I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.
Ordered for a shirt for a funeral. They promised to have it to me in 2 days (paid the express shipping). Nope. Called "Customer Service". Talked to an idiot with no empowerment to help me whatsoever. The ONLY authority he was given was to to call me "Sir". Do NOT order from this scam company. I wish that I had read this before I ordered from this F.U.'d company.

Two T-shirts I ordered are now delayed. Another T-shirt I did not order has been shipped and KingSize are expecting me to pay the return fee. They also claim I cannot have the shipping cost refunded as they have already shipped the item. I am a new customer and this is my first order with this delinquent company, I cannot believe what I am experiencing.
After finally getting to speak to someone. Wad told to order a new one and return the one that was damaged. SO I DID JUST THAT. And guess what happened. That's right got confirmation that they received it BUT NEVER ISSUED A REFUND... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Got a hold of them on the 17th FINALLY got a tracking number. Whoo hoo!
Wouldn't give us a refund on nothing. Since they screwed up the order from the get go. Very unprofessional bunch of employees.

Ordered clothes from them on the 26th, items shipped on the 27th. It is now the 29th and the authorization charge, which equaled the full amount paid for the clothes, is still pending in my account. When I called customer service about it I was told my money would be tied up until Wednesday. A full week after I bought the damn clothes. What kind of company doesn't dismiss the auth charge as soon as the item is shipped?

We've been ordering FOR YEARS. Their service is slow... it's outdated to me! I purchase online, I don't care to go to the stores. Before Covid I did all my shopping online. I live in a world of Amazon. I will pay for fast shipping and I did, $30 but two days later it's still processing! But at kingsize, I know whatever I order, it will always take weeks. But now I don't care what their excuses are anymore. I can find what I'm looking for from another servicer and still get my items faster. Case in point. I ordered the exact same thing off of amazon on Sunday 10/25 my order, and then I ordered the same thing on Kingsize... GUESS WHATS COMING ON WEDNESDAY!? My amazon order. I'm done with Kingsize. Maybe once they upgrade their service but until then I'll stick with Champion and Nike. Amazon..
Don't buy anything with this crap company. What a pain it is to deal with them. Learned my lesson here and hope you do based on all the negative reviews.

Bought 2 pair of pants, checked the pockets preparing to wash, looking for inspector slips. DIDN'T expect to find a still moist, not yet moldy, squashed cherry tomato in one pocket and a USED flossing pick in the other! At least the former owner of my pants ate healthy & practiced good dental hygiene!
After waiting 20 minutes on "chat", for them to "find" a "customer srvc" agent, they offered to waive the return fee! Wow! How accomodating of them! No "ability" to credit back any of my order for my inconvenience. Luckily i found out what an awful company they are to deal with for only $40.
I haven't even addressed the quality, but they look cheap.
AND if you buy from them they will bloat your email inbox like you wouldn't believe.
All in all, a VERY disappointing experience.

Having the worst experience I have ever had with a company; their support is pointless! First I purchase an ecard and never received the email with the ecard. I attempt their chat support and then I am advised its going to take up to 72 hours for them to email me an ecard; REALLY?!? Of course this was not disclosed to me at time of purchase. Next business day I check the "status" on my account and then I find out I have to call the Customer Protection Team; waited 15 minutes on hold before I find out they were trying to protect me (excuse me your not my credit card company last time I checked) and I would receive the email within 24 hours. Needless to say this is the LAST time I spend $50 with this company if anything they owe me $50 more for my time and aggravation. Now my birthday present to my uncle is belated!

BUT "KINGSIZE" was the charge on my debit account! A month ago when I made an order for shoes, they did not email me about product and charges as do all reputable companies. When I went to check on my order on their website, I typed in my order # and it said "no record.." I was busy with Christmas and moved on. My shoes finally got here so I forgot them. Yesterday I saw a charge from them so I contacted them and got the treatment one gets from dishonest people, stonewalling, blaming the other company etc They MAY be honest but they are unwilling to take the charge off ($16.31).off my account so I have no alternative but to believe they are dishonest because this has been my experience today. They sold me a fake pair of timberlands for 15$ more than a real pair from the official website, then when I tried putting a negative review on their site they removed it. All other reviews are perfect 5s from grandparents that wanted to give someone a gift. Anyone experienced with the internet knows that's a clear sign of a scam. I should've paid more attention before buying. Timberland themselves even said that they're not an authorized seller. Bought a shirt thru facebook add they touted fast shipping order confirmed on November 17. Contacted them via an email said order shipped. Status shows label created on 11/21 no further updates
It has been nearly a month since ive ordered my clothes... ive tried all week, and failed, to reach customer service as two of the items are out of stock and not expecred until July (which at this point means theyll probably beat the rest of the order here).
The message on the phone says its due tonthe great response to their spring line... i hope its because everyone ordered scarves and parkas because if not they wont get them on time.

Paying the extra money at other establishments for larger men's clothing is worth it. Like they always say, you get what you pay for. Stay away, you'll be very disappointed.
I want to start by saying this is my first time ordering from "KINGSIZE DIRECT" I placed an order at the beginning of the month. It took 10 days to where it actually had a "shipped" status on their website. It's now 13 days after that and the status shows "On It's Way" I'm getting tracking numbers but they are of no help. What gets me is they charged my card right away but took 10 days to actually ship. It's now 23 days from order date and I'm still waiting. Next step is I'm going to start making calls and maybe cancel order and take my business elsewhere. But as for NOW still waiting. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.

Purchased an item and it has been 5 days since they ‘shipped' it without it even being scanned I'm past my delivery date, I even called DHL and they said they don't have the package. It does not take 5 days for DHL to receive the package and scan it, Kingsize just hasn't really shipped it. They refuse to give me a refund even before they marked it as shipped. Waste of time, no help, I would never purchase from them again. They said I had to wait 20 business days after they marked it shipped for me to maybe get a refund if it doesn't get scanned. Maybe get a refund? Ridiculous. Disgusting terrible company with disgusting customer service.

I ordered two pairs of pants from them and entered my shipping address correctly and made it the same as my billing address for some reason their system changed my shipping address to an old one of my addresses that I had deleted off their site and changed on PayPal as well and shipped my pants to that place which I have no access to they refused to change the address they refused to help me in any way shape or form and I'm at $110

On May 1st 2021, I placed an order for a pair of sandals with a promised delivery date of May 17th. It took the retailer 11 days to even ship the product from their warehouse. Once the shipper received it, it sat in their local warehouse for more than 6 days prior to it moving to the next stage of shipping. I am not 25 days past the date of order and upon speaking with the customer no-service rep was told that they have up to 15 business days to deliver the product after it is shipped from their internal warehouse (which would make the 9th of June). So in essence, a 6 week period between the order and their guaranteed delivery.
It doesn't matter what they promise on their purchase page or what it says on their website on ensuring that date is met. When called, they fell back to "our orders are higher than expected and it could take up to 15 business days to be delivered once we ship it".
During the call with the Customer Service rep (which took almost an hour to get on the phone), I was basically told to go away and not bother them until this time frame had expired. I have decided to allow another dollar of mine to pass through their hands.
Run away from them, Far, far away! BTW, I am only giving one star because I cannot go lower.

To me easy care means no ironing. They do need ironing which is a pain. Otherwise the shirts are good. Nice price but I pay through the hassle of having to iron. I will not be buying them again.
