I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.
Ordered for a shirt for a funeral. They promised to have it to me in 2 days (paid the express shipping). Nope. Called "Customer Service". Talked to an idiot with no empowerment to help me whatsoever. The ONLY authority he was given was to to call me "Sir". Do NOT order from this scam company. I wish that I had read this before I ordered from this F.U.'d company.
I ordered shirts and shorts on 6/18. Everytime I "track my order" it has give me arrival dates of 6/26,6/29,7/2,7/8, and now 7/9. When i put my tracking order in USPS it states that they do not have the items to ship. I've paid almost $400 for my stuff! Why the hell is it going to take almost a month! I ordered clothing through Amazon from Kingsize and got the items within a week.
I tried to order some New Balance shoes online. It was supposed to ship a week later. I never received the order. Called them and they told me it would ship by a certain date. Guess what? It never arrived. Called again and they finally figured out it was back ordered. I waited a couple of weeks and never received any other feedback from them regarding the status of my order. This company is terrible. I'd give zero stats if I could, as I went through all this hassle and didn't ever receive my damn shoes! Needless to say, I'm done with KD. Worthless!
I was charged for my order but never received my package. Customer service was aggressive and kept talking over me. Told me it was delivered, but I never received any confirmation or any shipping updates. I have attached an image of my order as proof. The image says one of the items is on backorder until March! How am I suppose to believe that this was delivered at all! King size representatives lie to your face. Again, no help. I was able to talk to a manager who was incredibly rude and kept cutting me off without listening. I don't know who these clowns are or why they are straight up stealing my money. They said the best they can do is physically mail me an affidavit which I can fill out and then mail back. Even then it's up to their discretion of whether they will refund me or not. What a bunch of dirty thieves! They refused to email me the affidavit. What a bunch on sewer dwelling scumbags. I've never had this problem with King Size before. Out $96.94.

I am very unhappy with a recent experience I had with your company. While I understand the return policy, the items I purchased were a gift so I did not open them until it was time to be wrapped. (totally my fault). However, the pants were to be hemmed to a 37 inch length. They were hemmed to a 27" length. I returned them too late for the 60 day mark and they were mailed back to me. When calling CS, no one would help. Obviously we can't use these. It isn't even about the money at this point but about good customer service. A 10.00 credit to my account would have appeased me. Instead I was written off rather poorly by both a CS associate and a manager. Even though they stated that yes, this was a fault of the company. I will be looking for a new company to purchase our clothes from for my tall men after many many years of purchasing through KIng Size.

1- The sign up coupon did not work. I emailed them and there is no reply. It looks like these coupons are fake. 2- I called up their customer service. After a one hour wait, a lady answered and I was told the order will ship EIGHT business days later! I explained the situation and the lady said she was unable to do anything. She recommended I buy another pair and pay $29 for faster service (but she could not guarantee any delivery date). 3- I asked her to kindly cancel as we cannot wait EIGHT business days for the shoe to ship. She said she is unable to cancel! If it has not shipped and it will not be shipped for at least another week and half, just cancel the order.
This is extremely bad performance and bad customer service and bad management policy.

I have ordered from King Size Direct for many years with satisfaction. However, my son died suddenly December 8,2018. I had ordered his Christmas gifts on Black Friday and never even opened the package. Had it hidden until Christmas. When I tried to return the items, I was past the 60 day return policy date and would make no exceptions. I explained I had lost my only son, had to go through the holidays, had to clean out his apartment, and was just now able to deal with the return. They didn't care. They didn't even say they were sorry for my loss. I have spent a bunch of money with these people over the years and expected better treatment. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them!
I spent over an hour looking through their catalog for Christmas presents. With inflation the way it is, I am on a tight budget and need to be very careful with what I spend on presents this year. The catalog states 50% off every item in this catalog plus free shipping on orders of $25 or more using a code. I placed the order and received an email with 30% off one item. When I went to check out, I did not receive the 50% of the levis. I later found out they are shipped by third party and do not qualify for the 50% off. Additionally, you can not use the 30% off one item coupon and the free shipping coupon even if your order exceeds $25 with the discount. Times are tough right now make sure you read the fine print on the back cover of the catalog in the lower right hand corner before you spend time researching your items only later to find out you are not getting the discounts you thought you were.

I ordered a few shirts from the KingSize website and it took almost a month before I received my items. I call the customer service number (which is a joke) and I never could get anyone. They sent me an email saying if I sent a screenshot of my order number and my address they would refund my shipping cost. Still waiting to hear from them. I'm not holding my breath just know this will be the last time I order from them. I don't recommend using this site to anyone!

We order items over Christmas for my brother who has been in the hospital for several months. By the time he was able to try them on and we got the items back to king size we had exceeded the return policy by 9 days and they refused to assist in any way. I'm very disappointed in this type of behavior by a company we have done business with for many years.
BEWARE they do not honor their sale prices. Ordered from a 50 percent off catalog. Company took the order even credit card info. It reflected the 50 percent off, then never received confirmation or clothing. When I tried to call received a hateful person on the other end after a very very long wait. Try another company

Bought a few items for Christmas for my guy, I was disappointed in the quality but he was happy so I let it alone. I paid my bill on time and finally paid it off. Then I kept getting calls telling me I was past due. Did I want to make a payment. Try as I might through 4 representatives from "credit" no one would send me an updated statement so I could see where the problem was. They would yell at me... do you want to make a payment? I looked through all of my bank records and every payment had cleared. So finally on the last call I threatened legal action and all of a sudden... we will send your statement right out. First... I should not have to be the subject of intimidation, second I am entitled to a statement of the account, second I think this is type of scam so beware. And last but not least check your credit report. Mine has a past due report that now I will spend months getting removed.

They don't respond to email questions, you will wait up to an hour on the phone to talk to customer service. I cancelled my order but it still says "processing" in my account and they will not send me a confirmation email for the cancellation so I am worried at anytime they could fill my order and charge my account. Last time I called they said they don't send email confirmations. Girl was rude and hung up on me. What kind of business is this? Why can't they just confirm my cancellation? They have no problem flooding me with promotional emails. I will have to call my bank and block them from my account. So unprofessional! I can't imagine what it would be like trying to return an item if I needed a different size. Avoid the stress and stay away from this company!

I ordered an item that I needed for a specific date with plenty of time to arrive. Turns out the item was on back order and i was never notified, sent an email through their website and no response! The item had not even shipped yet. I called four days later and spoke with Resolution Specialist Omar (ID#*******) and he said he would issue a refund as long as I returned the item immediately (otherwise he would charge me again). Four days later, no refund. Called again and was told the order was in transit. No refund had been issued. Steve ID#******* could not offer any reason why i was given wrong information. Could not offer any type of reason why my email was not responded too, even tho they confirmed they received it. Waiting three more weeks to receive something I no longer need and then wait to send back for a refund. That's horrible.

Had an issue with not receiving credit for returned merchandise. Was very persistent and respectful as I worked my way up the Customer Service/Return chain. Ultimately, a Level 3 Resolution Supervisor stepped up and solved the problem.
First time ordering, will never order from them again. I ordered two things in the beginning of December for Christmas. One item was cancelled while the other back ordered. It said it would ship by beginning of January. Got an email mid January asking to call or my order would be cancelled? Hoping to see if it actually ships.
I am completely disgusted with this company! I purchased items for my husband on March 30th and to date nearly a month later I still have not received my package. How long does it really take for something to ship from Indiana to Texas? I had to call and select make a purchase just so I didn't have to waste another hour on hold. Save yourself some money and don't buy from this company! This is really bad. They literally won't refund me. I called, was transferred to 5 different departments and still nothing. That was after an unbelievable amount of emails where the customer service team answering me was so horribly incoherent to what I was asking that the one refund that they did give me was for half of what I paid. I was also enrolled into their rewards program, which may have been my fault but was not intentional. Once I saw the charge on my account I called and asked to cancel and asked to be refunded that day. They said "no problem" and still haven't refunded me. It's really bad here. I've reported my issue to the Federal Trade Commission and I hope that something gets done about all of this.
I've bought quite a few things from here for my husband and thought gifts for my dad would be great. Well the shipping company this place uses is awful. My order has been sitting in Sparks Nevada for 4 days now. It won't be here in time for our Christmas. Last time you'll get our money.
Just come to find out that for over a year I was being charged for a rewards program that I never signed up for.
Having a hard time getting my money back plus the high interest rates charged by the credit card company.

A week after reporting the products were delivered, they could not be bothered to look in to why we had not received it for several more days. FedEx was the carrier and Kingsize Direct said "these things happen", no big deal. It is a big deal to us, their customer.
I have had issues with King Size for quite a while. They have constantly mailed my orders to the wrong address, twice addresses that I never resided at. Their customer service is pathetic, not listening and only repeating information I already told them I had. I will never shop with them ever again.

I've yet to receive a refund to my credit account with king size for a return that they received over two months ago. I cannot get answers to my emails and my phone calls are less than desirable. I had to make a payment on items they have in their possession to avoid dropping my credit score. My refund still has not been reflected on my account and my second bill is now due. I will NOT be buying anything else from this company. I will NOT refer friends and family to this company. They are a scam when it comes to refunds. If it doesn't fit I suggest you sell it online to get your money back because they keep the returned items and still expect you to pay for them.

I placed an order, and tried to enter a coupon code in the space provided. Message said, "Can be placed at checkout". It didn't appear. I called and wrote immediately. Order in process--nothing can be done (via Jose and Melissa). I will send it all back. $16 X 2 shipping is a hard lesson, but less the $300.
I have never seen such an inadequate policy on making changes to recently placed orders. I placed my order about 14 hours ago and just realized I order the wrong color for an item. I am unable to change my order. I was told there is a 25-minute window to change or cancel orders. That is utter nonsense.
