I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.
Ordered for a shirt for a funeral. They promised to have it to me in 2 days (paid the express shipping). Nope. Called "Customer Service". Talked to an idiot with no empowerment to help me whatsoever. The ONLY authority he was given was to to call me "Sir". Do NOT order from this scam company. I wish that I had read this before I ordered from this F.U.'d company.

Do not trust king size magazine for men because they offer if you spend $199 you get $100 off I put my code in the whole 9 yards and I thought I followed everything both but they have a third-party if you are and I was not aware that I did look and they did not do anything except for offered to take back to merchandise and I can read merchandise repurchase app and I'm like a very open the package that makes no sense so please send $212 and change and never got $100 off because I bought Hanes socks. And they're saying that that's a third-party and I was not entitled to get the hundred dollars off because it was a third-party. As far as I'm concerned you are for your customer service and as far as I'm concerned I'm not ever shopping with you again you should've at least made a phone call and said hey listen this is a part of the third party thing you're not entitled to the coupon there is no contact at law saying that I was not allowed to use the coupon. Make sure you read every little word. Otherwise you could be like me $#*!ed over and they don't care, so I will never shop at any of these companies again.
I have purchased many items from KingSize over the past years. However this time I placed an order on 4/9/21 and it has not shipped (4/25/21). After finally getting through to Customer Service and escalating the call to a Supervisor I was told that the order COULD NOT be canceled and that I could return it when it arrives but this is after I pay the shipping for the order. This is VERY poor customer service and I will no longer be ordering with KingSize.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! Shoes ordered in June. Backordered until August 26th. Wrote multiple emails. Never a response. Finally chat was available and that person cancelled my order. I got the same shoes from Amazon in 3 days and way cheaper! Then I ordered a 3XL coat in June. The packaging said 3XL on the outside. My son opened it for his birthday and inside was a 5XL coat! Again emails were sent. THEY NEVER RESPOND TO EMAILS! Waited for chat to be available again and they wanted me to return the coat, wait for a refund (which I highly doubt would come quickly) and then pay again for another coat! Heck to the NOOOOOOO! I'll keep the dang 5XL and never buy from Kingsize again :(

Placed my order from the " Black Friday " catolog. Which stated The early bird gets the deal! Take an extra 50% off every item starting now. Free shipping on prefers of $50 or more. Using the code expires 12/2/20. I placed my order 12/1/20 the first shirt I ordered after giving her the item number I ask what price did she have it wasn't the sale price in the book she stated something about a third party and it was back at regular price ok I like the shirt I'll keep it. Next 2 shirts gave item number asked her again the price and was they the same as in the book she stated yes told her ok that's it I'm done that's all for now she stated in page 7 I can let you have this shirt for 20% off pick your color. Ok I like the shirt I pick the color. She tried to get me again no I'm done. She carried in about other deals which I turned down. I did get the fast shipping at $9.00 well that's what she said $9.00. This morning never received a confirmation number checked my card. $234 she gave me nothing at the sale price in the catalog. Called customer service today still not sure if anything was resolved. But we'll see first and last time ordering from catalog
I've placed four orders with kingsize. All four were great! This is not Nieman Marcus! It's great clothes for big guys. You get more than what you pay for. Not sure why so much negativity.

King size Is A Horrible Site To Order From. I Ordered A Shirt In January Of 2021 And Haven't Recieved It. They Sent Me Out 2 Affidavits That I Never Recieved! I Spoke 2 Supervisor And He Said He Needed My Signature For A Refund. Basically They Are Liars And Thieves! They Want Me To Wait Another 10 Days For Affidavit. I Have Waited Almost 2 Months. This Is Ridiculous. They Emailed Me This Affidavit And I Have No Way To Print It. That's Why I Needed It Mailed! They Won't Get My Business Anymore That's For Sure. I have been using Kingsize direct for a few years now. And they never have been a top notch company. I ordered 6 tee shirts on 4/15/2021. Today is 6/3/2021 and I still have not received my order. They advertise these huge sales and flood my mailbox with special deals and if they are in stock, big if, I place an order if I need the product. Anytime I ask about my order I am told to be patient and because of Covid things are sluggish. That is BS, the truth is that this is a feckless company. I am a large human and can not just walk into a store and get 4xl clothing. So I started ordering from Kingsize. Big mistake. Now they are billing me for an order I never received. Way to go Kingsize. I have told customer service to cancel the entire order numerous times and have yet to get an answer that makes sense. I have found that if they ship you something by mistake it's easier to donate it or give it away. So unless they somehow redeem themselves, I am done with Kingsize. I am better off paying the premium of a brick and mortar store where I can get my clothing right then and there and develop a relationship with the staff there and get something that Kingsize has no notion about, it's called SERVICE.

First time I purchased a Item it was a belt that took 2 months to get to me, And then this last time I purchased a hoodie for 53 dollars in OCTOBER After I did they said it was out of stock, then it was backordered, then now in December it just happened to get cancelled without me knowing. It was cancelled in November! I have had multiple 1.99 chargers to my bank account and the newest one for 14.95 and I have no idea why. They never returned any of that money or the money that was given back to me for the hoodie I don't have that either. And there is NO WAY to cancel your account I have looked everywhere on the website. Please dont use there website!

I placed an order for a few shirts on marcy 15 got a notice a week later that the order was delayed and would even ship until the 26 of April. Called customer service spent an hour on hold before someone picked up. I explained to the lady on the phone that since it wouldn't ship until the end of April I would like to cancel the order. I was promptly told that the order is in processing and it was impossible to cancel. After about 5 minutes of back and forth with me getting upset and her giving no other explanation to why she couldn't cancel an order that won't ship for another month. I then told her I would just put a stop payment on the card then this how bag tells me they will turn me into collections. So at this point I'm pissed and I asked to talk to a manager. The manager gets on the phone I tell her I'm not understanding this bull $#*! that they can't cancel my order. She immediately tells me to watch my language. To which I said this companies customer service is a crock of $#*!. So she hung up on me furthering my anger. The very next day I get a email from them that half my order has shipped. Imagine the joy I felt. So they will forever be known to me as a big bunch of $#*!s.

This is a sad story heard too many times. Kingsize and their parent company Fullbeauty brands are purchased by Private Equity firms that buy and sell the company multiple times running the company into the ground. Apax Partners likely the final owner of King Size and its parent FullBeauty can barley fill an order. It takes them weeks to ship sometimes month all why trying to blame it on anything they can. It's Moody's score on a downward trajectory for years is now in the basement

I have never dealt with a company that is so slow to do anything. I'm pretty sure I could learn to weave fabric and make my own clothing before I received anything I have ordered from these people. And don't let them give you any nonsense about things taking longer to ship because of COVID because I have recently ordered items from the UK that were shipped, made it through customs, and delivered to me in less than a week. I'm STILL waiting on a jacket after almost 3 weeks and where it ships from is LITERALLY a 3 hour drive from me. Furthermore, and to confirm another review, the quality of what you receive does NOT match the ridiculous price tag. Also, I ordered the same shirt in 3 different colors and all the shirts were different sizes (even though all of them were labeled as the same size). There is an obvious lack of quality control when you can order a particular size multiple times and receive different sized items. Don't settle for this company just because you're a bigger guy. You will regret it.
Buyer beware! Even if items are not sized properly, they will charge you a $9.99 fee to return 1 item. It took 1 hour on the phone with 3 representatives to recieve no resolution. I am 6'7" and the shirt I ordered came to my knees. Not wanting a dress, I asked for an exception on the return fee due to the sizing issues. Customer Service told me they dislike their policies, don't agree with them and there is nothing they can do about them. They stated they are told to empathize with the customer, keep appologizing but offer no assistance outside of the written return policy which does not take into account why you are returning an item. It would be different if I changed my mind but in this case, the item was unwearable. I chose to pay the $9.99 fee and not do business with them any longer. I also had 2 pairs of shorts on order that were in stock when I ordered them and it has now been 22 days and they have not shipped. I cancelled that order as well and it will be my last order from them.
