I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.
Ordered for a shirt for a funeral. They promised to have it to me in 2 days (paid the express shipping). Nope. Called "Customer Service". Talked to an idiot with no empowerment to help me whatsoever. The ONLY authority he was given was to to call me "Sir". Do NOT order from this scam company. I wish that I had read this before I ordered from this F.U.'d company.
I cancelled this card and this company about 10 years ago and I went back to them and as the worst mistake I made it in the world they aren't allowed to use customer service people they don't call back they don't give you the right credits they don't they don't give you the right they are just lousy and you won't buy anything from them because they don't even they don't even give you
I ordered a black rain coat on 1 September 2020. I was sent a pair of women's trousers from 'The WomanWithin.' I called the representative, and she corrected the order and asked that I use the return label and return the trousers. I did; however, it was never tracked, as I left it in the mailroom where I work. I do not wish to go to a Post Office during a pandemic. I was subsequently charged for the order, which I never made. I find that absolutely immoral, and am researching its legality in the State of New Jersey. Surely, if I am charged for the merchandise, I can legally charge KingSize for my time that wasted. I shall write to the Better Business Bureau.
I ordered on June 30th and on July 29th still haven't received my order. But today I received my credit card statement for payment of goods I never received. Called customer service and basically told they can't do anything. I will never be ordering anything ever again. Thanks for nothing.

I I tried ordering a coat for 2 days couldn't get ahold of anybody I could understand the price in the catalog did not match what they quoted me it said free shipping and they charge me more for that so after two days I did not order from them please stay away from this company there is something very fishy here possibly a scam

I ordered 4 pairs of pants for my husband, he needed them for a new job. I have ordered many times from King Size, so I trusted them. They sent me an email stating they where on back order and would ship six days after my husbands new job started. Fine okay I can deal with that. So I wait a couple weeks then received another email pushing that date back by over a month. That I wasn't okay with, so I sent them an email, as well as used there chat feature, asking to just cancel the order. The person I was chatting with stated I was wrong and they couldn't cancel, then ended the chat before I was given a chance to reply. I then received an email saying the items had shipped, they hadn't shipped, I'm still waiting. They pretty much call you a liar, take your money and then decide they can wait as long as they want to ship items. I will be talking with my credit card company, and will never order from them again.

This is a pair of pants I bought from King Size and wore four times. Today I was on the D train and this is what happened when I took my seat. I just got off chat with a company representative and was told:
"Our merchandise is tested for stringent controls on material content, fabric, details, style, and sizing by our Quality Assurance Group. This process is constantly being reviewed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 60 days from the ship date for an exchange or refund of the purchase amount. Please understand that items received at our warehouse after the 60 days return policy will be returned to you. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience."
When I told the representative that it had been longer than 60 days, he said:
"I am sorry as once the order is past 60 days we are unable to offer any adjustments i will be happy to share your feed back on this issue"
I replied:
"Would you like a photo of my $#*! hanging out of what's left or your shoddy merchandise?"
He said:
"That will not be necessary. I have noted you file on this issue. We will forward your feedback to the proper department. Thank you for letting us know how you feel; our customers concerns are very important to our company.
Your feedback is an important means by which we can learn of service failures and take necessary steps to prevent a recurrence. We sincerely hope that you'll give us the chance to improve upon our previous performance."
Since he declined to have me send the photo, I'll just post it here as a warning to anyone who is thinking about buying pants from this company.

I don't have many options for Big Man clothing in my town Columbus Ohio so I'm forced to use king size. King size knows this and they are rude they lack information they lie they advertise clothing they do not have they get your money and then they keep your money and do not give you your products and if you climb the ladder of supervisor after supervisor through customer service to get answers when you finally get them to give you some answers I'll hang up on you every time they dont care do not order from king size if he can be helped or avoided.

I received a catalog three weeks ago my husband saw a track suit that he wanted the origunal price of the track suit was 64 dollars I told my husband wait until Cyber Monday maybe it will be on sale. I logged onto their website and was glad to see 50 percent off everything. When I pulled up the track suit that was 64 dollars original price three weeks ago I was surprised to see they had raised the price to 124 bucks claiming sale price of 64. Which was the original price in the catalog 3 wks ago. A rip off and a dishonest company..

This place just canceled my order without notice and returned my money. A week later, without permission they charged me for that same order after it was not needed. Im constantly trying to reach customer service and they just dont get back to me as if their customers arent important. Its beyond ridiculous. Ive worked retail for many yearsss and this service is just unacceptable. Apperently their customer service is horrible and they do nothing about situations according to all these reviews. As a fool I ordered from Kingsize.com a second time. Both times i did not receive my order until 2 month after it was "processed." This last time I ordered in 3 week of May and IF fed Ex is right I will get my package July 24. Tried to cancel, but was on hold for customer service 3 times for over 30 minutes. Never got to talk to anyone I have bought big and tall clothes for over 40 years, trust me you can beat the price and quality and get your order in a reasonable amount of time from a bunch of other vendors. AND BTW I tried to leave a review on their site, but you have to click on a link in a verification email, which, like your order, you never receive. RUN AWAY AND DO NOT LOOK BACK (I almost never take the time to write out a negative review. This company sucks so bad I made an exception)

3 shirts grossly oversized. I have been trying to return for over a month. DO NOT waste your time here go to DXL they will take a shirt back a year later with the receipt or they look it up on your profile. I have spent my LAST dollar with kingsized dirrect.

They are still processing the order and I have asked for it to be cancelled due to me buying it from Amazon Prime and have gotten the order already and They ignore the issue and tell me they cannot cancel. I'm 72 years old and handicapped. I ordered some Jeans from King size and paid to have them hemmed. They sent me unhemmed jeans.When I tried to exchange them for the proper hemmed pants, they were very accomodating until the return process. First, they wanted me to pay shipping for the return item. After I got them to understand the return was due to their error, they sent me return instructions for Happy Returns. No shipper in my area will honor the Happy Returns process. KI would nee3d to go about 10 - 15 miles to a Franchised UPS Store to turn them in. I explained my situation (handicapped) and asked them to send me a prepaid shipping label but was told they onjy use happy returns for shipping. If I wanted to return them any other way I would have to pay return shipping. I already paid for shipping of the wrong item and I'm not about to pay to return them. They did order a replacement pair with free shipping but charged kme again for the hemming and did not return the original tailoring fee for the pants I returned. I asked to speak to a supervisor and ended up being disconnected.
Their customer service is awful and sounds like it may be India or somewhere outside the US.
Due to this poor experience I will not shop online at Kingsize or any of their many partner companies.
I gave up today on the return bit will try again tomorrow.

I ordered some jean shorts, and right away thought I ordered one size to big. I went to cancel the order and the reply I received was "sorry, once an order is placed we cannot cancel it". Even though they were not scheduled to ship for 1-1/2 weeks from the time I placed the order. I received the order, and found out that my refund would be reduced by $-9.99 for return shipping. I also ordered 3 shirts, one of them are on backorder, they didn't tell me until I placed the order. Online status says due to be shipped June 9th. It's the 24th and still waiting. Trying to reach customer service is a nightmare! Online chat is forever waiting, 800 number is infinite hold time, I tried emailing customer service and got a reply to call the 800 number. I would highly recommend a different company, very frustrating. Oh, they also charged me at the time the order was placed, most companies don't until the product is shipped.

I I have always loved your clothes and your service. Tonight I I tried online to buy a pair of pants 2 pairs of shorts and a dress shirt. The site gave me the run-around and I finally gave up and called. Got my order placed and tried to use my King Size credit card. It wouldn't accept it because I haven't used it in 6 months. Paid with a Visa. It was transferred to the credit to reinstate my card the automated system kept giving me the runaround and then when I talk to a representative they couldn't find any record of my account. Not sure if I'll buy from king size again or not.
Ordered over two weeks ago and still nothing. No phone reps answer and you can't track your order online. They also charge excessive fees for terrible shipping times. STEER CLEAR!

First, everything takes forever to ship. My order was placed on 12/14 and it didn't ship until the 20th. Then they sent it the absolute slowest way possible and it didn't arrive at my local post office until 01/07,20 days after I ordered it. Next, it was sent to the wrong post office. FEDEX told me it could be fixed easily and sent to the correct address but the shipper would have to make the change and Kingsize customer service REFUSED to fix it saying it was no longer their responsibility once the package leaves their facilty. Wow. I got it fixed after I begged FEDEX to fix the zip code.

I received a email 7/9 saying one of my orders wouldn't be available til after 8/22. I called to cancel both my orders woman told me I couldn't cancel any of my orders. I've contacted the BBB and the Ftc to look into this company. Most of there product comes from China there cust Serv is worthless. They order there product from China and if you ask to cancel a order it'll go from back order to processing and they'll refuse to cancel the order. I ordered a T-Shirt from Kingsize Direct in Dec 20 for a Xmas present. It's Feb now and I just noticed a $16 charge in Jan and Feb on my CC. I called and they told me that when I ordered they automatically signed me up for a rewards program which charges a monthly fee and that "I" didn't read the fine print. WELL, "KINGSIZE DIRECT" YOU NEED TO MAKE THAT PRINT A LITTLE BIGGER! I would never knowingly sign up for that for a "One Time" T-Shirt Purchase. I didn't even create an account.

Bought two items from this company, poor quality so I never ordered from them again. Fast Forward to 2 years later... They have been charging me a service/membership fee monthly. When I called to complain they said I agreed to it. Almost $300 in fees. I had to fight to get them removed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I placed my order, paid for rush delivery, when received the sleeves were too long, I returned the package the next day. That was a month ago - no refund. Received a confirmation that they received my package 10 days later, email said my refund should take 5-7 business days. Three and a half weeks - NO REFUND.
Filling out a customer service form on their website errors out when you try to send. Waiting on the phone to speak with a human takes over one and a half hours.
