I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.
Ordered for a shirt for a funeral. They promised to have it to me in 2 days (paid the express shipping). Nope. Called "Customer Service". Talked to an idiot with no empowerment to help me whatsoever. The ONLY authority he was given was to to call me "Sir". Do NOT order from this scam company. I wish that I had read this before I ordered from this F.U.'d company.
I have never seen such an inadequate policy on making changes to recently placed orders. I placed my order about 14 hours ago and just realized I order the wrong color for an item. I am unable to change my order. I was told there is a 25-minute window to change or cancel orders. That is utter nonsense.
I made an order and the order shipped about a week later. But then for some reason it was shipped BACK to their warehouse before it made it all the way to me. Now my expected delivery date has vanished and I can't get ahold of anyone there to cancel my order or even to see what's going on. Ridiculous. Do not order from them!

This company misrepresented themselves by telling me my order will be delivered by FedEx by Christmas. It never arrived. When I called KingSize on 1/22/17 they told me the order had not yet been shipped. Why tell the client something is going to ship and arrive by Christmas if its still on back order. Very disappointed with this company will never order from them again.
I have shopped from them for years with only an occasional minor problem. But my wife decided to purchase a pair of pants for me for my birthday in August and paid to have them hemmed to the correct length. When they arrived, they had not been hemmed. She contacted customer support and was told to ship them back at her expense and they would be hemmed and returned. A few weeks later she discovered that the original price had been refunded to her credit card. The FAQ says this is normal and that the charge would be reapplied when they ship. It has now been over two months and the pants have not been shipped. She is out the shipping cost both ways and the hemming fee.
This company has the worst shipping ever. I believe it ships by Pony Express. I mean old school. 1800's shipping by horse back. It can take a month or more on regular shipping. Take pride in your company King Size. OMG. Clothing is great, but horrible shipping customer service.

Like I say I have used fast shipping and I believe it was 2 or 3 day I paid for I got my clothes a week later. Maybe it is personal in warehouse I don't know. I purchased on May 21 2021 still hasn't shipped I don't think the order has been picked. Unacceptable here it is the 5th of June

My most recent order showed the correct order on the invoice and the outer packaging, but each item in the package was the wrong size. I called Customer Service to let them know and inform them that I was exchanging, but was concerned the same thing would happen again - the order would be fulfilled based on incorrect packaging. Customer Service told me I would have to wait to see if it happened again before they would report it. Are you kidding me? There is no way someone could QC my reorder before it goes out? I could be totally inconvenienced again before it's reported? That's ridiculous.
To make matters worse, I tried to 'chat' through the website and was disconnected 3 times while waiting for an operator to respond. I think I'll find a new resource for my husband's big/tall clothing needs.
I ordered items prior to Christmas because I was concerned with supply and shipping times. I called Customer service to exchange item and representative told me it was after return date, but she would exchange them. I received new items, but they send old back 2 weeks later saying maximum date had expired to return after I was told they would be exchanged. This is bad business at any time but especially during this time. I'm stuck with items that can't be used and billed again. I respect and adhere to rules but don't say one thing and do another. I use this company religiously but will not use them again. Shabby Business!

I purchased 4 items from kingsize, invoice#*******-0132/5.one of the items were no longer available according to the invoice. They said i would get a refund of 47.99, since i had paid for the order in advance. Still to this day 4/6/2021 i have not received my refund. I have tried to call customer service several times-you are holding on the phone from 30 minutes to an hour before a live person gets on the line and then everyone i talk to knows nothing about where my refund check is. This very unprofessional and irresponsible for a company to treat a customer this way. I guess my next move is getting the better business bureau involved. I am very dissatisfied with this company.
I have purchased several times from this company and it was okay. Slow to get the product approx. 7 days. However if you have a return, it took 5 weeks to get the refund even though I called them every week. Terrible company to do business with if you have a return. They give you a tracking number that never changes its status. Again, 5 weeks for credit on a return. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Bought a few things for my father in law and had them sent super fast paid $30.00 shipping AND handling so to be delivered on time. After he received his order they did not fit, he sent them back the next day. Here is where the rub comes in... they charged me again for handling and only refunded a portion of the the money for the merchandise (excluding the shipping) I did not expect to get back that back. Now I am out $40 and have to send on another gift on top of it. I will not be shopping here any longer and I have bought for years from them for my big and tall guy. I would rather pay more and have better customer service then what this company offers. Treat your customers better or you will be out of business!
They hit my credit card for monthly charges. When you hit free shipping you are signing up for several monthly charges... scam very hard to get in touch with customer service i spent over 1 hour on the phone. Had to cancel my credit card to resolve the issue. They are a scam company... hope this helps someone to not spend hours on the phone over bogus monthly charges that are dishonestly put on your card. Read other reviews and many have had the same scam run on them.

King Size charged me for an exchange of the exact same item. They charged for shipping when they said they would not. They also delivered 2 months late on two separate orders with no acknowledgment of late shipment. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I will not buy from King Size or any of their subsidiaries again.

They can charge you a higher price for the same item if you exchange. If you enter a coupon code they will not honor free shipping.

After placing an order for a pair of Desert Boots, I saw that there was a zipper, I did not notice.
I filled out the contact sheet that the company used with in minutes of placing the order.
Unfortunately, using the contact sheet does not allow you to have any receipt.
I did this twice again with in 48 hours, over the weekend.
I received an email from them Tuesday, stating that I did not file for a cancellation in the window to do so.
I guess the window is less than 10 minutes.
After many emails, I was told that the shoes were shipped and there was nothing they could do.
I received the shoes over the weekend and as you can see I had it marked to RTS.
Also, the company that shipped the isn't KingSize Direct.

I get 1 or 2 items but everything in my order I doubt it... To me the company feels like it can make more money on those items and tell people is no longer available...

I have purchased several items from KingSize Direct and not once was I satisfied with the quality or fit of the items. I have tried to exchange the items which never happens. I neither receive the placement item or full credit for the item. If you are considering ordering from them just take your cash and place it in the waste basket. You will save your self a lot of irritation and get the same results.

The sizing is ridiculously wrong. Returned items were not accepted due to the time frame being past 60 days which was a crock because items were mailed within 3 weeks and they claim not to have received it until 7 weeks later. One way to avoid giving a refund. Avoid KINGSIZE!
I have been waiting for my shipment since it was shipped on February 26. It has been California since March 5th. When I call they tell me call Newgistics. There is no customer to call to talk to person to resolve. Never will buy from King Size again. Poorly run company.
Do not buy from this company they will add things you don't order they will charge things to your card or to your account that you didn't order and then they try to claim that there's nothing they can do like they're not the ones who did it. The power to manage their condition if they don't actually commit fraud on you you'll have problems actually getting items you ordered or actually getting them at all because they seem to have a lot of problems with shipping. Trust me and believe me when I say that the headache of dealing with these people is not worth it.

Open credit to save 10%. The Clothes came 2 weeks after the bill. Of course the clothes did not fit. Of course the money has to go back to where it came from. Of course you owe the bill or pay over 20% interest. So of course now you have a credit on a store card you just paid 11.00 shipping when it advertised free shipping. Of course it is a racket. No way no how even free clothes would I consider going back. Thanks for the 10 phone calls and runaround KingSize. Lucky they knocked me out in the 1st round.

I order some shirts in October but near clarified if the order went through. No money was taken out of my account. Out of the blue I receive at the end of January two recent purchases from King Size that I didn't remember ordering and received the shirts that just appeared. It's the last time I order anything through them. Can't confirm an order, doesn't send anything about shipping the other through email or text. Can't tract the order and then out of the blue bill you 3 months later. I'm done! This is the second time this has happened.

I have been in the market for a certain type of jacket, and being taller makes the search that much harder. I was eventually won over when they offered me a 40% off coupon. When it came it looked nothing like the photo, was fitted awkwardly, and I decided to return it. Their return policy is an absolute freaking joke. You either get the entire refund back with a gift certificate or in my case, $28 back on a $51 purchase due to a tax and shipping charge. As if their prices aren't asinine enough, they scam you the entire way from $16 shipping to the return costs.
1. Neck hole the size of a cavern.

I washed them, the cavern hole became a canyon swath and I had never returned anything (I know - amazing) on Amazon before. When I realized I had just barely gone over my 30 day window - was King Size willing to do the right thing? Heck no. All about the buck. OK. Enjoy my whopping $9.99 plus tax. I hope this bad review was worth it. If anyone ever is on the fence about this shirt, or any other King Size product, you have been warned. But not just by me... read some of the critical reviews and you will notice a pattern. A pattern of shotty design, bulbous neck holes and crummy customer care.

I was given 2 100 dollar electronic gift certificates from my parents for Christmas. They were purchased on November 28th. My mother recieved an email conformation 3 weeks later with shipping information dated to be delivered on December 17th (today). When checked, now it's saying the 21st.
This is an e-certificate. How long does it take for a company to send an email. I'm certainly not getting to order anything this Christmas. Maybe next. I'll keep you updated.
