I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.
Ordered for a shirt for a funeral. They promised to have it to me in 2 days (paid the express shipping). Nope. Called "Customer Service". Talked to an idiot with no empowerment to help me whatsoever. The ONLY authority he was given was to to call me "Sir". Do NOT order from this scam company. I wish that I had read this before I ordered from this F.U.'d company.
Terrible service. Whatever you want, they probably won't have it in the size you want. Refunds are a pain. I couldn't find a record of the order I place through my account on their website. SOLID DISAPPOINTMENT!
My husband bought an item from Kingsize through Amazon and liked it, so when a catalog from them came in the mail, we bought several other items. Among the order was 3 pairs of pants, all the same style but different colors. When they arrived, 2 of the 3 were slightly smaller and had to be returned. So, starting out the construction was obviously inconsistent.
Then the real trouble started. Their return process and customer service is terrible. First, unless you want to pay a $9.99 return shipping fee, you have to take a store credit. We were fine with that since there were several items he was interested in but... the credit took over a month to process even though tracking said they had the return 3 days later. Once the "gift card" credit was finally issued (which took several calls to get), the items he wanted were no longer in stock.
With tremendous effort he found something to use the credit on and ordered it. About 10 days later Kingsize sent an email saying there was a delay in shipping the item with no updated delivery time. He placed a call to Kingsize and was told they could not provide a ship date so he asked to cancel the order. They said that wasn't possible "because the item was on the loading dock" - whatever that means. We were just getting ready to file a dispute with the credit card when the item finally arrived - about 2 weeks later.
It took 2 months from the date of the initial return and numerous calls before the new item arrived. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Kingsize.

Shipping and processing is excessively slow. Return process is a joke. Save yourself the trouble and just don't order from this company.

I am 6ft 6.5in tall and 403lbs, I don't buy clothes often because I'm not hard on them; I bought $2000 worth of clothes from KSD in 2006 for a trip to Vegas, I'm still wearing most of the t-shirts and all of the jeans. I have bought several pair of pants for work, in the past 3 years from KSD they all have tears, rips and holes. I have since learned that KSD was sold after 2006 to a CONGLOMO type corporation. What a surprise, a corp. run by accountants and the board of directors turning a once great company into a steaming pile of dung... Shame on you soulless greedy sacks of crap for ripping off people of not ordinary size with your cheaply made, super thin material, easily worn out, extremely over priced, $#*!. I had one brand new pair of pants crotch rip out getting into the car, on the first wearing. Of course their products are cheap as possible for them and extremely overpriced for us to buy...

We made a decent order for a corporate client and KingSize never shipped the order and we missed our deadline. After opening up the "CONFIRMATION" Email, the body read "we're unable to process your order, please call us". Basically, they just wanted to make sure we were not fraud. How about use a title like "ORDER ON HOLD" not "ORDER CONFIRMATION"

I ordered some items that upon placing online confirmed the correct color. I got the wrong color. In addition when I checked their website for tracking status showed no orders. I called and spoke to a cust serv rep and placed another order with expedited shipping. That one was correct. When I called cust serv back a got a farmed out rep that didn't speak good English and denied me a return label for their error and that I'd have to wait for correct items after they process the return for an exchange. Another 3 weeks before I get the correct items in addition to the 10 days expecting the correct item. I asked for manager but rep instead put me back into cust serv queue which ramped up my frustration level. Second time got me to a resolution specialist who was very short with me after she said I'll send u qr code. I have no idea what that is and she treated me like I was stupid. I do cust serv all day and if I treated a cust like that I'd be fired in a heartbeat. So they took no responsibility for their error and would not send me out the correct order at no charge until they got the incorrect ones back I asked for a discount due to inconvenience and a months wait time to get correct ones and they said no. Horrible cust serv for one and shipping errors they don't take responsibility for. 1.2 rating out of 5. Seems appropriate.

I ordered two coats from this company, both same brand same type just different color. One of them was much too big so and per their website they offered free returns and free exchange., I returned the one too big coat requesting a even exchange just a smaller size, only to be told that they could not exchange my coat that they would refund my account less the price of shipping it to me and the price of shipping it back to them and that I could just reorder the coat at normal cost. That's total DOUBLE DIPPING, they told me that this was paypal rules, well I used my credit card to pay for my order. Will be filing a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I do not see where they just could not exchange my coat even, being a big man I thought I had found a company to do a LOT OF NEW BUSINESS with in the future... NOT HARDLY NOW. Buyer Beware

I am a long time customer and it used to be the place to get affordable, not great; but not terrible clothing. That hasn't been the case for a while, but I still enjoyed the selection. They have recently just been terrible with shipping notifications... you wait 3 weeks, get no tracking info, and BOOM your item is there... annoying, but oh well. The reason I am terminating any relationship with them is that they are now offering a "rebate program" that you get signed up for without knowing... it is free for 30 days and then you get hit with 17 bucks a month... this is not an automatic rebate like a legitimate credit card... you still have to call them (a third party) and then get your rebate. My bone to pick is that I didn't ever want this "feature" anyway. And when I contacted KingSize, they shrugged and told me to go to the third party for the issue... if you have their credit card, that is also through a third party and any issues you have go through them. KingSize has positioned themselves just to take your money and mishandle your items. Everything else is a predatory cash grab and they won't help you at all. I am done with KSD.

I purchased a simple $75 e-gift card for my father, and at this point 10 days later my father has STILL not received anything via email. I was told it takes a few business days to "ship". ITS AN E-GIFT CARD! HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRESS SEND ON AN EMAIL! The customer service people are incompetent, and not professional. The manager I spoke with was nice, but couldn't explain why this was so hard to do. Won't be coming back here going forward. There are too many other options with companies who can deliver better service.

I ordered an 3XL sleeveless mens T-Shirt for $20+ and $10+ shipping. I received a 3XL WOMENs pant suit, top and bottom. NOT EVEN CLOSE to what I ordered. Return states my credit card is reimbursed ONLY for the cost of the item - DOES NOT include the $10.95 in shipping and handling I had to pay. I will NEVER purchase another item from KingSize.

I ordered some pajamas. I got an email saying it shipped. It did not ship, only the label was created. Please be careful when ordering from King size. They are not shipping items.
I hadn't ordered from KingSize in years. Placed my first order for 3 pair of pants based upon their size chart. When they finally arrived they were way too big, the chart was wrong. Made several inquiries to have them returned for the correct size. King Size kept sending me bogus return shipping info. When they finally got it right I received an email that it was too late to return them. Then I received a catalog for winter clearance items that would be delivered in May? Who needs winter clothes in May? Finally, I ordered 6 T-shirts but only one was delivered. When I asked where the other 5 were, I was told they were back-ordered, but my account would not be charged until they were shipped. I ordered these selections from what was supposed to be in stock. Apparently, King Size has a nasty habit of taking orders for product they do not have. There are other big and tall companies out there to choose from and I would strongly suggest that you shop with them BEFORE even considering King Size. As for the "too large" pants, they were donated and I was out $100. Beware, Beware, BEWARE.

AWFUL! Absolute worst store card I have ever used. I had purchased several pair of underwear for my boyfriend and signed up for the card to use the rewards. They ran large so I needed to exchange them, which required a separate purchase. When made the return, it was not received during the billing cycle. I went to pay on the day it was due and they require payment online by 5pm Eastern Time. One minute after and it's a $30 late fee.
Once they received the return, instead of crediting the account they issued a GIFT CARD, which took time to receive and by the time I got it and called, ANOTHER LATE FEE had been issued. I spent over an hour on the phone sorting all of this and it took two different days because though the late fee had been "assessed" it was not reflected on the bill so I had to call back again for that.

I had trouble ordering on the website, so I called in an order and had a good conversation with a helpful salesperson. I ordered 3 pairs of pants for my husband, and she up-sold me 2 shirts because they seemed like a good deal. The total was over $208. When I received the items, all 5 were 4X when I had asked for 3X. Nothing fit at all, so I immediately called. I was told to return everything using their return label, and that I would get an exchange for all 5 items as soon as the returned items were received. I was assured that I would not be charged separately for the exchanged items. However, I was almost immediately charged ANOTHER $208. I called several times to complain and try to talk to a manager, but they said there are no managers and no one could ever help me. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company, but this has been a horrible experience. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Do not buy from this company, but if you do then get a complete refund, not an exchange.

They say you can get a full refund, but they make it very hard for you to do so. They push for you to get a store credit or an exchange, but DO NOT ACCEPT AN EXCHANGE. We were charged twice: once for the item we returned (have not gotten a refund) and once for the exchange items.
