I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.
Ordered for a shirt for a funeral. They promised to have it to me in 2 days (paid the express shipping). Nope. Called "Customer Service". Talked to an idiot with no empowerment to help me whatsoever. The ONLY authority he was given was to to call me "Sir". Do NOT order from this scam company. I wish that I had read this before I ordered from this F.U.'d company.
I ordered something in hopes to get it before or on the day of our wedding as it was a grooms gift. I order in plenty of enough time as the stated shipping date was 8-10 days. I call customer service and she had no clue where my order was, in fact, she stated she thinks it didn't even ship. Once she placed me on hold she had no info as to why the tracking info was not working. I look on the site and it is showing that it shipped 14 days after the date they said it shipped. I am so disappointed. I will never purchase from this place again.
I called and another employee had to correct it. I called to close my account having my bank assist in resolving it because we sent them approx $350.00 that was placed on another account number, Not mine. We got it and I sent 100.00 immediately then the balance when my bank got the funds. After over 25 years, and thousands of dollars of products, I closed the account. They need better employee ethics and people who care about service, quality, and ethics.

I was given bad information from a representative, telling me false information about the product. Then they told me to wait to send the pants in, so I sent it in when they had told me to. Just to be told I could no longer return it. Buyer beware this company will tell you what you want to hear just to get your money and screw you over afterwards. Customer service was also worthless.

I placed an order late in August. I had moved to a different apartment & indicated that on the ship to address. It was delivered to my old apartment. I have submitted two signed affidavits which they claim not to have received. I have indicated I want to reorder after my account is credited.
I spoke to several KingSize people & then a supervisor. First they wanted me to resubmit the affidavit for a third time. Then, since they have a picture of the box at a "door", they refused to credit my account. I asked if that picture includes the apartment number on the door. It did not. It could've been delivered anywhere. I'm canceling my account. They honestly did not have the ability to understand my issue.
We ordered 3 casual button-up shirts on December 2nd. On January 4th, I tried to return 2 that didn't fit by going through their Return process that you start by clicking a button on their website. I copied pasted my order number and zip code as instructed. The return process said it couldn't find my order. I tried again, making sure I copied the order number correctly, first pasting it into notepad and comparing. I tried a 2nd time to return the items. The website said again, it couldn't find my order. I gave up and put it aside. Eventually, I saw the brand-new never worn shirts sitting on a cabinet and decided to try calling the company. The response? Sorry, it's past 60 days and you can't return your order. No exceptions, no credit, no nothing. They told the poster of "2-No Hassle Dress Shirts" who had the same issue over a year ago that they would take steps to insure this never happened again. HA! I bet they had a good laugh and never looked at it again.

I bought all my clothes from king size years ago thousand on clothes I spent now all they stuff is so cheap all there jersey pants for instance they shrunk poctect size 4 inches and now when u sit down everything falls out of pockets u can find better quality clothes at stores save ur money king size is one of biggest ripoff companies out there for sure

Placed an order on line during the denim sale, buy one full price and get the second for 75%off. Sounds like a good deal. I place the order and about a week later I get notified that my order shipped. When it arrives there is only one pair in the package the packing list indicates the full price pair shipped but the 75%pair was on back order. Weeks later I get a email that the order was cancelled as that color was no longer available. So I place another order, same deal but different color. Low and behold the same scenario plays out. I won't be coming back.

They dont stock enough items and always has items on back order. After i receive my items from them I will never ever purchase from this company again. My wife ordered clothing for me the week of December and here it is the second week of January and i have till yet to get my items. Also I tried to change the credit card that we purchased with due to their being fraud on my wife's card and i couldnt even change that. I asked what would happen to the order I waited so long for they said oh it will be reshelfed. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

This is not my first try they do returns but they make a killing in this process 10.99 per return. Plus taxespluss the 15 99 they charged you to ship them to you the first time all because they did not fit. So I'm done with this place

After making several purchases I have made my last purchase, out of all my purchases the only item that has held up more than 6 months is a knit scarf it's not like something you wrap around your neck is likely to fail anyway, but yea that's the only thing I bought from them that a few months later is still in good condition,, 2 belts cracked and broke in less than 4 months, a pair of shoes came unglued after a week, 2 weeks later the other shoe did the same thing., a coat I bought the zipper came unstiched on the 3rd wearing, they do carry some name brand items that are way overpriced and that's before the ridiculous shipping charges are added, basically it's all cheap imported sweat shop clothing other than the name brand items everything is overpriced there shipping charges are way overpriced, they do not stand behind there products at all, the only semi-positive thing I can say is they have a no questions asked return policy on New Items but once you wear it it's yours

I purchased my husband some jeans for christmas, he didn't like the fit so i return them for a refund to my credit card. I wrote additionally to refund to credit card. They did not. I called and finally receive a portion of my Money back.of the $305.54 total then they misused postage ok, Now they put 260.96 on a gift card. I called back then finally received a credit for 249.97 What? I called again 9.97 they are keeping Why? So if you want to lose your money and have bad customer service buy from them

Let me just say that if I'm buying a 3XL tall shirt, I expect it to fit a large man whose 6'4" 275lbs. The length was great but the width in the body and shoulders was very tight. In fact the shoulder width was 2" shorter on each side than any other 3XL Tall shirt I've ever bought. I'm incredibly disappointed and have returned everything. Even more disappointing is they're keeping $7.50 for shipping. I should've bought thru Amazon--they give 100% refund on returns. Will never buy from this company again. King size shirts should not be in the shape of an upside down pear. Literally, the shoulder area was that much skinnier than the bottom hem.
One item that I ordered 1 week before Christmas arrived. It was a men's vest. I liked this vest except for an important defect that I detected: The front zipper was for a lady's garment, not for men. I called KingSize and spoke with different persons including 3 supervisors. I was told that they would replace it. I turn down a replacement since they would send me another vest with similar defect. I did not want to order anything else. They said they would reimburse only the price of vest except for shipping and handling fees. My argument that the merchandise was defective because the zipper was sewn as a garment for lady was not accepted. They said that such defect did not exist. Result: 0% customer satisfaction and poorest service. I canceled my KingSize credit and WILL NOT buy from them again. Not tomorrow, not EVER.
Ordered 2 mock turtles - XLTall. Originally fit great. Then washed ONE time and the sleeves shrunk at least 6 inches. So now the sleeves are to the middle of my forearm. So who wants a 3/4 length sleeve turtle neck? And there is nothing that can be done about it because returned items need to be unworn and unwashed. Obviously these are defective! Or anyway VERY poor quality! Emailed many times before I even got a response. Eventually got a response from Patrick saying hed check into it. Then... nothing! It was just dropped. Nobody even says something as simple as Im sorry for your trouble or anything. Extremely poor customer service! Dont EVER, EVER order from this company!

I paid my credit card off last month, but received a bill for $2 today. Called to question it, got put through numerous computer menus. Never an option to speak to a customer service rep. Finally managed somehow to get put thru to customer service. The rep said her name was Abigail, but she had a heavy accent. Asked to speak to someone for whom English is their native language. She wasn't willing to transfer me, but finally agreed. I sat on hold again for several more minutes, then suddenly found myself back at the first menu. I won't be purchasing from them again if this is how they treat customers. I'm already being charged high interest and their prices aren't great.

Warning - casual pants are now 34 inch inches inseam. As we all know, this is NOT a tall size. 34 inch inseams can be had at nearly every clothing store, and at better quality and lower prices than Kingsize Direct. Too bad, they used to make LONG casual fleece pants but they must have decided to save 10 cents and cut back on fabric length. After being a customer since the 1980's I will no longer buy from them. 35 year customer gone!
We have ordered from this company previously but our current issue negates anything positive we might have said in the past. Returned a pair of pants in May. They tell me that the price of the pants has been returned to the KingSize credit card my husband used, but we cannot find that to verify that it has been returned. I have spent hours on hold waiting for someone to answer and when they do I get transfered to wait another 30 minutes. The phone tree is somewhat confusing and I end up going in circles and waiting for another 30 minutes. Then when I do get someone they cannot tell me where to find documentation as to the return of our money.
I will not order again.

I will say that I like the products offered through King Size Direct. They can be very expensive when compared to the Big & Tall Shop at JC Penney. My biggest issue and cause fir irritation is their shipping. It's expensive and still takes forever to get your stuff. You are much better off getting an Amazon Prime membership and getting 2-day shipping for FREE

Placed order on Nov 21 received Dec 18th with no tracking from start to finish. Overed men's shoes for my son in law and they came in a plastic bag so they were mash and misshaped. Photos attached

I placed an order on 05/10/21-simple order of mandarin collar shirts that where on sale. I'd been wanting to try this website for awhile as I am a larger man and am always looking for good deals. Well it would appear like most thing too good to be true, this was a scam. As of 06/04/21i hav not received confirmation, notice of shipping, nothing. I've checked the website and it still says processing-but they have charged my account? So I attempted to reach out not once-but four times with zero responses. I understand companies are still affected by COVID, but this is beyond that. I have disputed with my cc company and will never use this website again.
TL: DR- This company is most likely a scam pushing cheap made items.

Watch out for these guys they charge for early returns $11.00. Bought a leather coat it tore at the pocket when looking for keys. They refunded my money, but i used King Size Card and King size never notified commedity bank about return and they charged me 2 late fees. After argueing for 4 hrs yes 4 they credited the account. Yep i closed both accounts. So think twice before you make any purchase. Terrible csr.
An order I placed on Dec. 12th for my holiday vacation, which according to their website would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas, was not delivered until after Christmas when I was already in another state. I've been going back and forth with customer service for months trying to return the items, since I found replacements elsewhere, and now they tell me I'm out of luck since their 60 day return policy expired. Unbelievable! I'll not be ordering from KingSize again. Perry Ellis, Duluth Trading and Cablela's are now my go to purveyors.
If you want fantastic customer service and speedy shipping go to DXL! If you want terrible customer service and pony express shipping then Kingsize is for you! The only thing kingsize is fast at is taking your money out of your account... otherwise it's a waiting game with once again the worst customer service in the history of customer service! I literally spoke with a supervisor who tried to make me believe that the mail doesn't move on the weekends? I ordered from DXL two days after ordering from kingsize and I already received it! Kingsize obviously ships through snail mail! Never again!

Order placed 6-4-20 knew it would take a while because of virus on 6-11-20 looked on line said order ready to go. Decided to call automated service to be told 3 of 4 items back order, this is for my son for Father's Day. Ok so I call to speak with someone and I was told 1 item shipped yesterday, not what system said. Other 3 items back order. So told Omar to cancel those 3 items. And when 1 item comes I'll send back, I really dont think it shipped. Last Time they get my money. Would have been nice to be told 3 items delayed, so I could make other arrangements. We ordered a shirt I could wear on Christmas. When delivered it had "spots on the fabric". We didnt have enough time to return it or order a new shirt and have it delivered by Christmas. My wife, who is a Seamstress of Bridal wear for the last 35 years attempted to wash the shirt with hopes it would remove the spots, unfortunately it did not She called customer service about a refund, & even with the purchase date within a few days, they would not refund because it was washed` Seriously?
