I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.
Ordered for a shirt for a funeral. They promised to have it to me in 2 days (paid the express shipping). Nope. Called "Customer Service". Talked to an idiot with no empowerment to help me whatsoever. The ONLY authority he was given was to to call me "Sir". Do NOT order from this scam company. I wish that I had read this before I ordered from this F.U.'d company.
They have a promotion claiming 50% off site wide including clearance. But it's not sitewide its only a select few.
Bait and switch.
Complained certain shoes were 120%+ higher compared to other sites and was told that's the cost of doing business on the internet. Representative said he was fine with ripping people off.

What about the discount codes they always advertise? Not a D!#%* one of them work cause they ALWAYS have the clothes marked down. Been a customer for way too long with these people. Even the president of the company sends me huge coupons in the mail only to find out from his minions that they can't be used unless its a KS brand item... horrible. I have had better deals with DXL. Great place to shop!
I havent used them in a couple of years since my son is now on his own, but the clothes i did get were great and i never had an issue. I've read about bad shipping, but given the current covid situation i would not be surprised.
If you find something you want, wait a few days to buy it because it may just go down to a cheaper price and the $#*!ty $#*! company will not refund the difference as most places with good business practices would. Also, if you don't like their way of doing business and you return an item then they will punish you with a $7.50 return fee plus the shipping fees.
I have easily spent better than $1000 with these people over the years, but I have just made my last purchase with them

I ordered from them 2 weeks ago, they refuse to answer their phones or even acknowledge your attempts to contact them. They said shipping in one to two days, going on day 15 and still haven't shipped, and refuse to allow you to contact them to cancel the order.
I unfortunately bought shirts from this hell hole. They lost my return and then found it. I just wanted a return. They charged my card without my Knowledge for an exchange that I didn't want and said I didn't want. I shopped here because it's cheap and it's for a reason. Do yourself a favor and don't shop from here. On top of that, for my return, they took out shipping and didn't credit it back when they originally lost my package. I am so mad at this $#*! hole of a website. So much money lost. Customer service sucks as well. I have had to call them multiple times over this sh@t.

Signed up for their email so I could get 30% off my first total order. Well their stuff is always on sale and as it turns out you can't get any discount with this coupon. You have 5 days to use it but you're don't get anything. I will never order anything from this company and I removed my email from there list. This company sucks. Beware
Bought 2 pair of "adjustable waist" pants with side elastic. Material was very thin and after just one wash the side elastic lost its elastic properties and so the pants are now useless and I might as well be wearing a wooden barrel. Tried resolving it with King Size but their customer service is non-existent. Horrible experience -- a waste of money and a waste of time. Stay away from these crap merchants! DXL is the place to buy big and tall on line.
I placed a large order on May 28th. It's still in process! Reached out through chat last week and was told all orders are delayed. I placed my order nearly a month early to ensure gifts would arrive in time for Father's Day. I have been a long time customer of King Size, but this level of unreliability is too much to tolerate. Canceling my credit card and sending my business elsewhere.

Every time I get a catalog and see something I like... they never have what I want in stock. I never get the sales prices. Total Crap. Stock your shelves. You can't sell empty space. First rule of sales. Hire a better inventory specialist. Your person sucks at their job.

I'm so glad I found a company that caters to people that are Big and Tall. The selection of clothes is fantastic and I know that when I get them, they will fit! I have bought everything from shirts, jackets, pants, sleepwear and under garments. They gave me a instant and a generous line of credit, along with free shipping, I also appreciate how fast I received my clothes. One more thing that blew me away, was how reasonably priced they were and the quality of the product. Thank you King Size for everything you do. I will post some pictures next week.

I want to tell others that the clothes are true to fit. If you are a 3x,,order a 3x and know it will fit. The clothes are generous, beautiful, and well made. I will include photos as soon I can.

I ordered 3 pairs of pants - all to be custom hemmed to 54-34. The size was clearly printed on the order. The shipping label - when the pants were delivered a month later - confirmed the intended size to be 54-34. The invoice with the order also confirmed the size at 54-34. The products shipped to me were 54-38!
I tried to call customer service and waited on line for 45 minutes before giving up. They refer visitors to their Chat Line on the website, but it is shut down. No way to leave a message.
To add insult to injury, they want to charge me $10 to refer merchandise that clearly does not meet the specifications of the order. Seems to me a good lawyer could turn this into a class action lawsuit.

I tried to order some overalls for my husband. We received a 50% off & free shipping promotional catalog. I ordered the overalls plus 2 other items & applied the promo code. It came up with the other 2 items with half price & free shipping. The overalls didn't have the discount. I called customer service & was told since it wouldn't be shipped until 12-6, you will be charged the regular price. It's considered out of stock. You had to have your order in by 12-2. So, because they were out of stock on the item, you get screwed. We've ordered from this company many times & never had an issue. The gal was very nice, but never offered anything to keep the sale. That's really bad customer service. Never experienced that before either. Most companies will do something to make you happy. All I was told is you should've read the fine print. Not impressed! Guess we'll find another company to shop with.

I still haven't gotten a refund of almost $40! When I call they tell me to keep waiting and it's on the way. I even tried chatting with them and the employee ended the chat while I was trying to answer. Horrible customer service and I will NEVER shop here again! I would recommend everyone shop through DXL for big and tall! I have never had a problem with them!

Twice I have ordered from this company. In both cases items were back ordered regardless of showing as "In Stock". When you are charged minimum shipping for items actually in stock, the cost can be as much as 20% of the purchase price. Most sites are offering free shipping or minimal charges. This company is making most of their money on the shipping. Customer service has a take it or leave it attitude. If you are a larger individual try Paul Fredrick, more expensive but worth the quality you get. I will never order from this company again and neither should you.
I tried to cancel my order but after several emails and a phone call, it seems that is impossible. When I finally spoke to someone I was told it could not be cancelled because it was in the warehouse for processing. Same story, same verbiage I got when speaking to Woman Within customer service and they are part of the same company. There only suggestion was to return the purchase if I didn't want it. Can't believe that would be a smooth event and no confidence I would ever get a refund. Also, a the day after I placed the order I got a call from them saying they needed to verify the billing address was the same as the shipping address. I said it was and they said the order would ship immediately.
That was more than 2 weeks ago and the system still does not show shipment. When I placed the order something popped up about free shipping but there didn't seem to be any way to use it. Lesson learned and I will never order from them again.

I swore I would never deal with King Size ever again a few years ago but I saw this jacket and thought I would give them one more try. I received my order on November 27th and 3 days later saw it on their website for 30.00 less, nearly a 30% savings. I contacted King Size for an adjustment and was told that it went against company policy. Change company policy. King Size is beyond hard to deal with and they couldn't care for their customers any less than they already do.

Ordered on 11-13-2020 today is 12-8 I still have no package! Called last world an got no where, But mad as hell with the sorry rude CS. She was laughing an then talked to me like I was slow. I paid for shipping! When I track my package it shows to different things. On the KZD is says it was delivered to my post office on 11-24, NOT!, USPS site says it's still in transit! Even spoke with the post master, she said it not even in there system yet! I've ordered from them plenty of times no problem. But I think they just loss me!
Bought a couple of shirts which shrank after washing... tried to return then as they were now too small... they refused saying they could not be returned after washing... I will never buy anything from then again.
In November i placed an order now its the end of February and still nothing. Why would a company spend as much in advertising, then treat the customers they scam like this. This company will go the sears way.

I feel bad for everyone who ordered for Father's Day and didn't have their gift for Dad on time. Be careful, finding the same items on Amazon. They will ship from King Size and Woman Within and will try to charge you return shipping. Always comes USPS, this may be my last order. You have to order a month ahead, I guess it's coming from China. Does it really take 9 days to pull an order?

I ordered it. FedEx sent a delivery photo they delivered to the wrong place. I tried calling FedEx wouldn't talk to me only the shipper. Called king size encountered the worst customer service rep ever told me. Bottom line is all they could do. Send me an affidavit and that they delivered the product. I told her that is not my door. That is not my address but she did not care. Spoke with a supervisor. Same crap. Very rude all the way around. I have spent hundreds of dollars with these idiots and they shall never see another dime now they are okay until you have a problem and they don't know how to be a honest business and treat their customers well
I ordered several tall T-shirts from king size some were heavy weight, but most were lightweight. I will have to say I would not have give a dollar for the light weight they are terrible. The seams on the side are crooked. The hems are uneven. It's a lot shorter in the front than it is in the back just a bunch of trash is what it is. They ought to be ashamed selling that kind of garbage to people especially at the high price they charge, the heavy weight are pretty good but boy do not buy any light weight I promise you you will be very sorry and they are not as long as you described in the description, so disappointed, and the main reason that I order from king size was for the length! I really just wasted almost 200$ never again!made a mistake in 1 review it says do not order white white I meant to say do not order lightweight u will absolutely regret it!
