEx who launched a search for this shipment. Within 3 days FedEx sent an email confirming this shipment was lost and I should follow up with the shipper.
I called Kingsize customer service and received the run around. The agent claimed there was absolutely nothing that could be done until 20 days had passed. I played their game waited the 20 days and called again. This time I was told, "you should have been sent a form where you certify that you did not receive this shipment, when we receive that back we will investigate and issue a refund. I asked the agent to track the package and see for himself that it still showed it was in Indianapolis. He put me on hold and when he came back said it looks like it's still in Indianapolis.
After much back and forth he finally said he'd issue a refund. Imagine my surprise when I received said refund and it wasn't a full refund!
I emailed them at this point was was told they don't do full refunds. WHAT you don't do a full refund for something a customer never received?
