I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.
Ordered for a shirt for a funeral. They promised to have it to me in 2 days (paid the express shipping). Nope. Called "Customer Service". Talked to an idiot with no empowerment to help me whatsoever. The ONLY authority he was given was to to call me "Sir". Do NOT order from this scam company. I wish that I had read this before I ordered from this F.U.'d company.
I've been a customer since 2017 and have never had an issue with the quality of items I've purchased. Don't like their high shipping prices and for that price I would expect faster delivery. Made a purchase beginning of the year that came in with no "social distancing" shipping problems. Made another purchase of the same items(10 pieces) on April 18,2021. A few days later notified of a short shipping delay. In the meantime same items went on a better sale so put 10 more in the cart( an approximate 50 dollars in savings. May 8 2021 checked my account online to find order was still in process. Called customer service to cancel order and was told it was too late to cancel, order will ship in a couple days. Checked and called again on May 11 2021 after no change in status. Called CS again still can't cancel and will ship in next 48 hours. No change and not shipped on May 15. Called again on May 15 and my order was still there and online shows it waiting to be filled. Still can't cancel so I asked if they can readjust the order to the sale price since it has been filled yet. Can't do that either, WTH. I will return this order and see what kind of hassle I get from them, I will probably be stuck with return shipping but I'll be done with them. Haven't had an issue Duluth so I'll use them.

I received a package last Friday with my name on it but someone else's items from Catherine's packed inside. I contacted the company twice by email with no answer and finally today called customer service and their solution was to send me out two new items (replacement colors since my original order is now out of stock) and they charged my credit card again after I told them NOT TO because I didn't receive my original items. When I questioned it I was told I wouldn't get my original charge credited until I return the other person's stuff, which I can already see it now: the slip has the other person listed and she'll get a credit and I'll be told they never got my original items back they're who-knows-where.
The creepy part is my name was on this lady's return label and she herself received someone else items too and she called my cell phone asking about me having her order. Like I'm expected to ship them to her myself.
I will NEVER use this company again.
Update: I called back again and was told I don't ship back my original order (the one I DIDN'T receive), I will still be responsible for both charges. It just gets worse!

The only reason I gave them 1star is because I couldn't give any less. I have shopped online and on the phone with this company for years. I have canceled my card one time about five years back because of the same problem that I'm having now. I placed an order on the catalog it says if your order is over $99 use this code. So I place the order put in the code and then I find out all the code was not excepted so you can't get it. This is the reason that I canceled the last time because they put our promotions to get you to buy over a certain amount and you'll get some kind of promotion merchandise. But each time this is happened they told me that the merchandise can't be attached to my order. Like other reviews I have Red. I see there are a lot of guys just like me who is sick and tired of this company. If you are a first time customer I would not start purchasing anything from this company because all they do is BS you to death. But then they want you to buy their product. So now I have just canceled my card for the second time. And I will find another place to shop. King size he lost another customer and I guess you just don't care good way to keep yourself in business.

I now see why they have so many 1 star reviews. On a $200 order they charged me $25 shipping and it will take 7-10 days. Who does that? Ok, I decided to try their products anyway. Now 2 weeks later they send me a postcard on a Fri that says you need to call us, but don't call customer service because they cant help you. They of course are only available Mon-Fri until 2PM pacific time. At first I thought it was a scam... It is a scam! The company is a scam! They sent me a postcard to verify my order. WHAT? I call the number and I ask why are you waiting 2 weeks to confirm my order. She claims they called my phone, but when I say did you leave a message she says no, you do not have vmail. Really?!?! I get vmails everyday. Maybe they don't know how to leave a message... Hmmm... I ask if my order has shipped. No it has not with a very snotty attitude. I told her the only way I am keeping this order is if I get free shipping. Again, a snotty reply of she can't do that. Obviously they do not want my business. CANCEL! Spent over 300.00 for school clothes for my son on the kingsize site. 3 items they said were delayed, then backordered and finally cancelled. No one communicated that with me, I didn't ask for them to be cancelled and I was not told they were having issues with these clothes when I bought them. Had I known, they wouldn't be able to get them in or even were having trouble getting them in, I wouldn't have ordered them. I spent a lot of money towards this company and I would expect better customer service. I had to call them twice to find out what was going on with my order. The first lady I spoke with had a attitude as soon as I asked if they were doing anything about the delays. The 2nd time I called was when I noticed the order said cancelled and was worried the gal before had cancelled the order when I spoke with her. This time I got "malia" in "Indiana". I asked why they didn't notify me that they had cancelled the order. "Malia" kept going in circles and wouldn't answer the question. I asked for their supervisor and they said "why". I said because you are not answering my question so I would like to speak with your supervisor. Malia again. Asked "why". I went around the track with them for a bit on this. I could hear people in the background. And I asked if they could transfer me to someone in the back. They said I could hang up and call back. Ugh! Horrible service!

I ordered on March 29th. Its April 9th. My order status is still "not shipped". On hold 45 mins for customer service. No response on the chat option. Is my order ever coming? There is a message that an outbreak is slowing down orders, but this is not the start of the pandemic. Companies have their processes updated by now.
Just got off the phone with an agent and I was told that they are backed up and the the 7-12 business day I was promised is not real and it could arrive in a month or longer because processing. I was told that I understood it correctly. Since my product has not been shipped, I asked to cancel my order. I was then told my order could not be refunded because it was in processing even though it wasn't shipped. I would have to return it after it was delivered. I asked when it would be delivered and the agent said she could not tell me when it would arrive.
THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! They lie about their service. I'm calling my credit card company to get my money back because King Size failed to deliver the product in the time promised.

Been shopping with king size for probably 15 years. I had not purchased anything for a rew years because of the quality of clothing that I continued to receive. You buy 2 of the same items and one would be 4" shorter than the other. It's a hassle to return. I decided to give them another try. I got my order quickly with the exception of one hoodie which was on back order. I just checked said it was canceled, I called they said could continue back order, that's fine or do you have another color in stock, keep in mind they said it was in stock when I did the original order. They said they do have another color, ok ship that, ok will be $42. I said supposed to be $17. Let me get that price for you... on hold... can't get that price until it ships will have to refund once shipped, price will be $22 plus $10 shipping... I already paid shipping... no it was back ordered you paid shipping for your original order. Poor customer service... I said just cancel. Don't know if I'll buy from them again.

It says if ordered by 4pm eastern time zone it will go out the same day. Thats the 1st lie! I ordered Tuesday night which means it should have went out Wednesday; but the order went out Thurday. I then paid for express shipping and although it gives the disclaimer of blah blah blah COVID they STILL ADVERTISE 3/4 days delivery; which is not true which is the 2nd lie! I have an email stating that express shipping was guarenteed 10/21; guess what no delivery. Call customer service they say express shippping is running 4/7 business days due to COVID. This was a gift for someones birthday who is a truck driver they wont get the gift until they come back off the road for another 15days! Guess better late than never!

Here we are, USPS still waiting for item from Kingsize shipping partner. They are one in the same it seems. Ordered Dec 4.
They take order, print shipping label so order shows "shipped", then nothing. They do this on their own website, and they sell on AMAZON. SCAM company. I tried to cancel before item shipped since a week went by; and they said you cannot cancel an item in processing; even though nothing has shipped yet. Next day it shipped; but all that really happened was a shipping label was printed. USPS still does not have the item.
I ordered 3 items on May 24th 2020, 2 pair of shorts and i shirt. All were marked as "in stock". As of today, june 6th i have not received anything. The shirt was listed as "out of stock" when i checked last week so i canceled it. They told me the 2 pair of shorts were shipped Fed EX on May 30th. They cannot give me a tracking #. I ordered some things from Dillards on June 1st and they arrived today via Fed EX so i know it is not Fed EX s fault. Spent 20 minutes on hold yesterday with customer service and have been on hold for 15 minutes now today with no answer. I also have not received my credit for the shirt yet. This is a BS company, DON'T EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE A RIP OFF COMPANY!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Be warned! If you order from them and they make a mistake you will pay for the shipping to have the replacement items sent. The way this company works is that if you need to return an item you return it and you get a credit online to repurchase the items you want or you get a complete refund. Either way your left with having to reorder the item and then pay shipping once again. They also have a nice little scam going on their rewards program where you can get free shipping. The shipping is not free immediately. You have to submit a copy of the receipt and fill out a form to get a refund. If you screw up like i did and submit the wrong total( i did total not subtotal or some nonsense) then they will not let you know of the mistake and you just recieve nothing however the rewards program is a monthly fee of 16 dollars a month. Such a damn scam. I didnt even find out why i didnt get the shipping refund until i called to cancel the order. I will never order from these pieces of crap again. BE WARNED! ALso i give one star because the rating system doesnt go any lower

This has been one of the worst return experiences I have had. First, if I want a refund to my original form of payment, the company tell me it will charge a fee. So, I selected a refund to a gift card because I intended to place an order for the correct size anyway. Then I use the company's Happy Return process so that the return is processed immediately and so that the gift card will be issued quickly. I plan to use the gift card to order the replacement. Kingsize doesn't process the refund until two days after I return it and they know that the product has been returned. At that point, they send me an email telling me that a refund will be issued TO MY ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. So, I place another order for the correct size. I place the order before 9 am on Wednesday right after I receive the email telling me I'm getting a refund. I pay for expedited shipping with an expected delivery date of Friday because I need the product on Saturday.
Then, on Thursday, I receive an email telling me that they've issued me a gift card. But to make matters worse, they didn't ship the Wednesday order until Thursday and shipped it two-day air, so it won't arrive until Monday, AFTER I NEEDED IT, making the $30 I paid for expedited shipping completed wasted. So, now, I've paid twice for the product and won't even have it when I need it because they can't communicate.
There is a good reason their overall rating is only 1.5 out of five. They DO NOT take care of their customers. I received my order of two packs of underwear, 3 pairs in each pack, the color of one pair from each pack was not as shown on the website. Consequently, I returned and asking for a replacement. My return was delivered to Kingsize but no replacement, so I send an email thru the CONTACT US on their website, still no replies, no replacements. I called to inquire on my replacement and was told nothing they can do for these reasons: (1) It has been over 60-days, in reality, my return was within the time allowed, King Size didn't respond in a timely fashion was what held up the whole thing. (2) King Size does not have a department to follow-up when issues arise. (3) King Size does not have anyone to check up and follow thru emails. (4) I request an account credit for a future purchase, they sternly refused. The 3rd customer service rep. Needs more training, she keeps interrupting when I was speaking.
THE BOTTOM LINE IS: KING SIZE WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF A 10-YEAR CUSTOMER FOR A MATTER OF $20. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU?

On 10/23/2020 I ordered two flannels@ buy one, get one free. I also ordered a Champion hoodie and sweat pants@ buy one get second half off. The flannels came right away. Was emailed the hoodie and sweats are on back order. No problem... plenty of time till Christmas. Got an email in early December saying the sweats were on the way, still back order on hoodie. Then received an email stating the hoodie was back ordered until March, then a couple days later was emailed it was no longer available.
Then I got my statement and they charged me almost full price for the sweats. I called to complain and tell them it wasn't right, I ordered in good faith and they were the ones who didn't deliver. She put me on hold again for a total of thirty minutes and came on to say she talked to her supervisor and there was nothing they could do. Well maybe DO NOT ADVERTISE WHAT YOU CAN NOT DELIVER. I feel totally ripped of and will never shop there again. DXS is a whole lot nicer. Google them you will be pleased.
