Ordered for a shirt for a funeral. They promised to have it to me in 2 days (paid the express shipping). Nope. Called "Customer Service". Talked to an idiot with no empowerment to help me whatsoever. The ONLY authority he was given was to to call me "Sir". Do NOT order from this scam company. I wish that I had read this before I ordered from this F.U.'d company.
These people are scary. To do an even exchange because their size chart was way too large. Very rude agent, talked over me and it will cost $36 to exchange the items. Don't fall for the free shipping, they will bill your card nearly $17 dollars a month. The only way to stop it is to have your bank cancel your credit card. I am not even sure the reps even live on this planet they are so unresponsive, double talk, dishonest and impossible to reason. NEVER again. Beware! Rating worse than zero.

I ordered 4 items in November. I received 3 of them 28 days after the order and now I just got an email that the 4th item will not even be shipped until 02/03. That's 4 months and they are still charging me for it, but offered a $20 dollar discount if I spend $70 more at there store. What a flipping joke. Please don't order from them. I will only be shopping at dxl.com from now on and with all of these 1 star reviews I hope king size goes out of business.
What a nightmare. This company will post a pending transaction, but refuses to cancel an order that they haven't even processed yet. Further, they will happily charge you an express shipping fee, but have no intention of actually shipping quickly, thus ruining Christmas. I will make it my New Years hobby to tell every single person about how terrible this company is, including my sizeable Twitter and Instagram audience. Please, learn from my experience and save yourself a headache.
If I could give a zero star I would as far as I'm concerned this is defrauding. They say that you get free shipping. If you click on this button- evidently is signing up for a membership that you get charged for them. I would've been better off to pay the shipping and never think that I was getting anything for free. A lot of companies have if you spend over a certain amount your shipping is free. Not so —you sign up for some membership reward deal that cost you $17.88 a month that they just go ahead and charge every Month!! I am very very unhappy.!! If I could give them a zero rating star, I would. Beware if they say you get free shipping even if you think your orders over a certain amount, don’t click on it. It is not true.!!! I have ordered from this company three or four times now and every single order has been a nightmare. Also you need to be aware if you order some thing they will send you 3 to 4 emails per day trying to get you to order stuff from them end it took multiple phone calls to get off their mailing list. My other problem is they never email me anything about my order just all the ads.It has now been almost 2 months since I ordered some stuff and I'm told it is now on back order until January 7 so another two months waiting.
I purchased some denim cargo shorts. They caught in a chairs torsion bar seat and leg point on the chair. I got up and the pocket flap tore. I sent pics and an email, I don't think they will replace them, but it ticks me off that customer services don't respond with any answers to their customers. I won't buy from them again.
Made the mistake of ordering from king size once and now regret it for life! They mail catalogs (who even does that anymore?) approximately every 2 weeks and no matter how many times I call and tell them to remove our name address from their lists, they ignore me and the catalogs just keep coming. A complete waste of trees because like I said I'll never buy another article of anything from them. Save the environment, don't buy from the overpriced and disrespectful folks at King size.
Bought shorts for my husband, advertised as lightweight. They were NOT lightweight but rather heavy jersey. They were too big and too long. Went to send them back and they said I can NOT return them. Last time I EVER consider buying from this company. $100 down the drain. Will donate them. I sew but can't fix these to fit.
They make you pay for shipping and guarantee writhing 7-10 business days but do not consider it lost and issue a refund until 20 business days. Was not willing to help in anyway with package or delivery. Will not be using this company again.
Terrible customer service, no way to cancel an order and the representatives are so rude. I was polite and stayed calm even though they raised their voice and hung up on me. Yes they have decent clothing, but the service is trash. I definitely do not recommend them.

I ordered 3 pair cargo shorts, they took almost 8 weeks to arrive. One was the wrong size. No response from customer service. I sent them back for exchange, but they returned the same pair to me saying i sent it too late. All 3 pair had identical labels but one XL pair was about 10 inches larger than the other 2.

Called in due to error in items shipped. Partial was received. No notice on the invoice received. Bad customer services is an understatement! I called an cancelled my back ordered portion! They called me a LIAR over $5 difference! When I was looking at my original itemized listing that showed I was billed more than registered as. Misinformed. Poor. STAY AWAY!

Ordered a fleece lined jacket- got a lightweight windbreaker ever though jacket had a tag saying fleece lined. It was polyester. I called to say I would keep jacket and they could adjust price accordingly. No go. Jacket had 2 labels on clear bag as well. One slapped over the other. Customer service call and then chat line are both useless.
Placed an order for three items, one was on back order. Global pandemic hit, I lost my job and forgot about order. Had an item that didn't fit and returned it after talking to agent. Did follow up call after 3 weeks and no info from anyone to be informed that it had been to long for an exchange, not a refund, an exchange! I feel this is unacceptable and will not do business with them ever again! Tell your friends! Do not buy anything from King Size! Be warned

I ordered Chicago Bears shorts for my son in law. Rec'd a brown tank top. Cust service was worthless. Wouldn't look up my order. Just kept saying send back for refund. Told me all I had to do was use label on bag to return. Wrong. Post office Wouldn't take because it had been opened. Finally had to pay to return. I wish I had seen there ratings before I ordered. No faith that I will ever get my refund. So sad that a business can take advantage of people.

Ordered two pr king size brand jeans in nov. 2018 they sent them the beginning of feb. 2019 i did nothing with them till april as i was going to put suspender buttons on when i noticed the closure button only went through one layer of fabric with frayed fabric around button tried to return them and was refused (they changed the 90 day return policy to 60) if king size will not stand by their product i will not stand by them. They loose a long time cust. That spends thousands a year on cloths well not from king size anymore! They should get less than one star.
Ordered T-Shirts from Kingsize.com tshirts came order was great. All of a sudden i started getting monthly charges on my cc. After i noticed i called Kingsize and they said i signed up for rewards, WHICH I DID NOT. I dont even have an account, just placed one tshirt order. Gave me a phone call to call and cancel. Took 2 months of $17.88, would not refund.
If you order from them, you will have a monthly fee attached. Pretty shady.

This isn't a review, more like a thanks in advance as I was about to put in a 200 dollar order with a bunch of items I loved. Reading all the reviews changed my mind. Kingsize, apparently you're letting about 97 percent of your customers down. Absolutely disappointing... I'm not even a customer yet and by reading all these negative reviews it was enough to deter me from spending my money with you. Such a shame.
Makes me sad due to this being one of the most convenient website to shop for my dad. But they did not except my exchange for a Christmas present even though it was within the return period. Had ordered twice from them at Christmas and guess I didn't learn my lesson the first time it took at month to get a response. Makes me sad. Horrible customer service, never ordering again.

Bought nightshirt Friday 4 PM. Paid $22 for 2 day delivery. Received following Thursday. Agreed to refund expedited delivery cost; never received; refused to refund in follow-up call claiming the online order wasn't received until Monday and still claimed Thursday was "two business days". Wish I could pay my bills on their calendar basis! Results: With the help of posting at "site jabber": KingSize Direct contacted us and has refunded the difference between Express and Standard delivery. Our thanks to Sitejabber and Kingsize for correcting the issue.

I ordered out pants on Nov 15. It is now Dec 10 and when calling customer service to let them know that the shipment has been stalled in CA for more than 2 weeks, they refused to check into it and said that I must wait for 20 days. It had already been more than 20 day. I have been a customer for over 30 years and have seen a decline in quality over the past few years but always kept coming back because I could get the sizes I need. But if they take you money and don't check on the shipment, it is now time to cut ties to this poorly run company.
Offer me all colors and all sizes for $7, then tell me online and on the phone that the catalog doesn't say exactly what it says. It's heather blue, or it's twice as much. Luckily, I'm down to XL and can shop just about anywhere now.

It took forever for the items to ship. Once they were received the quality was horrendous. The pants were laughably long (even though they were the same length of any other pair of pants I've ordered). I sent it back to request a refund which took ages to process and when they did they offered a gift card to KingSIze instead of back to my credit card. I wrote to customer service and they have not responded. Avoid at all costs.

Just washed and dried my new full length bath robe, I think there was more lint in the lint trap than in the bath robe, Hope it didn't burn out my clothes drier. I bought it on sale so not returnable. I am expecting a coat to be delivered tomorrow. Don't have very high hopes. Wish I would have looked here first
They use the worst company in the world for returns it's going on three weeks and they still have not received my return this is ridiculous to the that they need to be investigated. And they product is cheap quality. I brought a pair of crocs from them they was so cheap that if you step on a rock you will have to go to the emergency room. I just want my money back I will never do business with them again
